It just took me three hours to get a straight answer about a TV model before making my purchase. I own two Samsung tv's and three Samsung phones. All my old phones are Samsung. I have been a Samsung man since RCA was thing. With that said. Your chat bot is as dumb as my toaster and it's a Smeg! I had to talk to four different live chat people before I could get one that could understand two easy questions. "Will the model I am asking about work will my Ring doorbell camera and can I get open air tv channels?" Simple right. No. The first person said Samsung tv's don't work with Ring? Like at all. Three hours later I get a lady named Nissy and she is the only person that could help me. She and only she is the reason that I am still a Samsung man. It was painful until I spoke with her. As you see, I speak and correspond in pretty simple English, yet Nissy is the only person that seemed to understand my questions. If I was asked one more time to rephrase my question, I was going to Best Buy. You need to give Nissy a raise and put her in charge of training your other live agents. I am an old broken Vet. I thought I learned patience in my 30 years of service. Apparently not. This experience has put my off chat forever. Never again. God, I hope my tv shows up and works. I can't imagine having to use "chat" for tech support. Wow!!!! Nissy is the only reason Samsung gets three stars. She gets five of course. Attention Seniors, ask for Nissy. She will help you.

Samsung use to be top of the line. Did they sell out? They definitely cheaped out that's for sure. Down to how cheap the s pen feels. Iwas so excited for my new s25 ultra but honestly I doesn't feel any different than my s20 that ive had for many years. This is the first time I feel like Samsung is trying to be iPhone which makes me want to vomit. It's time to switch to Google

Everythings fine in a samsung s24 ultra but why does they dont give us the personal built in app lock for the apps in the phone. What is the use of such privacy updates if we cant even simply lock an app in my personal device. Please if possible add the personal app lock built in the device through updates. Even the 1/4th of its price phones have got the feature. Some guys like me cannot always use the secure folder because the privacy for some apps may come in need at any moment. Please fix it.

HaHaHa. I have a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker that doesn’t work. I chatted on line with a rep. She advised my warranty was expired (I was already aware of that). She told me Samsung would fix my fridge no charge anyway. I was elated and surprised. She set me up with a repair ticket. There was a link for a review. I filled it out, giving her and Samsung a great review. Minutes after sending this I was sent an email stating my repair would not be free as my warranty was expired. I was dumbfounded. I replied back about my confusion and got an apology. I guess Samsung must be in financial trouble. The cost of my repair would put them out of business. What a two faced company and agent. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer. I have two Samsung tvs, a fridge and surround system. I will be very hesitant to purchase any Samsung product in the future. It will cost me $200.00 to have their repair people just to walk in my door.

I purchased a Samsung from Best Buy - and now there are some features I do not have because they are only available when purchased directly from Samsung. Seems I spent money on your product, I should get all the benefits.

Hiring personnel living abroad for customer service has economic advantages for American companies or those serving in the US. However, the customer service from some countries is poor, and Americans end up experiencing a level of treatment they are not accustomed to receiving in the United States. It is regrettable that companies accept such low standards of quality in their customer service.

The phones are OK but tell me, please, why do I have to make a Samsung account? Why? I just want to use the phone

Their products are okay but they're extended warranties need to be updated a bit to help the consumer for the amount of money they are spending I just bought a $1,100 TV from Samsung barely had it 8 months and by accident it got a little crack in the screen I purchased the extended warranty but to my understanding when I called in to have it fixed the extended warranty that I paid nearly $300 for only covers mechanical issues and it would cost a little more than 900 to replace screen really could buy a new one for that so another words my $1,100 TV that I got from them and the expensive warranty is garbage cuz now I got an $1,100 TV that is a white knot on the Shelf that's all it good for extended warranties should be mechanical and accidental if you're paying hundreds of dollars extra for it that is just garbage

Samsung isn't making me happy anymore I don't think they're making very many people happy anymore. They've completely forgot about what it was to please their customers. I don't know whether this new management new CEO or what's going on but they surely don't care about customer service or quality anymore it seems they are only after the money I hate to say it but a new company that cared about their customers and made quality products could surely take their loyal customers from them at this point.

Great Phone: Poor Service While Samsung makes great phone I feel there are parts of customer service, I need to share should you find yourself with a return, that was lost by carrier and after several attempts to get a refund from Samsung you find yourself having to dispute the charge with your bank. This is how Samsung handles any rewards points lost and their limitations in issuing a refund once they log your return within a certain category. ( They logged but cannot reverse) This allows them to state hands "tied." Samsung have also filed a claim with carrier to get refund for the phone, while I have had to resort to disputing the charge, just make sure I don't have a cost to me. "Greetings from Samsung! This email is in response to the refund for Order #US Thank you for writing back to us, upon checking the details we see that we have requested a refund which got failed as the dispute is filed and we have no more option to request a refund for you as we hope that your bank has already refunded you the amount. However, the initial issue was related to the reward points. As this order is marked as returned but not refunded. We tried to mark this order as refunded so that we can revert back the reward points but as you already know the refund is being failed so we do not have an option to revert back your reward points. We highly appreciate your understanding of our limitations. Please feel free to reach out to us for any further queries as we'll be here to assist you 24/7. Have a nice day ahead! Warm regards," Love the phone hate the service. Would recommend that you purchase somewhere other than Samsung!

I used Samsung for many years and I was satisfied until my last tablet Galaxie S5e. The only good things is the easy sign in and the fast charging. The balance is "..grrr..." so so disappointed. I am back with my old one..Believe or not...I just use it to watch Netflix 600$ in the bin. ..Just the keyboard is so annoying..to work properly you have to tap slowly like a 3 years old kid. I thing the concept and program guys have a real "covid" or else problem.... When the old one will ....Samsung may go to the bin..unless they change for better not WORSE...

Appliance store steered us towards all Samsung appliances. I can't say I like these much compared to others I've had over the years. They jave a lot of shortfalls that may seem minor but are annoying or inconvenient. 1. The refrigerator ice/water dispenser has no drip tray, tends to spew ice everywhere no matter how close your glass is, and has no light. I'm also not a dan of the handle-less doors. Takes getting used to as to which way your hand must be turned or which hand to use depending on which door you're opening. Dumb. The ice consistently comes out crushed even when you select Cubed. Sucks. 2. The dishwasher has the dumbest rubber piece at floor level instead of a proper trim/toe strip that sticks out and catches your foot plus looks stupid. Also, how can a diswasher be efficient when it has to run for 2 hours?! 3. The washer has too many settings and often changes the time that was first displayed when you left the machine so you areive back and have to wait longer. These cycles also seem to be way to long. And don't let anyone say the black stinless doesn't show fingerprints. It's worse than a standard paint finish.

What made me happy?!? How about for 3 stars you assume I'm not really that happy? Online ordering is really easy and the direct pricing is very competitive - that's ALL you can say for Samsung. The problem I have is they take no control, responsibility or accountability for delivery, and apparently they use the cheapest guys in town. When you order a washing machine and dryer, you have to prepare for delivery by disconnecting the old equipment, draining, etc. So when my order is delayed significantly (and twice), I'm without a washer and dryer for that long. I don't have enough underware for this, and we have a family's worth of laundry piling up until delivery is done.

Nearest service center refused to replace or repair S20 FE 5G phone which is 4 months old, as they tested and said nothing was wrong. It continually has very poor reception and loses signal constantly while iphones next too it, retain a strong signal. In addition, same exact model phone, purchased at same time(daughter's) will retain better service reception. Simply refused to replace with a new same model phone.

For being one of the largest appliance manufacturers, was totally shocked at what I found while installing a power cord to a dryer Colored wires makes installation fairly simple While hooking up the neutral wire (white) I discovered an additional white wire attached to dryers housing with a metal screw. Wire is small and could have been missed by even an experienced electrician. Why would you hook the neutral wire in the position of the ground wire from the factory when it could be put in its proper position with the neutral wire where the 4 prong white wire goes. Put the wire where it belongs in the first place. Not a very intelligent placement of the wire. Surprised some has not been electrocuted on the 220 volt circuit.

I believe the new finger print on the front of the phone for the Samsung S21 is a complete failure. It only reads the print about 30% of the time. The Samsung S9 location on the back was much more user friendly and read your print 90% of the time the first try.

I am totally disappointed with Samsung customer service. We paid $2600 for a fridge and $850 on top of that for repairs and the fridge still doesn’t work. Will never buy a Samsung product again.

Product quality for the price is ridiculous. Bought a refrigerator that has water filter issues ranging from inside water pitcher leaks after using it 8 months. They replaced it but it still continues to leak. Now changing water filter has caused the water to slowly pour out. Can't find answers or assistance with the matter. Now product is out of warranty by 5 months and let the headaches begin. Product not worth $2650 spent.

Rating will go up once they add black full family emojis. That's very biased and an ill-gotten assumption.
