“My daughter bought j6+ today at the newcastle branch samsung shop Lee who surged us was very helpfully he set the phone up for her I've bought all my phones there and there all very good helpfully my name is iris morrison”

“I've been using these Samsung Level earbuds for about 3 months now. The sound quality is superb! I appreciate being able to customize the sound levels to fit my hearing. They are comfortable to wear and the range is about 15 to 20 feet. This allow me the freedom to work around a room hands free. My Husband uses his at work. He has decided that nothing else will do and he is a Sound Engineer by trade.”

“Samsung agreed to repair the phone under warranty. Ben and Nick from Samsung Chester managed to get a full rebuild of the handset. Overall quick service, with the repair process taking no longer than 48hrs. Very impressed :) First samsung handset ive ever owned, and wont be using any other brand with customer service and support like Samsung :)”

“Alicia and Bryan in the Samsung Support Centre in Surrey Quays were absolutely fantastic, super knowledgeable, very friendly and understanding! The engineers in house sorted out my broken Samsung Edge in a matter of hours. Would totally recommend!”

“Called in yesterday 3rd April to the shop in Chapplefield, Norwich with my 8 month old Samsung J3 the android had stopped working. I was met by Matt who was very helpful. He sorted the problem and got it up and running perfectly. The customer service by Matt was excellent so well done Norwich and thank you.”

“Surprised how low the average rating is. We've bought 2 TV's in the last year, good picture, Smart TVs. Need an occasional reset, but on the whole good TV's at a fair price. Also bought washing machine, also performing well with adequate programming. No problems with Samsung at all”
