My Samsung dryer had a very loud noise and i had the online help chatting with a technical assistant . The information helped me to identify possible problems associated to the noise . I will need a at home visit to solve the problem anyway but I am very thankful to the assistant who was highly respectful and caring . Good experience at this time

Very good phone service and help for usage matters. The phones are more expensive than other in their class, but they have many more accessories and abilities.

Had to return my 75 inch 8k tv. Samsung was always helpful with any questions I asked and they sent me a check. Had no issues and already bought another Samsung 75 inch TV

We had our Samsung French Door Fridge serviced today. The fault was leaking water into the crisper and behind crisper. This has been going on for a while. Decided to look into the fault to find out it was a common fault. The fridge is out of warranty by 6 months and Samsung didn't hesitate to send a service technician out to look into the issue. George the Technician arrived promptly with a kit to fix the said problem. So polite and informative clean efficient guy. Proof of purchase required and no issue at all with warranty expired. Good prompt service Samsung.

I contacted Samsung customer service today about a problem I have been having with the ice maker in my Samsung fridge getting plugged up. Customer service could not have been better. In short order I was told that the ice maker would be replaced and that I would be contacted by a service rep who would come to my house and replace the icemaker. The fridge is no longer under warranty. WOW!

I contacted Samsung because of a trade in offer I was to recieve ( Angelus Clemeth Ablaza ) A wonderful customer service representative went above and beyond! She should answer every phone call! Beyond appreciative!

I contacted Samsung Customer Service because my 50" LED UHD TV (purchased almost 4 years prior) suddenly stopped responding to my smart remote other than to turn on and off. Making matters worse, my sound bar started emitting a loud horn-like sound instead of audio. The customer service person was able to direct me to re-connect the remote with the TV and re-set the sound bar. Problem solved in under 10 minutes! Not the first time that Samsung has come to the rescue for me...highly recommended!

After several hang ups, chats repeating the same information over. Also ending while trying to confirm the issue. I found one, lady who was excellent. I had to share her name. Kota Pranaya. I have to say again, she gave excellent service. She needs to teach the others how it’s down. There’s one thing not due to her fault. It’s the shipping time from 3/31/21 to 4/16/21. I know it’s the pandemic. eBay , I get packages quick. Several from New Jersey. I’m a native New Yorker , who transferred to , Houston ,Tx. Now retired as a letter carrier. I know the time frame from N.Y and N.J to receive mail and Parcels. Unless their assembling the item. Again , I say thanks to Kota.

I bought a Samasung Fold one phone from South Korea laag year.As there was a small line on the fold able screen and eternal batter run down i took it to Samsung authorized store in Seoul and got them to inspect.They wanted $500 to replace the screen and battery,which i paid and they did it.But to my sheer dismay and surprise one side of the phone stop working in the foldable screen. As i traveled back to Srilanka i took it to Authorized agents service centre.It was shocking that they were asking for $1300 to replace the screen.When it was informed to place where i replaced the screen in Seoul ,they wanted me to bring it over there.I wonder for what reason they give an international warranty.Its rather shocking after paying the premium price and also after that additional amount how Samsung treat their Premium products customers. I WONDER WHAT SAMSUNG GOT TO SAY.

I was an arrogant customer on my last review. I didn't realize how much I abuse my Phone. And broke the hell out of it. Yes Apple is Single Simple and easy to use and great service... I have to say if u see the condition of my phone and how still works like a 🐉🐲🀄🐉 I salute 👏the Entire Organization and the entire Family of Mr. & Mrs. SAMSUNG FOR PUSHING THE LIMITATIONS OF HUMAN MIND TO SPACE ZOOM. Am I the only one who is highly disappointed by the new update. So many simple things are changed and I feel like I'm having an iPhone ?! What is happening with Samsung uniqueness ?!? If I wanted an iPhone I wouldn't buy Samsung. On top of everything the smartest decision to remove their unique devices as Note. Samsung what is happening. Are you gonna be a boring apple cousin ?!!?!

The worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I received an RMA online and shipped the item back to them. It was apparently lost and I called customer service. The friendly recording knows my name and that I have a claim so I go through the number punching, get to where I'm supposed to be and either I wait for a lifetime or I'm hung up on. This has been going on for about a month. I used to place faith in Samsung products but no more. You pay a noticeably higher price and expect some kind of customer service. I have received none and and, honestly, after hours on the phone. I will never again purchase a thing produced by Samsung!

I just bought Samsung S21 Ultra 5g from Samsung store at Westfield Garden City last week. I was served by a very friendly lady staff and her name is Claudine I guess. She was so brilliant in her role with good communication skills and the way she explained about the product was outstanding. I genuinely appreciated her customer service and look forward to similar service in the future. Thanks
