55" Class MU8500 Premium Curved 4K TV. I LOVE this product and would buy again if it was still in production. Unfortunately my TV got damaged a few days ago and per the company: the part I need is discontinued so they can't help me

Android auto doesn't work; when they switched the note series to the s series, everything went to "h e double l". the S Pens don't work the way they're supposed to that happened right away.I'm on my second s pen with the 25 ultra. There used to be a reset button for the S Pen and you could update the software. They've taken that off the S. Pen never gives me a notification when I leave it behind, now. I have four hand conditions, and I wouldn't be able to do a fraction of what i'm able to do on my mobile devices without a stylus.The s pen is a godsend for me.It's the only reason that I buy this phone. I've lost it a couple of times and been able to find it again, but that notification IS an option, and I always make sure that that it's on. The video function AND zoom lenses were affected quite negatively. There's a shake to videos, now and trying to refocus during a shoot results in all kinds of errors. I lost my only child. Photography is a huge type of therapy for me and I used to look forward to taking photos and editing them.You have made it so difficult in so many ways changing editing function. The S Pen isn't as accurate as it used to be on photos. The new AI erase button is UBER misleading. Might be nice if you told people that when they use it, it's going to put an a I.Label on the photos that you took.There's no way that that's legal samsung. I'm an abbon shore photographer, and I make sympathy cards that I occasionally sell, but mostly gift people that have lost children.The fact that you did that without telling anybody, (and I almost printed pictures up with AI on them) makes me livid. The haptic response has gotten weird with this phone as well.I barely get near the screen with the tip of the s.Pen, and something's happening on the screen.It's flipping pages.It never did that before.I mean, you had to actually apply a little bit of pressure, and it's not doing that.It's if you get it near the screen, the S Pen is kicking in.

I paid a lot of money for the flexwash and flexdry machines. The washer has had repairs and same with the dryer. I am loyal until I get screwed. Washer started to show sign of bad motor bearings today. I also discovered that they don't make the flex series anymore. And you know what? My loyalty has now come to an end. I will make my statement with my wallet. I am shifting brands based on feedback from consumer reports and YouTube. Learn from spending mistakes and course correct. Samsung is not fit for the long haul. Those 10- and 20-year warranties are pretty questionable too. Read the small print folks.

My 7 or 8 year-old Samsung freezer died too young (the fridge is still OK). I called the company, which said it was out of warranty because big-lot stores like Home Depot often leave them in their warehouses for years, and sell them, but the warranty date is the date of manufacture. Fair enough. The very helpful salesperson helped me find the right model and I placed the order. Both she and the website told me I would get a fridge in one week, with no delivery charge. Great! Then the fun begins. 20 minutes after placing the order, I received an email stating "your order is on hold." I then had to register with Samsung to view the problem, but its website consistendly tells me "we've encountered a problem." Then called Samsung and was told it would be another week (for starts, I assume). Next called the delivery service: 2 hours on hold and counting. By the way, I don't recommend their washing machines.

I have been a loyal customer since the note 3 . Last December I got the zfold6 and the vip package online. But I didn't check the box for the Samsung plus. So now after several phone calls!!! They won't help me to get care+ added! I'm considering getting apple products! You would think they would be able to keep me happy.

I have purchased samsung ac from croma avadi I have been repeatedly call installation team for installation yet it is left incomplete. No respond from them. I reached through customer care they raised complaint but if no use. Today is 4th day after installation

I bought a Galaxy Book 4 notebook because it was heavily discounted. I do like the notebook itself but it was loaded with useless Samsung apps that were not needed. I also found it disappointing that support was so pathetic that finding drivers or firmware updates manually was not even possible. Also any real access to support seems to require you registering a user ID in order to even get access for base tier support for any questions. Their US forums seem to have more questions from users then proper answers. Seems everyone complains about support. This will definately make me question future Samsung purchases. The products are very nice but better hope you don't need any service support.

Less than12mths.bought updated toSam.9,bc charging port ofSam.8was going.Now Sam9 twice the power port sucks,bad,i dont treat bad,but twice now have had to take repair replace it.The most used part is weak bad pathetic. Now it wont rotate&only if find a game then able get rotates position,can only do goes,one way. &it keeps the audio hickups issue, now going to look for another brand, bc the warranty does sucks.I want rotate back,&no voice in teruptions during video,ppl voice blanks cuts what did they say.I dont know tried but cant find fix. So ports cords, are going to be replace intent byCo soon,cables be changes. But weak cable recharge port,it isnt good. And how heck fix issues hands up in air. Bc going back to default what will loose,bc not everyone born to be IT savvy. And hard find where i live,tech.persons,who can help.

Look Samsung i bought the samsung galaxy s24 and I loved it the main reason why I bought it was so I could have a good quality phone for games and then when I was playing with my friend and talking to him at the same time my phone started black flashing like it was turning off and on what type of service do u guys offer for gaming cuz when I was gaming on my new s24 it was turning off and on like hell this is and not to mention I have been a samsung user for 5 years so I'm just gonna wait one more year and I'm going to get a phone from oneplus because they have 5 star ratings unlike u guys that have 1 star

I had to have a repair because the tubing for the drain was too short and disconnected from the line and was hitting on the compressor fan. While the repairman was here I asked about the water filter replacement. He finally got the old filter out and I ordered a new samsung filter. The new filter, although it was the same as the old one, would not go in. Samsung told me that a repair on average would cost between $290 and $660. The tubing repair should have been under warranty!

Bought the new Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra as a treat because it came with a promotion for a chrome book which I wanted for University. They expressed they sent me an email asking for proof of purchase, which I never seen, even though everything was dealt with in the store shop when I bought the phone. I phoned them today to chase things up after being away for 3 weeks dealing with a family matter and they have closed the promotion off so now I can't be given the chrome book. After spending thousands on a phone and they can't even be kind enough to offer it to me. Not happy, won't be buying from Samsung again, felt like they really cheated me.

Purchase at your own risk I can't believe that the StormWash Top Control 24-in Built-In Dishwasher (Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel) ENERGY STAR, 48-dBA, Item #: 1630556|Model #: DW80R5060UG, that we purchased in November 2022 is already worthless. I've tried many different detergents and rinse aids over the past six months and my dishes still come out either dirty or full of film even after a second rinse cycle. Of course the warranty is only good for a year, why can't manufacturers stand by their products for more than a year? I won't purchase anything other than a cell phone thru Samsung.

I have called with a problem with my tablet in the past and whoever handled took control could see the problem and helped solve it. Yesterday who ever answered opulent give any real answers. I'd ask questions and she'd say well we can try it. Not sure if that was a the answer. The call really didn't solve the issue. I'll call again next week and see if I get someone better.

Microwave stopped heating - Called Samsung and they wanted $290 -$400 to come out jut to show up to determine what the problem was. Very over priced for a service call. Do not recommend Samsung.
