We reached out to Samsung Repair for our washing machine, it was a disaster. 1. Unnecessary Tampering: During what was supposed to be a straightforward replacement of the rubber seal, your technician began tampering with the motherboard and performing diagnostic checks that were entirely unnecessary. This action was unrequested and unjustified. My husband seen this personally while your technician was at home. 2. Incomplete Job: After supposedly completing the seal replacement, the technician left our home without performing a running check to ensure the machine was functioning properly. This basic step was completely overlooked. The next wash we did, the machine showing E3 error. 3. Immediate Malfunction: The following day, the machine failed to operate and displayed an E3 error. This occurred directly after your technician’s visit, clearly linking the fault to the mishandling during the service. 4. Lack of Responsibility: Despite all indications pointing to your team's error, there has been no explanation, no acceptance of responsibility, and no urgency in addressing the breakdown. Your call center and the technician are pointing each other who and where is our washing machine now. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. 5. Unprofessional Follow-Up: The machine was taken away for repairs, and since then, communication has been gloomy. There appears to be no coordination between your technicians and your customer care team. We have been left in the dark, wasting our time repeatedly trying to chase updates that should have come from your side. 6. Managerial Neglect: Multiple attempts to reach Ahmed, the manager, have been completely ignored — even well after the Eid holidays. He has consistently failed to return calls or show any form of leadership or accountability. 7. Lack of Compassion and Care: At no point has anyone from your team shown the slightest concern for the inconvenience caused. The complete absence of empathy or responsibility has made this experience feel even more frustrating. It is clear that your team’s actions caused our machine to break. The refusal to accept responsibility is not only dishonest but reflects very poorly on your brand's integrity and professionalism

The new update for samsung is awful. I broke my phone in frustration. Why do i have to waste time after this update trying to figure out how to return my display screen back to what it was.

The AI service is not intelligent and royally misled me, wasting hours of my time and didn't solve the issue of one easy fix, a Galaxy watch that randomly would not connect to Blue Tooth

I spent nearly an entire day on the phone or on hold being circulated from one phone contact person to another at some call center somewhere nobody knows what they’re doing. It is the worst service is the worst customer support ever and I will never buy a Samsung product ever again

I ordered a screen through the Samsung app—never again. Delivery was delayed, the team unpacked it without permission, took the packaging, and the screen turned out to be too small. When I asked to exchange it for a bigger one and pay the difference, I was told flat-out no because I used the app. Zero flexibility, rude customer service, and no solution. If you care about service or support, avoid ordering through the Samsung app. It’s a trap. Think twice before ordering through the Samsung app. There’s no flexibility, no accountability, and no proper customer care.

I had my S23 Ultra battery replace by Likewize Samsungs repair partners. I was told by Samsung that I would be getting my £85 back because my phone is still in warranty but they have lied. They will take your cash but they won't give you it back.

I purchased a watch for my wife's birthday. She opened her gift 2 days after the 14 day return period to find that it was unsuitable due to size. The watch was not extracted from the packaging. I contacted customer support to try and swap the 44mm face for the 40mm face. I was met with an intractable returns policy. So after spending £264 on a watch, and exceeding the return period by 2 DAYS, Samsung would not accept a return, replace or refund, or in fact help in any way. I am, correction was, a loyal Samsung customer of over 20 years, and have around £10,000 of their equipment in my house. I can't believe that there was nothing we could do to remedy this honest mistake on my part. I understand they have a policy, but they are being put out in no way whatsoever by accepting the return. It was not even turned on. The customer support rep offered me a voucher for £20 as a remediation measure, which is an absolute insult given the money I've spent with them. 2 DAYS!!!! I'll never buy another Samsung product in my life.

Repair guy was rude and hung up on me while I'm trying to get my Fold 6 repaired bc of a blackout issue that they swore they fixed from the previous Folds and tried to tell me that I damaged it!

I purchased a '50 Crystal UHD in June 2024. The TV stopped working on May 15, 2025. TV is still under warranty. I contacted Samsung at 1-800-7267864 to schedule repairs. Having trouble with the technician that was supposed to come out today however he's stated he has to cancel. I'm now caught in the middle between the repair company and Samsung.

Samsung did an automatic update on my Galaxy 22. Now my battery is draining twice as fast. Phone gets hot while using it. Constant buffering even while on Wi-Fi. The update basically ruined my phone. Most likely the last Samsung phone I buy.

Horrendous customer service! I have 3 tv's that do not work and I still do not have a resolution. This has been going on for 3 months. Early March 2025 and still going in May 2025!! They have been in my house 3 times and I have probably spent over 40 hours on this. They have the same issue but they see it as all different. 2 of the tv's are still under warranty. Not only is the time spent more than anyone should have to... but the cost of continuing to pay for streaming services that I am unable to enjoy. I will never buy a Samsung TV again! If they know it is their issue they should repair or refund quickly! I think they delay response and service so that we just give up and move on.

I recently purchased a new Samsung fridge, but the installation team hasn't arrived yet. They promised to come today, but they haven't shown up. Now they're saying they'll come tomorrow. I'm facing a lot of inconvenience due to this delay.

Waited for 33 days of Samsung Oled 65 tv. But was told this model was discontinued. U don't take a customer that long. And received a called from Samsung customer service telling me .We are sorry. And will refund the cash. This is acceptable.

The new android update, that was pushed out to my phone, caused my phone to continuously loop. I can enter my pin and it loops back. I have not had access for 2 weeks! I've called Samsung, gotten a run around, and was hung up on after waiting on hold, asking for a supervisor, and waiting more. Not having a phone is a safety concern. Not having access to my data, photos, videos, texts and contacts is extremely inconvenient and annoying. I refuse to spend $1200 for a new phone or spending money for a repair. The update caused my phone to be unusable which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
