Deeply Disappointed Long-Time Customer – Why I Am Completely Leaving the Samsung Ecosystem. As a loyal, long-time customer who fully invested in the Samsung ecosystem—ranging from home appliances (TV, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher) to premium smartphones—I am deeply disappointed to say that I am officially leaving the brand. Samsung seems to prioritize flashy designs over what matters most: quality and durability. Almost all of my Samsung home appliances broke down before their warranty expired. In stark contrast, my Japanese and American-branded appliances have outlasted their warranties by years without a single issue. This speaks volumes about the gap in engineering standards and brand integrity. When it comes to smartphones, the gap becomes even more unacceptable: Build Quality & Durability: In accidental drop tests from the same height, an iPhone remains intact, whereas a Samsung phone ends up with a shattered screen and dented edges. Holding an iPhone feels solid and premium, while a Samsung device feels lightweight and plasticky, almost like a toy. Terrible Price-to-Durability Ratio: High-end models like the Galaxy Fold or Flip cost nearly twice as much as an iPhone, yet their lifespan is notoriously short and fragile. Abysmal Resale Value: The moment you unbox a Samsung phone, its market value plummets to the bottom. Apple devices, on the other hand, hold their value remarkably well over time. Privacy and Security: Privacy feels compromised. While Apple is famous for fiercely protecting user data, Samsung is far more compliant in handing over personal information to third parties or authorities. These reasons are more than enough to convince me to move on. If anyone asks what my next phone will be, I will proudly answer without hesitation: It is time for an Apple iPhone. AD

This review is mainly about the Samsung Phones and support at T-mobile! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at T-Mobile. I purchased a new Samsung phone and accessories from the Miami Lakes, FL store for over $1,100 for my mother because her previous phone was having issues. Unfortunately, this is now the second time T-Mobile has sold me a defective Samsung device. What’s even worse has been the lack of support afterward. My elderly mother has had to go back to the Miami Lakes store FIVE times trying to get help. While Norland and Luis were kind and tried their best to help reset the phone, the problem returned as soon as she got home. Other employees were unfortunately not knowledgeable or helpful at all. I’ve also spent hours calling 611 and speaking to multiple representatives, including Whitney and Phil, with no real resolution. Despite paying for protection coverage on the phone, no one seems willing to stand behind the product or properly help us. I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 11 years, but this experience has made me feel like loyalty means nothing. It honestly feels like new customers get treated better than long-term ones. The most upsetting part is that this has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my 87-year-old mother, who should not have to keep returning to the store over and over for a brand-new phone that never worked properly from the start. Very disappointed in both the product and the customer service experience.

Avoid buying a Samsung smartphone. I recently encountered a manufacturing defect on my S25 FE mobile. I sent many emails to Samsung and shared photos and videos, but Samsung doesn't want to listen to anything from their customers. Samsung only focuses on sales, not after-sales service. For Android users, we have many options, and they can provide us with better products for less money.

My Samsung AC stopped working. Complaint raised on 17 May. Technician visited multiple times but AC is still not fixed. Complaint ID was closed without resolution. Outdoor unit has been left open/disassembled for the last 3 days, risking further damage. The Oled Tv was defective. The replacement did not arrive on the day it was scheduled despite the fact that I had confirmed in the morning. No communication from the company about the delay. Not sure when I will receive the replacement. Not reliable company. Never buy Samsung

Samsung should be ashamed of how they have treated this elderly family. A Samsung range was purchased brand new in June 2025 and completely stopped working by December 2025 — only six months later. Since then, this family has spent months speaking with multiple Samsung agents and supervisors trying to get help, only to receive excuses, delays, and no resolution. They paid cash for this appliance, followed every instruction Samsung requested, and still do not have a working oven as of today. Management was supposedly going to call them back, but they are still waiting and have heard nothing. After months without a working range, Samsung finally agreed to repair it — but only if this elderly family pays additional money out of pocket. That is absolutely unacceptable. No family, especially elderly customers living on fixed incomes, should be treated this way after purchasing what should have been a reliable appliance. Samsung has shown a complete lack of accountability, customer care, and urgency in resolving this issue. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering Samsung appliances to think carefully before purchasing based on this experience.

Samsung have a known error on their checkout system that makes customers believe that the order hasn't gone through. I made the order again, as no money had been taken out of my account, and what do I see 5 minutes later? Two lots of $863.88 taken out! Not to worry, you might think. Just contact Samsung and get one order cancelled, right? Wrong. They refuse to cancel orders! Even when I showed them evidence of the error (thank goodness I took a screenshot of it). They said I will be having two phones delivered and that's that. So now the onus is on me to return one phone. I spoke to three people, all as useless as each other. I demanded to speak to a manager in Australia. They refused to put me through to someone higher. In the meantime, I barely have any money left now. This won't be resolved for weeks. I am in tears as I am terrified that if an emergency happens, I have no way to pay. I am also scared that if I return one phone, they won't honour the return. If they are treating me this way now, who is to say they will accept the return? I have had to get Latitude, ACCC, and the state consumer affairs involved. If this were a smaller company, it would be called a scam. This seems like a "socially acceptable" scam from a large company. Samsung really hate their customers!

No response from Samsung on my robot machine. Issue have been drag and drag for 4weeks. Initially said it will take 1week for the repair to be done. Irresponsible brand, the customer service have been throwing the responsibility around. Zero communication within the company.

tried to return a product i had ordered, but, conveniently, there is no such option. the 'instructions' tell you what to do (select an option next to the product etc) but this 'option' is not displayed. the 'webchat' does not work and neither does any other way of getting in touch with them. so if you need any help or support, forget it. unacceptable, considering their prices and name

Bought a 85' Frame TV, directly from Samsung, for over £3000 and it has become unusable due to a faulty remote control. There are countless reports elsewhere online of similar faults. TV is now out of warranty (components are treated as an exclusion) and the remote seems to be a consumable at £50+. I was told that 'lots' of customers bought a new remote and had 'no problems', and all I need to do is 'buy another remote because they are very reliable' - explain how this makes sense. Not good enough for the price of the TV and with a 'leading' brand. I feel this is a problem that competitor brand would resolve with a replacement remote to retain customers. Disappointed with the inflexibility given the TV is 18 month old. Very poor aftercare when delivering a known faulty product component.

Samsung have put me off using them in the future. Putting up deals to trigger FOMO but then as soon as they end, putting up better deals straight after, likely not long after your phone arrives. Then the customer service is incredibly rude, dismissive, will try to sell you things, even the thing you are calling about and hang up on you. I could recommend the S26 Ultra, but I can no longer recommend Samsung, they seem to have gone massively downhill and put all their resources into on-boarding new sales with no care once you have purchased. This is proven by their change to a 20% deduction on the product if you've pretty much turned it on as more ways to stop you being able to deal with their constant increasing discounts, as they know people would just keep returning as every other day they sweeten their promotions to get as many sales as possible

I bought a QN65Q80CAFXZA TV about two years ago, and it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. Meanwhile, my Insignia TV has lasted over 10 years and is still working without any issues. I assumed upgrading to a Samsung would mean better quality—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I contacted customer service, they denied my claim, saying the one-year warranty had expired, and showed no willingness to offer a repair even at my own cost. This experience came right as we were considering buying a Samsung fridge, washer, and dryer—honestly, it feels like we dodged a bullet. To make matters worse, a Best Buy employee told us that, based on his experience dealing with customers, he would never recommend buying major Samsung appliances.

Pre-ordered the S26 Ultra on 7th March with a promised next-day delivery as per Samsung’s website. That “next day” first moved to 13 March, and now to 10 April. Truly an Ultra-fast delivery experience. While Samsung proudly advertised next-day delivery, the timeline has now stretched to 34 days after placing the order. Contacted customer care multiple times, but no one could justify the delay. Every time I requested to speak with a senior executive, I was told they were unavailable. Call-backs were promised repeatedly — but not even one happened. After getting tired of waiting, I called again and insisted on escalation. I finally spoke with a senior executive for almost an hour, only to learn he couldn’t resolve anything either. The explanation for delay? A “bulk order.” Seriously? If bulk demand impacts delivery this much, why promise next-day delivery in the first place? In an era where Amazon delivers in a day and Flipkart within 2–3 days (even for low-value products), delivering a flagship device in 34 days — with no accountability — is disappointing. And honestly, who knows if this will get pushed to June next. Thanks, Samsung, for the ultra-rich customer experience for hashtag#S26Ultra. Hats off.

Do NOT purchase this refrigerator or any Samsung product from Samsung or any retailer. I purchased this refrigerator for my elderly parents to replace their 30+ year old refrigerator. HUGE MISTAKE! I bought this unit from Lowe's on July 4th, 2025 and it was delivered and professionally installed on July 12th. One December 29th the ice maker stopped working. My dad, who worked in refrigeration his entire career, called the Warranty Department to issue the complaint. On the phone my 76-year old father was asked to unplug the refrigerator for 5-minutes and to find and push the reset buttons. That did not fix the issue. My father was then instructed to cut the circuit breaker at the panel. That did not fix the problem either. Please explain to me the difference between unplugging a refrigerator and cutting the circuit breaker. Lowe's / Samsung Service Department sent a Sears Repairman. The serviceman told my dad "Oh. These units are so new that Samsung has not taught us how to fix them yet"! Between my father and the serviceman they located a pinhole leak in the refrigerant line. A part was ordered and shipped to my fathers house. Three days later the repairman showed up unannounced and told my dad that he would not be installing the new part but another service person would show up and do the work. The second workman never showed up and there was no additional communication with my dad. UNACCEPTABLE! Between me and my father we have sent dozens of emails to Samsung. We have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get through to someone who could help us. Samsung issued an e-coupon to order a new refrigerator. The e-coupon was invalid. We called again and spent countless hours on the phone being transferred to unhelpful departments. Weeks later we were issued another e-coupon...there are no refrigerators in Douglas County, NV to be delivered to my parent house. Apparently there are no Samsung refrigerators available in the entire state of Nevada!! 3-months later we received an email saying a refund is being issued. The refund cannot be activated using their system. Their 30+ year old refrigerator is now in their garage and works just fine. DO NOT PURCHASE Samsung products! You will never get them serviced properly and you will never get a refund!
