I purchased a Bespoke Jet Pro Extra Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner. It looked like a wonderful machine, sleek and initially performed well. However, after only eight uses of the floor wash tool, it developed cracks in the plastic. I contacted Samsung, as the vacuum had a 5 Year warranty - only to be told that this would not be covered under warranty. That meant I would have to purchase a whole new unit at £176! (Which I didn’t). Then, after just over a year, the main jet dual brush bar completely lost one of the brushes, therefore the vacuum wasn’t picking up well. Again I contacted Samsung, who said this wasn’t covered under the 5 year warranty. I feel that the Samsung 5 year warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. I could have pursued a small claims case against Samsung, as I still had my statutory rights, but thankfully the retailer I purchased the vacuum through fully refunded me. Samsung Bespoke Vacuums may look amazing, but in my opinion, the quality and reliability are just not there. I will never buy Samsung again, as their warranties are not fit for purpose and they have terrible customer service. It’s back to Dyson for me, who are far superior with quality and customer service.

Bought a TV that never worked right. They've been to my house 3 times in over a year and still haven't fixed it. Last service tech deemed it unrepairable and they still wont replace it want to keep screwing me around on parts, even after their tech deemed it not fixable and now cause its been past a year and have me and extension on the warranty and now its not fixable per their tech they can't replace it cause its out of warranty.

My item was lost in transit and I was left to track it down and rearrange delivery. The item broke after only 5 weeks and after hours on the phone, email and webchat being batted back and forth between different teams I was told that they won't do anything about it. I've repeatedly been told to buy a spare part for my item but they don't sell the part as a spare. It's the worst customer service experience I've ever endured and I will not be buying from Samsung ever again.

I ordered the new tablet from them on the 5th of August only for it to arrive in an empty box. Ive been waiting for over 3 weeks for a solution only to be told that they cant do anything. So, ive spent over a grand for nothing. They are terrible at customer service and have lost another customer.

I would NEVER recommend buying directly through Samsung. You will absolutely NOT get your product on time. Even worse, they inform you of some 'unexpected' delivery issue the night before expected delivery. Borderline scam

Do not buy a Samsung Tv becuase there standard warrants is a joke and not worth the paper it’s written on. They don’t automatically send an engineer out to establish what the fault is, they base it on a 10 second video sent through email, if the fault can’t be shown in 10 seconds then basically tough. If it’s sound related they will blame everything except the Samsung product so they can get out of sending an engineer. If you want to speak to a manager in the UK, it appears impossible as the company is now based in the Philippines. Our problem was with the sound quality from going really quiet to really loud and was very obvious on the short video but the customer service representative whom was based in the Philippines just kept repeating they couldn’t hear so no engineer would come unless we paid £150 for the call out and then repairs would be on top. I’ve always bought Samsung but there warranty and customer service will make me never, ever buy from them again, I’ve never had such a ridiculously bad experience with repairs using the standard warranty, they just don’t want to pay for an engineer. I was about to purchase another Samsung tv this week but will now be buying LG instead.

Very bad customer service .they delivered a damaged fridge after waiting for weeks and would not take it back .it takes weeks before you file a complaint with PayPal and adter waiting for more weeks they agree to give a refund if yiu pay for the shipping from your pocket .disgusting

My samsung started freezing randomly after doing samsung updates. I spent days chatting with them trying to sort it and factory reset it more than once. Still freezing. Contacted them again and said send it back now sent it back saying it has no issues. Someone from Samsung told me there is a issue with update and there trying to resolve it, that was end August still waiting to be able to use my phone properly. Complained to Samsung but they not interested at all

I called about the status of the second washer I ordered. The person I spoke with sounded like he was high as a kite. I couldn’t understand almost anything that came out of his mouth. Please start hiring people we all can understand. It’s very upsetting when you get people who don’t speak English good enough where you can understand at least a few things that come out of their mouths.

Avoid by all means. Their website description and pricing never matches. Automatic restocking fees even if the item is defective.

First no reply me Second call me about the quotation detail then I ask the person drop me whatapp ( at the end no drop me the quotation) Third bad timing to call me during My baby sleeping ( my baby sleep in my arm shoulder so I told the person just drop me msg cos I caring my baby sleeping so the person non stop talk this and that) totally wake my baby up… make me so angry and I call back and complain it then finally drop me msg cos of I complain … thank you giving a bad mood day

We have samsung washing machine... The wrost product experience so far. And on top of it the customer care and the technical team is useless. The one star is also not worth for their customer care service.

I updated my Samsung A14 two weeks ago and the screen began to freeze within a few hours and continued to freeze intermittently thereafter. Sometimes it froze as I tried to answer calls. Other times it froze when I refreshed the screen in order to check my messages etc. It happened more frequently as time went on. I tried various 'fixes' which I found online including restarting using sidebars, putting the phone into 'safe mode', clearing the cache partition and other suggestions, but nothing worked. I took it into the Vodafone shop from where I originally bought it on a 3-year contract, 14 months ago, and they said it wasn't a network problem. The manager checked if Samsung would trade it in but they won't take the A series anymore!! I went home and phoned Samsung tech department. Was on the phone with a young tech person for over an hour trying various 'fixes' including 'safe mode'. She said she'd phone me back after a couple of hours. She didn't! I then deleted various apps hoping that would fix the problem ...it didn't. About 5 days later I got back to Samsung Tech department and spoke to a lovely young Filipino guy called Justin for about 2 hours again trying various fixes. Nothing worked so he backed up my data on Google and did a factory reset remotely. I then tried to log in only to find that the 'OK' button didn't work ... it didn't light up and had frozen ... so I am now locked out of my phone permanently. Justin said he could either book me into a Samsung tech shop in either Solihull or Birmingham or alternatively I could send the phone there by post ... but it would take 7 to 11 days to get it back! I don't have a spare phone and they don't provide a temporary one. I said that was unacceptable as I couldn't spare a whole day driving from Worcester to Birmingham and waiting for them to fix the problem and also couldn't wait 7-11 days to do it by post. He said he'd get someone to call me the following day from the 'higher' team to try and arrange another solution. They called me twice today but hadn't turned their mic on so there was nothing but silence! I called Samsung again and told them what had happened and I eventually received a call from the so-called 'higher' team. I asked them if they could replace my phone as I'd had quite enough of the whole situation. She said that wasn't possible but they could send an engineer from a company called Likewise Ltd to my home in Worcester and fix the phone in their mobile van. I received an email from Likewise Ltd a few hours later to book the visit ... however they wanted to charge me £19.95! I called them and asked why I had to pay this as the phone is still under warranty. They said it was Samsung who charged this for any Samsung A series phone repair, not for any other Samsung phone!!! So not only did their update cause the 'freeze' problem, but they then want to charge me to repair the problem which their update had caused!!! Absolutely unbelievable!!! I phoned Samsung again and spoke to someone from the tech dept. She told me that the charge of £19.95 was made by Likewise Ltd, not Samsung ... the total opposite to what Likewise Ltd told me! I then put in a complaint to the 'higher' team who had assured me on our previous call this morning that I would not be charged. I'm now waiting to hear back from them. Why haven’t Samsung fixed this corrupt update? It’s been around for a while and each time I do a Google search more and posts appear from people like myself whose A14 phones are having exactly the same problems! The amount of customers complaining online must in the thousands! These big corporations are a bloody nightmare ... they walk all over people and disrespect our consumer rights. If I don't get any satisfaction, I'll be taking it further via the ombudsman. I realise that £19.95 isn't a huge amount of money but I'm furious that Samsung have applied this to any repairs, even when the item is still under warranty ... and especially as it's only for the A series. An utter shambles ... the whole thing stinks!

So I bought a new TV. I have many Samsung products phones TVs and so forth. I bought a new TV thinking it would be good and I've had nothing but problems with it the remote doesn't even have a volume button on it so I cannot turn the TV up and down. Then I set up the TV and it worked okay but it did not have the app for Paramount Plus so I had to get online for technical support and they help me download Paramount Plus and I have nothing but problems with that app it keeps freezing up and also when the people are talking the volume is not matching their words of the actors. I went on technical support chat three times and I called two times so total of five times trying to get help and still it's not working. I'm so frustrated with the Samsung I don't think I will ever buy another product again. The support was so rude and unhelpful it was ridiculous they even suggested that I return my TV?? Aren't they trying to sell TVs not return them that doesn't make any sense to me
