The T7 external SSD arrived without any firmware. It was dead on arrival. I discovered this was a ruse and intended to force the purchaser into installing the Samsung Magician. The Samsung Magician steals your unique computer ID. Samsung is part of the Google Spy Ware network. The Samsung Magician is a software Trojan camouflaged as a real app. If you install it Samsung and their partners will have you internal computer information including the brands of your external SSD’s, serial numbers and whether they are genuine. My Windows 10 features a state of the art security system. However it cannot protect a consumer that is duped into bypassing the Firewall and installs malware into their computer. The Microsoft security system is very reliable and will warn you before you install anything asking you if you are sure you want to install this software? Most consumers don’t realize the danger they are in until it is too late. My computers unique computer ID and the serial numbers of my other devices are not any of Samsung’s or Google’s business. Google and Samsung can track you across the internet using your unique computer ID. My best advice is to avoid Samsung at all costs as Samsung can not be trusted. If you purchase any Samsung external SSD without the firmware already installed take it back to the store and demand a full refund. My background includes over 30 years in Information technology including management and the actual writing, testing and installation of computer software. My responsibilities included the evaluation of canned software before we made the purchasing decision.

Your new phones don't come with charger USB, or charger. Excuse of environmental and waste reasons are not acceptable! It's a cut back at the cost of the consumer....and it stinks! It's like buying a car with no battery! Are you people hurting that bad for money? Also what if I lost my phone and charger on a trip! Now you're saying I have to buy one on my own? Oh my!

I purchased a 7.5 cubic ft smart stackable washer and dryer. It was installed by professionals and worked great. After about 3 weeks of use, the dryer stopped working. It was only a month old with the outside of the machine in perfect condition. I made an appointment for a technician to come because it is under factory warranty. The technician didn’t show up on the first appointment. He came days later and could not communicate with me. He took parts of the dryer apart and found “physical damage” on the inside. I never saw the damage. He left with no answers given because we spoke different languages. Samsung will not do anything to help me. They will not cover it under factory warranty. I am being forced to buy another dyer. It will not be a Samsung dryer! Do not purchase from Samsung. All of their customer service representatives do not care and were very unhelpful. Samsung does not stand by their product and does not care about their customers. Stay away!

I ordered the T7 shield external ssd on a Sunday. Most business would ship the next day. Not Samsung, these Morons in Arlington Texas waited until the following Friday to ship. This is full five days after I placed the order. Next the shipping department shipped the device 2nd day air in a paper envelope. UPS apparently can’t read and shipped my order by donkey cart from Arlington Texas to Boise Idaho. The package was completely untraceable the entire journey. When the donkey cart finally arrived in Boise Idaho the local UPS store on State Street didn’t notice that this shipment was late. The T7 external SSD arrived without any firmware. Well I guess the donkey cart can only go so fast. When the donkey cart finally arrived in Boise Idaho the local UPS store on State street didn’t notice that this shipment was grossly mishandled and dragged their feet some more. The T7 external SSD arrived without any firmware. It was dead on arrival. This is apparently intentional. After speaking to Samsung’s Dale who says he is a manager in memory devices he said Samsung would not send me the firmware via email. My only option was to download the Samsung Magician. This Samsung Magician is nothing more then spy ware camouflaged as a real app. The magician harvested my computers serial number, the serial numbers of my other memory devices. My computers serial number and the other devices I use are not any of Samsung’s dam business. I noticed extensive read activity on both my 1TB drives. This was the Samsung Magician stealing my personal information. I quickly unplugged them and uninstalled the Samsung Magician. My best advice is to avoid Samsung at all costs as they can not be trusted.

The sevice tech is canceled 4 times to install parts for my range that is unusable for 3 weeks. Customer service can't get the tech to contact Customer tell us when they are coming. Today. Never ever buy a Samsung product. It is a throw away once something happens.

I replaced all of the appliances in our kitchen with Samsung "Bespoke" products and we also ordered colored replacement panels for the 4 door Bespoke refrigerator which were unavailable at the time. Six month later we find out from a Samsung rep that some of the colored panels were discontinued months before we purchased our refrigerator. The Home Depot salesperson was not aware of this. Best Buy and Lowes were also selling the Bespoke products thinking that the colored panels could be purchase as shown in the advertisement below. We love the product but the colors are ugly.

Purchased a Samsung glass cooktop oven from Lowes on 11/28 and delivered 4 days later 12/2. Their warranty is 48hrs after delivery to address customer issues. Samsung doesn’t warranty cosmetic issues. I have owned and operated for close to 40yrs glass top stoves with never had an issue. That all being said… on 12/21 my husband and I filed our first complaint when we discovered a deep and significant scratch on the glass top when applying the glass cream to clean the glass. The cream filled the scratch and brought it to sight. Neither of us knowing how that significant scratch ever got there. One would think you would know exactly when it happened. 12/26 the service representative came and included on video chat a Samsung representative. The overall assessment was it was cosmetic and Samsung would not cover the scratch. After the video chat the service rep and I had a full conversation about the numerous complaints of this particular issue that he sees on a regular basis. He himself has the same problem with the inability to keep the fingerprints and smearing off the glass top. I have found the simple boiling of water with the fall of vapor water around the pot cannot be removed by simply wiping off the glass, like the previous stoves I’ve used. Every time the glass top must be creamed and polished to maintain a clean and debris free appearance. I find it very frustrating and a waste of time to have to put so much effort into the maintenance. My over all assessment of the glass top is that the glass is “defective”. Reading other reviews and complaints everyone is having the same issues. The glass top be so fragile where it scratches so easily, the inability to clean with a simple wipe down, random breaking and cracking of glass Samsung glass cooktop review !!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I bought a Samsung phone in the Xfinity store with a warranty. After 5 months it stopped working, and I asked for help. At first they answered me by SMS, provided a phone number and address, but unfortunately they do not work. I wrote to them about this, but did not receive any more answers. I have been trying to solve the problem for a month, but the store completely ignores my requests. I am very disappointed with this attitude towards customers. San Jose California 95129

85" tv. Non existent customer service! No option to talk to a person to troubleshoot? Text only? Absolutely no help. Gave up after 3 hours, which the majority of that time was waiting for a response. Very disappointing! Will never buy another Samsung product again. That's what I get for trying something new. Going back to Vizio. Have always gotten great service from them.

I had bought Samsung washer and dryer in last December 13 2024 at my new home and i had not used it more the six months and its started giving me trouble. I had complained about it at SAMSUNG costumer service, it was manufacturer defaults, at my first complaint my husband and I had submitted all required documents about washer’s purchase, it was under warranty period, they said we cannot do anything else then try to fix it, so they send technician to check it then that technician just oped the machine and checked it and told us that it is manufactured default, but still they have ordered parts which will need to fix it, they made my house there service lacator. After that another service man is coming after one week with all parts which had to replace. He is doing 5 to 6 hours service in my house with that machine. And after fixing he told us it’s fixed but if you get trouble again then we have to call SAMSUNG costumer service again. We have send all pictures videos and even they talk to is on video call. They are just making excuses. Now SAMSUNG costumer service people told us forget about previous purchase and now buy it again and then give them new purchase receipt. We are so frustrated now, the costumer service is so bad at Samsung. They don’t wand to listen customers problem at all, they just want to fill their pockets. People please help me to solve this.

The most incompetent company personel I've ever encountered. wrong band for galaxy ultra watch received, called 2 days after Christmas to exchange, , received as a gift, the return window closed December 27th, 14 days after purchase. all others allow minimum 30 days, most till January 31 , 2025. Offered a $50 promo for new purchase, still costing me $30. Had to make 6 calls to finally receive the code, then offered $100 promo for my aggravation, never received the second $50, and the first promo didn't work on the samsung site!!! The absolute worst exchange, always telling you don't worry , we will escalate the concern & have a remedy. Seriously. If they were 1% as competent as they were polite, I would not be writing this review, still can't mentally reconcile what a bunch of ignorant individuals are managing customer service, and that includes the" supervisor" I spoke to on the 5th call. Wake up!!! The question of won't went wrong should be changed to what went right, would save alot of typing.

I wish I can give negative 20 stars. Same nightmare as the rest. Awful customer service. Reading a script without actually understanding the issue or giving a damn. It’s like one big scam or something. I’ve been fighting with them about my product and my money for 3 weeks. Unnecessary and ongoing stress.

Very very poor customer service they really don't care about the customer and they're experience. Had issues with some Samsung Bluetooth headphones and all they did is make go from store to store to finally send them back to them and had to take them to a UPS store without any consideration for the customer. If I could give a negative Star I would!

Samsung does not care. They have the worst support I have ever experienced. The one thing they have convinced me of, is to never again buy any Samsung product. I recently purchase a Samsung Q60DB 75" Smart TV, I attempted to login to my Samsung account to register it, and the two part authentication they require does not work. Never got a code texted or called to me. I contacted support after about an hour on hold and they made it clear they didn't give a damn. They told me to wait a few hours and try again. Fortunately I had not unboxed the 75" beast, so I arranged to return it to the vendor for a refund. I will spend my money with a brand that actually cares about their customer. The one thing that is sure, is that I will never buy another Samsung product in my lifetime.

Over the course of several orders during 2024, Samsung takes the prize of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every issue requires multiple instances of Live Chat or email exchanges, with different information being relayed depending on who you speak to. This is on top of the random cancelling of orders, often meaning you'll miss out on time-sensitive deals and extremely inefficient and limited returns process. At this point I'd sooner pay a little more just not to have to deal with these clowns.

samsung.com Jan 1, 2025 Changed my address, Ordered a tablet. Order populated with the wrong address even though I changed it. Called samsung to change address. They said they couldn't. Told them to cancel the order. They told me they would once they put of a 75 promo. A day later they did not cancel the order, it got shipped out. Called them back. They called FedEx to cancel the order. They still delivered it. Now they are telling me to either get a police report or I can't get my money back or the tablet.

Purchased a 34” monitor in October ( it was on sale at this time) for a Christmas present. Turns out the monitor was too large for the persons desk and I couldn’t return it to Samsung. Seems their “return window” is 15 days after the purchase. Even though Samsung understood it was a gift that wasn’t opened until Christmas Day, they didn’t allow an exception or a grace period. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BUT ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. Be sure and check the return policy wherever you buy a product. Seems even a Christmas gift doesn’t warrant any special accommodations with Samsung!!!!
