Bought a jet 65 Samsung hoover from Argos-The battery deteriorated badly within a few months- complained to Samsung got nowhere- they woukdnt even recognise the Argos email receipt as being a valid document

I regret ever purchasing an AC from Samsung Shop. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any company. Failed Delivery: After placing my order, I was given a delivery date, but the product never arrived. No updates, no explanations—just complete radio silence. Horrible Customer Support: Trying to reach Samsung’s customer service was a nightmare. There's no phone support, no email support, and no web support to address concerns. It’s like they sold me the product and disappeared! Unacceptable Service: Even after multiple attempts to track my order, there was no proper response. It seems they are completely ignoring customers once they’ve made a sale. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Samsung. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid buying from Samsung Shop at all costs!

Worst customer service. They outsource their repairs and keep opening and closing tickets when issues have not been resolved. Had two technicians come out (each time had to stay at home for 4 hours)!and many many calls with customer service without the issue which is under warranty being fixed. Its a really drawn out, bureaucratic process to get anything fixed which is extremely time consuming - wasted ao much time trying to get an ice maker repaired and don't feel like I've many any progress!!! The customer service agents don't seem to have any power to do anything so have yo defer to another team and you have to wait for their call. Very inefficient!

Non professional, agent hanged up without resorting my issue with the tumble dryer. Taking me back and forth to different contact number and saying something completely different. Even the manager (so told). Not satisfied at all 😡😠

I wish I could give Samsung a negative 5, there service department is horrible products are dangerous. I bought a vacuum cleaner it had a short I had a electrical shock on my right hand while using it, I reached out to the service department they requested me to send it in for repair after a few weeks to a month it was returned with no repairs made.

Fridge/freezer brought only 6 years ago, has stopped working,contacted Samsung, who said I need there engineers to diagnose, cost £144, it's out of warranty they said. Engineer diagnose compressor failure. Samsung say compressor has a 10year warranty, but not any other parts or.labour to go with it. Engineer then phones me.to say it's not worth getting fix, has this sort of fault will cost approximately£600 with a 80% chance of failure. This is a beautiful black Fridge freezer with water and ice despenser, that was not cheap and has only lasted 6 years, and all Samsung would offer was 20% discount if I brought another one, as if I would be that nuts, so upset and totally disappointed with Samsung and there after sales. I had galaxy 02s, it was old so I replaced with galaxy 15. Samsung will not let me set up account. They say they've sent a number to my old phone, and I have 3 minutes to enter it, but it takes over 5 minutes to arrive. So it isn't being sent until after it's expired. And it isn't coming to my email or my text. When it finally comes, there's no button to use to accept the stupid code. I will NEVER buy any more Samsung products again. No wonder their Google rating is a 1.2 out of 5.

Samsung customer service is complete garbage. Got a Bespoke refrigerator it is 6 months old and flooded my kitchen. It is leaking water through a thermostat and the are refusing to repair or replace the refrigerator. Now the refrigerator doesn't make ice or dispense water. I asked what is the next step they said they will haver supervisor call me to let me know what is going on with my claim for the third time. I have to call them after 96 hours as they do not communicate. They have done this for the last 5 weeks the quality of there products is trash and the customer server is a total failure. I will never recommend or do any business again with the useless employees and trashy quality of samsung. I am giving them one star because a lesser rating option is not available

Ha ing a horrible experience with Samsung support. We purchased an 1200 Samsung oven. Fast forward the burner stayed on high no matter what setting. They did try and fix. It still did not work. They cam out again and tried to fix. Burner broke again. Samsung says I am out of luck and wants to charge 240 plus part. For a defective fix they did. This is a fire hazard. Samsung does not stand behind their work. Stay away from this brand

If I could give Samsung‘s Customer Service a zero I would. It took me over four months to get a refund for a faulty stick vacuum cleaner! After being instructed to take it to 2 different service agents who did not fix the problem, seven phone calls to the Philippines over a period of four months where my complaint was supposed to have been escalated on five different occasions with NO LUCK! I finally emailed the CEO supposedly in NZ outlining my experience the hours that I have spent and the stress that it had caused me! I received a less than satisfactory response from someone who wasn’t the CEO stating WE DO NOT COMPENSATE FOR ANY STRESS CAUSED! It took me more than 12 hours to finally get a refund that I was entitled to after the Second service agent was unable to fix the problem. It would be nice of Samsung paid me for the 12 hours I spent trying to fix the problem at my hourly rate! I would not recommend Samsung to anybody and will advise everybody I know of the service I have received. Being without a vacuum cleaner for four months is unacceptable in any circumstances! Fortunately we had an old backup vacuum cleaner!! My husband and I are both elderly and feel for anybody in our situation who just gives up and that’s what I think Samsung expect you to do give up and walk away! I have been a customer with Samsung phones for the past 15 years. I also have 4 other products from Samsung. Few months ago I traded my S24 to Fold 6. Samsung accidentally mailed me 3 phones. The very next day I FedEx all 3 phones back to Samsung. Subsequently I did get new phone few days later. A week later Samsung only refunded 1 phone. When I called customer service they claimed that I only send 1 phone. Fortunately zi had the FedEx receipt . They refused to pay for the 2 phones totaling $ 2918. 72. Spoke to customer service more than dozen times and also wrote to CEO of Samsung at least 4 times but no HELP at all. Thank God I paid with American express. They investigated and after 3 moths they refeunded my money. Been a loyal customer I was treated very very badly. NEVER NEVER AGAIN ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS

If I could give it a 0 I would. Never had a good experience with their reps. Never resolve anything, they sound like they are reading an AI script, and never actually listen to solve your problem. Too many bad experiences to name. No matter how much i buy from them it's just trash customer service every time. If they're products weren't so good I wouldn't buy anything from them ever purely because of how bad their customer service is.

Front Load washer (WF45B6300AC) purchased July 2022 has a broken weight balancer. After further research I found out there are thousands of other people who experienced this issue. There’s a reason why Samsung only offers a one year warranty, these washers are garbage. Replacement $200-300 for plastic drum, $150-175 for weight balancer, $24 for a single bolt( which is crazy considering Samsung knows you need several), and $4 for bolt washers. I paid almost $900 for this think of junk. You have been warned. Don’t buy a Samsung anything. Going back to my Speed Queen and never looking back!

Called when I experienced a price discrepancy after purchase. Was told I couldn't contest till product was recieved. Wanted to cancel now if couldn't be resolved. They said I couldn't cancel till product was received.- received, called, they reviewed request until return time passed and then denied request and refused to provide return label. Taking legal action.
