At first I was greatly displeased with Ss. after the rep. on the phone call couldn't help, i decided to file my complaint with BBB, at 1:30am. The very next morning Ss made contact and quickly, like 3 work days quick, resolved the issues with my order, and then some. The person who contacted me was very kind, listened well then made sure to keep me informed of the progress every day. Not only was I refunded the total amount in question, ($350.) I was told to keep the return that was mistakenly sent to me as well. I'm a hard person to deal with when done wrong, my expectation of quality customer service is extremely high and Samsung exceeded my expectations with respect, Ss showed me they truly care about satisfying their customers.

Most helpful with the call recording. I recommend to relocate the call recording button to the top or bottom of the phone so a person cannot accidentally record a message when they do not want/plan to record a call. Definitely see if this call record button can be relocated to the top or bottom of the phone to prevent unnecessary recording of the conversation. It is a very good feature but location of this button feature should not be at the center of the phone. people can be very busy & forget to blacken their phone screen to prevent recording. The S25 Ultra hasmany wonderful features but the only con is the location of the callrecording button - location preference would be at the top or bottom of the phone. Thank you again.

SAMSUNG FREESTYLE 2ND GEN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️THAT GOOD IT HAS REPLACED MY SAMSUNG QN95A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ A previous Apple fan boy switched to Samsung years ago and haven't looked back since. Invested £1,899.00 in my Samsung QN95A 65" back in 2022 and didn't think anything could touch that beast. It's all about inches though and I wanted more. My best mate suggested getting a projector and I was like eh uh what? Nah. No way that can better an actual TV. Well that got the taste buds tingling and started researching these. Settled on this bad boy and having chatted to Samsung Techs to answer my key questions I placed my order. Actually managed to find one for £420 brand new sealed. Set this up this evening on a plain white wall at 100 inches. I purchased a white cinema canvass screen to mount to my wall but wanted to try it without first and OHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYY 🥵🔥✨️😲Basically it's THAT GOOD I'm now selling my QN95A!!!! As it just ain't cutting the mustard now!! 😂Tested Top Gun Maverick and Top Gun paired with my Skullcandy Crusher Evos and I'm covered in goosebumps even as I write this review. To summarise WELL DONE SAMSUNG for something that cost me £420 absolutely DESTROYS my £1,899.00 (bought on offer as was over £2k at the time) I'm overwhelmed. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all the way and will be recommending this to everyone. Saves space, compact, 100% full of features and functions plus connectivity wirelessly to all Bluetooth enabled devices such as soundbars with subwoofers as I have (Samsung obvs) and headphones 🎧 etc and also allows you to MULTIPLE CONNECT with these devices that my QN95A DIDNT ALLOW!!!! 😲🤔Grab one of these NOW especially on black Friday sales, you will NOT be dissapointed. I am beyond furious with Samsung’s TV upgrade program! I signed up, had my credit run, and paid on time every single month, dropping $3,500 on one of their priciest TVs when prices were sky-high. Now, after two long years, I’m told I can’t upgrade because the only option is the overpriced Terrace TV! It’s outrageous! I’m ready to buy another high-end TV, but Samsung insists it has to be of higher value than what I originally purchased, even though prices have dropped! Most TVs I’m interested in are now lower in value, leaving me completely stuck without a TV for my Bedroom. I reached out to Brian Gendeza Manager for help, and he was utterly unhelpful. This whole experience is a complete joke, and I feel completely screwed over. Avoid this program at all costs!
