Samsung delivery team today, particularly with drivers Carlos Arenas and Luis Santos from truck 64. They were exceptionally trustworthy and honest, displaying a high level of professionalism. Not only did they handle everything efficiently, but they also took the time to educate us on various aspects of the delivery and product setup. From my experience with my new s23 Ultra, this will be my last Samsung phone. The phone is way too sensitive to damage and Samsung doesn't invest in customer support. BUT: at the,Samsung Westfield store, there are at least two exceptional staff members: Richard and Thabo. They are convincing sellers and genuinely interested in customers. They get 5 stars from me.

I talked to the lady in Chinese and she responded back to me. I was confused on different things about the phone and she explained it back to me in Chinese. Apple was terrible about speaking other languages and just told me to speak english. Love samsung 10/10 I love you

I had a couple of issues with my Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23, went to the Westfield Starford store amd Hamas, who knows me from past visits, managed to sort my issues out wiylthin a matter of minutes. Very helpful nad certainly knows his Samsung products!

We have switched to Samsung and find the products to be great We have 3 TV’s 1 microwave 1 x fridge freezer We’ve had x1 call for the microwave and this was dealt with speedily We like that most items come with 5 years warranty - subject to registration of course It would be great if that this was not conditional and automatic 5 years - subject to proof of purchase of course We are likely to stick with Samsung πŸ‘πŸΌ

I am retired Safety Dir.largest township in the country. I worked out of the Human Resources Department (Personal). I needed technical support with my Samsung tv. The most worst company never buy swing goods they cheat you I bought a samsungv65 inch TV in 10 months it was spoiled since it was in guarantee period they repaired it and now again I have same problem fromm 2 months they want me to change the full panel because they do not have the part which is not working and pay 25,000 they are worrying me so much and not replacing the spoiled part

We had a problem with TV we purchased 12/22. Customer service was the best. Appointment was set up and technician was knowledgeable and professional. Lorenzo was able to diagnose our problem quickly and made us very happy customers. Kudos to Samsung and HOME SERVICE NETWORK,Rochester,NY. Keep up the good work. I just wanted to say thank you. I've spent the last 3 days dealing with xbox live issues, my girlfriends phone keeps needing to be reset to factory settings for multiple reasons(not samsung), and I gave up on xbox and plugged in my ps5 and it had service issues for over an hour. The whole time I was looking up solutions I realized I couldn't remember the last time my phone had any issues, these days you can't really count on reliability... so thank you for being reliable.

Recently order s24 256gb But then i want to cancel my order because of review nad other issues which people are facing like ( they didnt refund , product is not good etc etc , even refund not initiate in 3 months) but these eligation are baseless and lie My refund after cancellation comes within 3 days only 72000rs am so happy (For cancel order refuse the order on door step. Then refund will come in 3 day )
