“Had a 3 week old Samsung watch as a present which is an utter waste of time and money and got a locked screen. Called the Leeds office who answered first ring and very efficient lady arranged that I would take it to 125 Oxford street. Staff and manager there could not have been more helpful and efficient and the watch should be fixed today and passed on to someone who might use it. Saw the sparkling Samsung Note8 which looks brilliant and I will buy when my current contract expires. Overall good products and the best phones on the market. Sadly a smart watch is less useful than a basic analogue watch and phone unless you are a training fanatic. We can all live a sensible healthy lifestyle without needing a watch that needs charging up every day.”

“I took my Samsung galaxy which had stopped charging to the support shop in Croydon and received expert help quickly, proffessionaly and expertly with a smile. I cannot fault the sales assistants all worked so well together to assist all the customers. Elijah is a star, so just wanted to say thank you all. Oh and a day later phone in perfect working order 🤗”

“Here are a well rewarded five stars from me Samsung. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy TabA 9.7 cover from your Clearance Offers. Having decided I would like a white cover, I then saw you had both black and white on offer ... so bought one of each. The price was unbelievable for a genuine article and I was most impressed with my lovely purchases and with the company as a whole. I had the bargain of my life from a wonderful company. “My husband and i went to the Liverpool one store and was served by Peter B. Peter not only knew his stuff he was so also friendly and helpful. I think people are quick to report bad service, but not good service. Peter is a credit to this store.”

“I had an S5 before which is nearing the end of the warranty period, then my lcd started fluctuating.I rang Samsung support and was book for check up and service at my local Samsung serv. center here in Warrington. They inspected the phone and within 30 to 40 mins, it cameback with a new LCD... One happy customer and because of that experience, Samsung has an edge every time I'm due for Mobile upgrades.”
