I was an arrogant customer on my last review. I didn't realize how much I abuse my Phone. And broke the hell out of it. Yes Apple is Single Simple and easy to use and great service... I have to say if u see the condition of my phone and how still works like a ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿ€„๐Ÿ‰ I salute ๐Ÿ‘the Entire Organization and the entire Family of Mr. & Mrs. SAMSUNG FOR PUSHING THE LIMITATIONS OF HUMAN MIND TO SPACE ZOOM. I WAS NOT CLEVER THAT MUCH TO NOTICE...I AM HUMBLED...I BOW TO YOU TODAY AS LEADERS OF TECH. I WILL ORDER A NEW MODEL AND ALSO USE APPLE TO BREAKING POINT. MANY KINGS AND QUEENS ARE BETTER THAN ONE. Am I the only one who is highly disappointed by the new update. So many simple things are changed and I feel like I'm having an iPhone ?! What is happening with Samsung uniqueness ?!? If I wanted an iPhone I wouldn't buy Samsung. On top of everything the smartest decision to remove their unique devices as Note. Samsung what is happening. Are you gonna be a boring apple cousin ?!!?!ย

The worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I received an RMA online and shipped the item back to them. It was apparently lost and I called customer service. The friendly recording knows my name and that I have a claim so I go through the number punching, get to where I'm supposed to be and either I wait for a lifetime or I'm hung up on. This has been going on for about a month. I used to place faith in Samsung products but no more. You pay a noticeably higher price and expect some kind of customer service. I have received none and and, honestly, after hours on the phone. I will never again purchase a thing produced by Samsung!

I just bought Samsung S21 Ultra 5g from Samsung store at Westfield Garden City last week. I was served by a very friendly lady staff and her name is Claudine I guess. She was so brilliant in her role with good communication skills and the way she explained about the product was outstanding. I genuinely appreciated her customer service and look forward to similar service in the future. Thanks

I bought the S10+ and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. It was ยฃ400 pounds which is one of the bestest value phone out there and the customer service was outstanding. Brilliant quality phones and service and recommend to any buyers looking for any device.

Dear review department, I have been a customer of Metro By T-Mobile for 5 yrs.. I particularly like the Samsung J7 Star. It is sleek, easy to carry and accessible.... My interest in this phone is forth going, perhaps Samsung would provide various colors in the Samsung J7 Star... Please Please (Preferable color below)

I will always remain a Samsung customer, Atleast when buying Tvโ€™s. We had an issue with our 6 year old Samsung tv. I reached out to them to let them know and see if I could get a small coupon towards the purchase of a new TV. Samsung directed my call (on a Saturday night) to the appropriate department and opened a ticket. A representative called me back before 3:00pm on Sunday and offered me a full refund on a TV that was purchased 6 years ago. She sent a driver to pick up the old TV, and it was picked up by the following Thursday (by a driver out of Chattanooga). The refund check is on its way. We knew that due to their customer service and desire to make it right, we will only purchase Samsung Tvโ€™s. We bought a newer Samsung this weekend that was an upgrade, and during set up, I realized that they offer a variety of channels FREE on Samsung plus tv. No strings. No sign up, just free. My tv was already programmed with the channels. The new Tv was easy to set up, and AMAZING! Thank you Samsung for putting your customers FIRST, and for providing amazing customer service. They never made me feel like I was trying to get over on them, never asked questions that made me feel like they were looking for a fault. They were amazing through the whole experience. We WILL be a family of Samsung productions moving forward. Thank you for being a company of integrity and respect!

I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews. Our experience with Samsung customer service was 5 stars to say the least. We purchased a new $1000 Samsung electric oven in November 2020 and it was delivered 3 weeks later. Within 4 days of having it installed, we experienced 2 pretty signifiant defects - the LED display was glitching & there were already chips on the glasstop. Called 1-800-SAMSUNG and they sent a tech out within 2 weeks to fix the LED display (under warrenty of course, no cost to us) which turns out was repaired by an update to their app! Technology, am I right? Regarding the chips in the glasstop, which happened due to no fault of our own, Samsung made it right - although glasstop chips aren't generally covered by the warrenty, they understood our devistation as we only had the appliace a few days before chips appeared and they sent a tech out to replace the glasstop, no charge to us, as a one time courtesy. Samsung really stepped up. Thank you!! Lifelong customers here.

We bought an electric range model NE63T8511SS/AA with air fry feature on Nov 22, 2020 - received it on Nov 27, 2020. We like the range very much so far specially the air fry feature which we used few times.

My samsung note 8 speaker was not working so I had been to samsung service centre and they said to change the display but when I went to local service centre and i got it done for 250 rs ,so if anything is not possible with authorised service centre ty with local service centre to get it done it may be possible.

I bought the Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite lte a few months ago now and it has been great. First of all the price was amazing for a 10.1 inch tablet with a stylus (S pen) included at just ยฃ400 for the lte model. the delivery was also a week before estimated so that is always a bonus but I did preorder.

Samsung the best tv have ever used ,user friendly,with best operating system,comparing to android tv,s Note:kindly come up with good models and pricing for ps5 when comparing to sony this year x90 serious for gaming it was good but still not user friendly so waiting for Samsung ps5 gaming tv,s ahead on 2021 at least with more best beast options.
