للأسف تجربتي الأخيرة مع صيانة أجهزة سامسونج في قطر كانت سيئة جدًا. شركة الصيانة المتعاقدة معهم "قطر موبايل" شركة فاشلة، تعمدوا إفساد هاتفي بدلًا من إصلاحه، ويحاولون إخراجه من الضمان بشكل غير عادل. مستوى خدمة سامسونج انخفض بشكل كبير مؤخرًا، والجودة لم تعد كما كانت. قررت التحول إلى آيفون، ولن أتعامل مع سامسونج مجددًا في أي نوع من الأجهزة. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Samsung’s service in Qatar was extremely disappointing. Their contracted service center, Qatar Mobile, is unprofessional they deliberately damaged my phone instead of fixing it and are trying to void the warranty unfairly. Samsung's service quality has dropped significantly, and the product quality is no longer what it used to be. I’ve decided to switch to iPhone and will no longer use any Samsung devices in the future.

Very Poor Quality Samsung washing machine, tore many expensive clothing even with protective net. Regret going with Samsung with all 3 appliances, phone, washing machine and tv. Phone also gets so heated up that the back housing panel, volume and power button gradually detached and had to spend so much additional time and money to fix, I even thought about throwing the washing machine away, because it will cause so much more damages!

Horrible!! 2 days in a row on hold 37 min. & today 46 still no one picks up. So pitiful they use to be reputable. Need repair on a new ice maker they replaced last year. Broken again

I ordered a Frame TV with installation included and they guys delivering the TV didn't know how to install the tv. Completely unacceptable.

Brought a Samsung family hub fridge in… Brought a Samsung family hub fridge in January this year and was told it has a 5 year warranty registered it on Samsung site only to find it doesn’t count I should have registered on another account so now I only have a 2 year warranty spoke to customer services who are a complete waste of time this will be the last time I purchase a Samsung product.

Exceptionally BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE The products are usually good, and I have had 4 mobile phones of theirs over the years which have all been great. My current device has a fault, so I asked for a repair as I am still in the warranty period. My repair was booked on 23rd June, and I was told that I would receive a courier pickup. I never received a courier pickup, or an email regarding booking a courier pickup. I went online via the Samsung site today to ask for help as my phone needs to be repaired and the so called customer service person (FAYE) on the webchat was extremely unhelpful and this is the message I received from her: "Thanks for waiting. For this, You may contact DPD via live chat 24/7 DPD (UK) - Contact Us Contact number: 0121 275 0500 Mon-Fri:8am-6:30pm Sat: 8am-4pm Sun: 9am-3pm* *Excluding bank holidays DPD (UK) - Your delivery experts. DPD (UK) - Your delivery experts. ‎12:20 PM As this will fall under their service, this is no longer out of scope. On the other hand, your requested collection is on 25.06.2025 kindly confirm it to them for further assistance." I asked her if she can please do this for me, as it shouldn't be up to me to book a courier collection for a faulty product (Z Fold 5) and FAYE said the following: "I'm sorry to learn that you're feeling that way about us. I will ensure that your comments are passed to the relevant team within Samsung so we can address any areas for improvement. I hope that you'll have a better Samsung experience next time." This generic response clearly shows that the person on the chat has zero intentions of helping. When I replied and said I am very unhappy with the poor service received, they ended the chat. It shouldn't be this difficult to arrange a simple collection for a repair of a faulty product, and I would expect much better service. I have the following ref. numbers from when I booked the repair, but now I am unsure as to how to proceed. Service order reference: 4286527421 Customer reference: 2142150160

I have had samsung phones and watches for years and they have been wonderful. We bought a TV and it worked for 2 weeks and then wouldn't work anymore except through the firestick. I tried contacting customer support by clicking on my registered item and asking for chat support. After 30 minutes, I got an agent and asked my question and was told that I was with chat for kitchen and laundry devices! How did clicking on my TV take me there? So I still don't have a working TV and there system is truly awful. It is making me rething the phone and watches in the future!

purchased samsung 77in oled tv at best buy white marsh md was installed april 11 2025 ,june 24 2025 tv did not work called best buy was told without store warranty i had to go thru samsung to have repair done why do i have to have store warranty to have tv fixed when it was only 60 days from purchase by best buy

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and according to information from Samsung, the device is waterproof. But yesterday my device got dirty and I had to wash it under a tap and today my device has water on the cameras. This is the first time that I have been very disappointed with Samsung and now I am thinking about changing phone brands, because I am the only one who likes Android in my house.

Formal Complaint – Unfair Rejection of Price Match and Refund Request Dear Samsung Australia Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the handling of our recent price match and refund request regarding the Samsung S25 Ultra, purchased on 8 June 2025 for $1,749 AUD via your online store. Shortly after receiving the device on 16 June, we discovered that Samsung was offering the exact same model at a 30% discount ($1,504.30 AUD) to Australian Government employees—a category both my partner and I fall under. On 19 June, well within the 14-day window outlined in your Price Promise policy, we submitted a claim seeking a refund of the $244.70 difference. To our dismay, the claim was rejected on the grounds that the discounted offer was not from an “eligible retailer.” However, this discounted price was offered directly by Samsung through a government employee portal. It is deeply frustrating that Samsung would exclude its own promotional pricing from its price match policy, especially when the product, eligibility, and timing all aligned with the stated terms. When we attempted to return the device in order to repurchase it through the government portal, we were again denied—this time because the phone had been unsealed. This rigid policy left us with no recourse, despite acting in good faith and within the stated timeframe. We feel misled and unfairly treated. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to acknowledge Samsung’s own pricing structure has left a bitter impression. My partner now regrets switching from Apple, and this experience has significantly eroded our trust in the Samsung brand. Attached are the invoice and screenshots showing the original purchase and the discounted offer. We respectfully request that Samsung reconsider our claim and issue a partial refund for the price difference.

Le service après vente est néfaste. Après 2 mois de l’achat du lave-vaisselle neuf, j’ai signalé que la machine ne fonctionnait pas. Après 1.5 mois le service après vente m’a proposé un remplacement par un produit moins cher de qualité inférieure! J’ai réclamé un produit de qualité équivalente et dès lors le service après vente est inexistant et ne répond pas. Cela fait plus de 1.5 mois que je suis avec un lave vaisselle neuf qui ne fonctionne pas et face à un service après-vente qui n’honore pas sa garantie et est abusive dans son traitement du consommateur. L’inverse de Bosch qui règle les réparations et remplacement des électroménagers en garantie dans un temps record et traitement exquis et équitable du consommateur. N’achetez pas Samsung!! Ils n’exécutent pas la garantie et abusent du Goliat face au consommateur

I bought a tv that arrived with a Crack in it. You can't see the Crack until you turn on the tv. I called samsung and they passed me around to insurance, then Technical service then warranty. They said I didn't contact them soon enough so they are not going to honor the warranty or insurance I added for two years. They said I would have to pay for a technician to come to my home. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG products!!!!!!!!

I’ve been a long-time customer of Samsung, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a Samsung device expecting the reliability and innovation they’re known for, but instead got a product that began having issues within just a few months. Not only did the device underperform but trying to get help from Samsung’s customer service was equally frustrating. It took forever to reach a real person, and even then, I was constantly redirected without getting a clear resolution. The warranty process felt deliberately difficult. What’s even more frustrating is how expensive these products are—you expect a premium experience but get subpar quality and support. I’ve also noticed Samsung devices tend to be packed with bloatware and unnecessary features that slow them down. Unless Samsung makes serious improvements to quality control and customer service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We reached out to Samsung Repair for our washing machine, it was a disaster. 1. Unnecessary Tampering: During what was supposed to be a straightforward replacement of the rubber seal, your technician began tampering with the motherboard and performing diagnostic checks that were entirely unnecessary. This action was unrequested and unjustified. My husband seen this personally while your technician was at home. 2. Incomplete Job: After supposedly completing the seal replacement, the technician left our home without performing a running check to ensure the machine was functioning properly. This basic step was completely overlooked. The next wash we did, the machine showing E3 error. 3. Immediate Malfunction: The following day, the machine failed to operate and displayed an E3 error. This occurred directly after your technician’s visit, clearly linking the fault to the mishandling during the service. 4. Lack of Responsibility: Despite all indications pointing to your team's error, there has been no explanation, no acceptance of responsibility, and no urgency in addressing the breakdown. Your call center and the technician are pointing each other who and where is our washing machine now. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. 5. Unprofessional Follow-Up: The machine was taken away for repairs, and since then, communication has been gloomy. There appears to be no coordination between your technicians and your customer care team. We have been left in the dark, wasting our time repeatedly trying to chase updates that should have come from your side. 6. Managerial Neglect: Multiple attempts to reach Ahmed, the manager, have been completely ignored — even well after the Eid holidays. He has consistently failed to return calls or show any form of leadership or accountability. 7. Lack of Compassion and Care: At no point has anyone from your team shown the slightest concern for the inconvenience caused. The complete absence of empathy or responsibility has made this experience feel even more frustrating. It is clear that your team’s actions caused our machine to break. The refusal to accept responsibility is not only dishonest but reflects very poorly on your brand's integrity and professionalism
