I bought an 11kg Samsung washing machine because the manual stated that it could wash all types of bedding, with a maximum load of 2kg. However, the machine is unable to wash a single duvet weighing 1.8kg. Samsung refuses to issue a refund, claiming that a third-party company advised them that duvets should not be washed in the machine. Samsung does not rely on its own manual or technical specifications, but instead trusts the opinion of this third party. I strongly advise against buying Samsung appliances, as their manuals are unreliable and they do not take responsibility for the consequences.

Samsung sent a damaged Frame. It was delivered late and broken. When I tried to exchange it they sent me to 3 people and in one hour would not resolve it because it was past the return window of 5 days. 5 days????? Will never buy again.

I had several calls to customer service which keeps advising either chat or filling the form repeatedly asking same information through different agents and not being able to help or re-imburse the service they've recommended for a unit (microwave unit) under the warranty (purchased in June and installed in July 2025, just 2 months old) - a terrible service and support. I certainly do not recommend purchasing any Samsung products moving forward.

Worst TV ever! My Samsung UHD display has failed multiple times, and even after paying for repairs the problem keeps coming back. Cheap quality, pathetic service, and zero accountability. Total waste of money — DO NOT BUY!

Wow, I purchased a tablet that said would be compatible with my work applications, websites etc.. I get it try to set it all up and it's not what I need for work. Now they won't let me return it, it's only been 3 days since order. How is this acceptable. There was nothing I see said I couldn't return once opened. I have used it for 5 mins. Customer service won't do nothing. What a horrible company. I give -200 for this company

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ 5G along with the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ Book Cover Keyboard Slim — AI Key from Samsung.com. At checkout, it clearly showed that I would receive the keyboard and cover for free and a B-series Soundbar HW-B400F 2.0ch Subwoofer (2025) as a free gift. The keyboard and cover arrived, but the soundbar never did. When I contacted Samsung’s live chat, they told me the soundbar promotion was “limited stock” and my order didn’t qualify. Nowhere during checkout did it say “while supplies last” or “limited quantities available”. It simply displayed the soundbar as part of my order. That’s misleading. Customers should never be promised something at checkout that Samsung has no intention of delivering. If you can’t guarantee the promotion, don’t advertise it! or at least make the terms clear before payment. Very disappointing for a global brand I used to trust.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and serious safety concerns regarding my Samsung washer and dryer. After only three years of ownership, the washer began smoking from inside the drum—a horrifying and unsafe malfunction, especially with both of my children present at home. Following this alarming incident, I contacted Samsung customer service and was subjected to numerous questions, all while being required to submit photos and a video documenting the issue. Ultimately, the Samsung representative concluded that a technician would need to visit—but that I would be charged for the service. I find it unacceptable that, after purchasing a product from a brand renowned for quality and safety, I am being held responsible for what appears to be a potentially dangerous defect. When I voiced my concerns, a manager called back. Rather than resolving the matter, the manager refused to allow me to explain my situation and abruptly ended the call—leaving me no closer to a solution. I must ask: does Samsung truly believe it is fair or responsible to shift the burden of cost to the customer when a three-year-old appliance begins smoking and could, quite literally, become a fire hazard? This treatment stands in stark contrast to Samsung’s mission, which asserts that the company “devote[s] its talent and technology to creating superior products and services that contribute to a better global society.” Samsung’s own values include excellence, integrity, and co-prosperity, and it pledges to “create products and services that give customers the best satisfaction.” By allowing a product to malfunction in such a dangerous manner—and then refusing to offer proper support—Samsung is failing to live up to its stated commitment to quality, safety, fair treatment, and community responsibility. I would appreciate an urgent escalation of my case: a full safety inspection of the washer at no additional charge, and either a repair, replacement, or reimbursement. Please help restore my confidence in Samsung’s dedication to its customers’ safety and satisfaction.

I purchased Samsung Z Flip 3 in Jan 2024. In April 2025, after the SOFTWARE update, it started getting GREEN LINE issue. My phone had just cross the warranty. They said they cant do free display replacement as the phone is not under warranty. They said they will charge 30000 INR for screen replacement. Though there is a software glitch from their side, they are not ready to accept and do the free replacement. Very disappointed and pathetic service. I will never buy or recommend SAMSUNG again

Service for appliances are a joke. Their 2 technicians don’t know up for down . 3 weeks and my daughter’s stove still not working. They will not reimburse for expenses incurred due to their inability to timely fix her stove. Their call center is just as irresponsible unprofessional and rude.

I purchased a new Samsung PC on 26th July 2025 and it was delivered on 27th. Fitting and installation was done on 28th. Another PC got damaged on 30th and on 31st service center people came and checked my PC and after 1-2 days they said that they will bring the part and fix it. Till date they don't have any solution. They are only saying that sir it will come on 7th and will be installed on 8th. This means that the customer is suffering in the heat while he has made a purchase of Rs. 47000.

At the time of purchase, the product was advertised with a 5-year promotional warranty, which was a key reason for my decision to buy. This warranty was shown clearly before applying the Blue Light discount code, and at no point during checkout, payment, or confirmation was I informed that using this discount would remove or alter the warranty. However, when I checked my Samsung Members account on 18th July, I discovered that the TV only had a 12-month warranty registered. I immediately contacted your customer support team, who told me the matter would be escalated and I would receive a response within 48 hours. I received no such response. I contacted Samsung again on 23rd July, spending over 1 hour 27 minutes on the phone, only to be told that nothing could be done and that discount codes void warranties — a condition that was never made clear at the time of purchase. I also emailed a formal complaint the same day, requesting that the matter be escalated and that I be issued either the full warranty or a refund if it could not be honoured. Since then, I’ve received conflicting advice from Samsung representatives. One agent said the 5-year warranty could be registered separately, which I did. I later received an email confirming that the warranty had been accepted. However, to this day, the warranty status has not changed on my account. When I asked again, I was told to resubmit my purchase details and the confirmation email, which made no sense given that Samsung had already confirmed approval. Most concerning, when I called again for clarity, I was told that no records existed of my previous calls or chats. After a long wait, another representative told me I could no longer return the item because the 30-day return period had expired — despite me clearly requesting a refund in writing on 23rd July, within the return window. The call was also made on that same day, which I can prove with attached phone records. Why This Is a Breach of Consumer Rights This experience reflects: Misleading advertising, under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 Breach of contract, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Failure to honour return rights, despite a clear written request within 30 days

Don't buy Samsung. I had my Samsung refrigerator AND dryer (used 15 times) quit in the same week. I had had a repair on the fridge two years ago cost: $600. Then it just stopped cooling. The dryer. Samsung Support sent a repair person ($140) the guy didn't even plug it in. He sent a picture to Samsung (someone at the factory and pierced a wire with a screw). But, Samsung closed my ticket and did not offer any help.

I wasted $1600 on a defective TV with no support. I purchased a brand new Samsung TV, and what I received was completely unacceptable. There was a spider trapped inside the screen and visible screen damage along the bottom edge. This is not a minor issue. I received a defective product right out of the box. To make matters worse, Samsung's customer support has been beyond disappointing. Despite being well within the 30-day window, I was told the TV would not be replaced. Instead, I was instructed to hire a pest control service to fumigate the TV, which I did at my own expense and yet the spider is still inside. The pest control company informed me that the only way to remove the spider is by taking the TV apart, which only a Samsung technician is authorized to do. When I relayed this to Samsung, they refused to take responsibility, claiming the issue is not covered under warranty. How is a trapped spider and visible screen damage on a brand new TV not considered a manufacturing or shipping defect?? This is a blatant failure of quality control and customer service. I spent $1600 on a product that is now unusable, and Samsung has made it clear they will do nothing to resolve it. I will be pursuing legal action, and I strongly advise anyone considering any Samsung products to think twice. If this is how they treat customers who receive damaged products, I can't imagine how they handle long-term support. Avoid Samsung at all costs!
