I would give 0 stars but one star is required for me to post this review. I ordered an 85" TV from Samsung. They gave me 3 appointment dates for delivery. Never showed up for any of the dates. Mind you, I took off from work for these delivery dates. They charged my credit card on the date the order was placed. I cancelled the order after the 3rd delivery date was missed. Three weeks later and 11 phone calls I have yet to receive a refund. I am filing a lawsuit tomorrow. The people in customer service don't care about the customer. They barely speak english. Stay away from Samsung products at all cost. I should have read the reviews below before purchasing from Samsung. Will never buy a Samsung product again. Will also advise anyone I know to stay away from Samsung. Rafael

Worst service ever! Called about my flipZ phone separating. In middle of fold. They will not take care Of it. They want hundreds of dollars for their factory defect. WOW BEEN ON PHONE OVER 3 HOURS WITH PEOPLE CAN'T UNDERSTAND. STILL ON PHONE WITH THEM. WORST EVER IF I COULD GIVE 0 FOR. USTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL

The things i have recently seen about the samsung is careless behaviour of the Ac Customer service never gonna buy Ac from samsung and nor gonna suggest to anyone to buy one.

Does anyone know how I can make an official complaint and get someone within Samsung to take ownership. Phone is less than two months old and doesn't work. I bought a phone for my son and the speaker is faulty, I have spent hours calling various departments to try and get resolved but no one is willing to help. All they seem concerned about is the survey at the end of the call.  I've been charged £19.95 convenience charge for an engineer to repair next day but was a 5 day wait, this has now been changed again and now expected to wait another week as no parts in stock. How is that convenience??? Refuse to refund or replace handset and left with a phone that doesn't work.  Customer service has been appalling and get nowhere. Its so frustrating.  I have had to request a refund through my credit card company as im at my wits end. Anyone know someone higher up within Samsung that I can contact?

I've had Samsung phones, TVs and a refrigerator, they all go bad. My refrigerator is only 7 years old and it's broken with 2 manufacture defects. The technician stated they would make it right. They didn't. I will NEVER buy another garbage samsung product again.

Our Samsung dryer pedestal was delivered missing its small plastic parts bag. Despite two days of phone calls and emails, the only solution Samsung would offer was to mail the ENTIRE huge box with the pedestal to get the bag of screws and trim pieces. They categorically refused to simply mail the small plastic bag of bits..."against company policy".

They are scammers. Sold me a Samsung android which I liked after 6 months the phone did an automatic update which basically took tools away from apps and on top.of that the phone no longer works to it's full potential. It gets a white screen if I am in any app or online and want to text. The phone also doesn't recognize my scandisk so I'm unable to back up my art work. T Mobile charges me 108.00 for services they don't provide due to samsung galaxies updates. The left hand don't know what the right hand is doing. Do yourself a favor research find another phone and another service provider.

Do buy any appliances from Samsung. They do not honor the manufactures warrant. I have a mounted microwave that is only 5 months old that no longer heats. After 10 calls to arrange service they want me to pay to have in dismounted so they can look at it. What good is the warrant if I have to pay a few hundred dollars to have it dismounted then mounted again. Don’t buy Sansung

I used to love Samsung but I have been having nothing but issues with my products. The appliances are cheap and break easily. The warranty is useless, they constantly push the blame on anything else but the product. I also have a few watches that have glitches. My phone....forget it if you use it with androud auto or Bluetooth. I am sad that I will have to switch brands but more angry I have wasted my money on products that have lost their quality and continue to disappoint.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service. My phone stopped working. I was told to take it to an authorized servicer. Took it there, it was deemed unrepairable. Called samsung. They want me to troubleshoot my phone issue with them and or send it to their main servicer via mail and be without a phone for several days. They're a joke. Their warranty is a joke. I will be buying a new phone that isn't a Samsung.

I've been talking to customer service for last 5 days. They said technician is arranged and they will call back. But no one called and I asked them to escalate. They said it was a holiday hence technician was not available. But until now no one reached out. It was a very simple replacement of a spare part. If they can not do it atleast tell us no. We can purchase it locally. What action is being taken in this??

Well let’s start by saying don’t bother calling the 800 number - they recognize you by name and tell you they will connect you with the next customer service representative then disconnect you. They promised a full refund, came and took my television and no refund. I have to file a police report and a statement with the better business bureau. I will never purchase another Samsung product. It has been over two months since I started this process and no response from Samsung.

Omg what an absolute joke, they literally treat you like some sort of idiot, they have zero respect for your time or belongings. I've had 6 engineers out to my Samsung washing machine over the 3 months, which means all of my appliances pulling out and put back which is now causing extra wear especially on my dishwasher Which is now leaking from the front. I have phoned up Samsung and told them about the extra wear and tear on everything else in my kitchen because of their poor quality washing machine and as you can guess they do not care and take no responsibility for it. Even though you would have thought after the second or third visit to this washing machine they would have kind of decided let's have this picked up and swapped out just to save the stress and inconvenience on the customer. I've had this washing machine for just about 3 years and every single part of it has been replaced I phone up again to say that it's still not working properly and I've got a go through the whole rigmarole of diagnostic again. Obviously I say to them just reference my last complaints and emails and recordings and that is exactly what it's still doing. But no they speak to you like a child and you've got to go through all of this mind-numbing stuff just to have an engineer background to hopefully say nope it needs replacing. These have got to be the worst people I've ever dealt with I will never be going with Samsung again because it is It's too difficult to have your products fixed And as I say there is no consideration for how much time you need to take off work or how much where on your kitchen this is having they will send people out 6,7,8 times with no hesitation or thought to if you are having to take the day off work or damage that is being done to your home

Samsung have a new scam the they sell you a device then they put a walk on it telling you that it will walk within 72 hours this walk cannot be removed only Samsung can remove it when you get in touch with them they tell you there is nothing they can do this is a scam do not buy Samsung tablets

I was informed that the part would need to be ordered, causing further delay. Since then, I have experienced repeated delays and unfulfilled promises from your service team. Despite assurances from the service engineer that they would return to replace the part, they failed to show up on two separate occasions. Moreover, when attempting to contact the service engineer, their phone was switched off during normal working hours, adding to my frustration and inconvenience. Subsequent calls to the call centre provided little reassurance, with representatives simply stating that the part has been ordered and would take an additional three days to arrive. The prolonged delay in replacing a single part reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I reside in Mokila, Hyderabad, and I must emphasize that the service support in this area is exceptionally poor. As a consumer, I expected better service and prompt resolution to my complaint. I urge you to address these systemic issues promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction among your customers. Before purchasing a Samsung refrigerator, prospective buyers should be made aware of the substandard service support they may encounter. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and request that the necessary steps be taken to expedite the repair of my refrigerator.
