Best phone ever! Easy to customize and so simple to use. I have had several different models over the years and they just keep getting better. I will never use another brand.

AVOID SAMSUNG LIKE THE PLAGUE! This is really a 1☆ review if you haven't figured it out yet! I want it to be seen which the 5☆'s always end up being shown. The real reviews get buried and have to sought out unfortunately😃 I am FED TF up with EVERY samsung product I own, I freaking hate'em! They are 💩 in a shiny wrapper! They (they as in TVs, cellphones nd sound bar) always malfunction or break way to easy and alot sooner then they should! As of right now I'm speaking about my TV's, 2 phones and a horrid sound bar. My living room TV is a 70" LG webOS (That's what its called in the settings, not sure if that's actually what the tvs called??) Anyways we've had this TV for a couple years but watch it an hour at most daily. it has horizontal lines running through it and the right side of the TV is dark, noticeably darker then the rest of the TV and it drives me nuts!! My bedroom TV which is older by about 2 years then my living room TV is also darkening but all around the edges. Both my phones get alarmingly hot while using moderately and the batteries run out within a matter of a few hours at best and God forbid i stream music or a show because then it will go from 100% to 0 within an hour. I've been a long time user of Samsung unfortunately, it took me to long to figure out is not 💩 luck with electronics is because I only bought Samsung thinking that was a good brand🤣🤣🤣 I will be researching brands to figure out what I'm getting next, I just know for a fact it won't be a Samsung!

I was frantic when I walked into Best Buy on Franklin in Boise on July 5th of this week. My phone was not working well. Ray, the Advisor, who sells Samsung products has a very calming presence about him. I immediately relaxed and felt calm when I was around him in the store. He got permission from Charlie, his supervisor, to give me a really good deal on a Galaxy S21...much better than I ever dreamed of. I was amazed how patient and attentive he was. I was so impressed that I also purchased a Samsung Smartwatch (which I love). Ray gave me a fantastic deal on the Samsung smartwatch also. I can tell that Ray really loves his career at Best Buy! I think he should get a huge raise and promotion because of his customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. I cannot thank Ray enough. Best Buy and Samsung makes the world a better place because of young men like Ray! Thanks, Ray! I will definitely buy more technology from you! Donna

I just spent a long time with a technician who Had so much patience with me. His name is Cesar. I called Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm. One person was helping me, the connection became very bad and he was supposed to call me back but never did. That person who quit helping was Mark. Cesar helped me resolve as much as he could. The lady who helped me she was very helpful and well customer oriented person. She explained everything about the phone without any pressures. I will refer her to all my friends. I myself I will be back to all my Samsung needs.

Ordered the SWA-9100S - Wireless Rear Speaker Kit. When it arrived it was missing some key parts. The power cord, the speaker wires, and the wall brackets. I called in immediately. Wow what an experience. I had to jump through hoops and finally told the parts would be sent. LOL One week later and I have heard nothing. I call in again and am handed off to 3 different people. Finally I was told it would be reviewed and if approved would be sen to me. UMMM wait I just bought this and you have my money. Something wrong with this picture.

Samsung went above and beyond and out of their way to make things right for me. I sent in my Galaxy Active 2, and although they did not have to repair it, they made an exception, and took care of me. This is what I call amazing customer service! I will definitely keep purchasing more Samsung products in the future!

I love Samsung just one tiny problem. When I text and use "L" and "i" they both look the same. Can you make it so that the i uppercase has lines over it? So I can tell the difference

Hey, you have a great collection of mobile covers that can attract anybody. The mobile covers have different pictures, like a bike photo or images of cartoon characters on them. Kids love these more than adults do because they are more appealing to them. zapvi is the same website as you. If you want to buy a 3D mobile case, then go on it. I bought 2 samsung top loaders in the last 4 years mother board went out on both and both machines backed up water all in my kitchen and in utility room. On top of that we bought a French door refrigerator that has corrosion behind were the ice maker is. Spent lots of mom Money on these appliances not happy.

I am using a Samsung S7 edge since last 6 years and it is giving amazing performance. Until now it is not taken to a service centre even once for any reason. Even I have used this phone in the swimming pool snd seas for underwater shooting, I am being exposed continuesly to extreme weather conditions of Qatar as part of my job since I bought. Thanks to Samsung for giving such a wonderful phone. I never thought for an upgrade from this even in this 2021.
