My first bad decision was to buy any samsung appliance. I have 8 of them (8 too many) and will slowly be replacing them as they fail with other more reliable brands. I suspect there are literally millions of other samsung customers out there with similarly terrible experiences regarding their samsung appliances. I will now state the problems I've had (with no help from Samsung, I might add): 1. Four door refrigerator: Ice maker continually frosts up. It was replaced under warranty from the reseller we purchased the refrigerator from. The replacement unit also failed. Samsung refuses to cover the failed ice maker. When this fridge dies, a different brand will replace it. The ice make works fine for a couple weeks, then frosts over, so I'll continue to defrost it every 3-4 weeks or so. I'll use this as a constant reminder of how horrific samsung appliances are and to never buy another one. 2. Bought 4 Black Stainless Appliances for a new build. The Black Stainless finish is chipping/flaking off each one of the appliances. Samsung refuses to compensate us for this horrific appearance of these appliances. This started happening within 2 years of installation. 3. The dishwasher with the Black Stainless Finish quit, no response to operation on the control panel. Samsung refuses to help us with repairs without us paying for the repair. The unit is 4 years old and rarely used (2nd home). After investigation into repairing the unit myself, the failing part is not available (unless you are a service person). It's ridiculous that the dishwasher failed with little use and you can't find parts for it. I bought a Bosch DW to replace this one (and love it). 4. Dishwasher in a different home: Failed after 2 years of use (regular use). Samsung refused to cover any repairs. Fortunately I was able to find parts and repair this unit. I sold this unit and bought a Bosch DW, which has worked flawlessly for 4+ years now. Save yourself time and trouble (time is $$$$ samsung), buy more brands with better quality and service; companies that actually back up their products with good customer service and value customer loyalty. If samsung would have helped us out, backing up their products, I might stay a loyal customer, but no more will I buy a single samsung product! Your terrible quality has me convinced to spend my hard earned $$$$ elsewhere!

This company will drag you through the mud before replacing a faulty appliance that has warranty and and extended one. I've been without a dishwasher for about 2 months and finally got it resolved. This experience was a battle. The battle of dealing with those from the Philippines trying to make promises they could not keep and the people of India constantly negating and refusing every possibility of a resolution. The constant emails and stupid fictious names the A.I generates for them is only humour in this. Do yourself a favor, DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. Today makes 2 months with no dishwasher. Keep in mind, I'm on the phone every day. Hopefully this comes to an end.

Be very careful of their cashback promotions. We bought a new TV from them, and they failed to pay us the promised cashback. We provided all of the information they asked for in a timely manner. We followed up with their promotions team after 1 year of waiting, and they said they had made a mistake on their end but then refused to pay out because the promotion had ended. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from such a large brand. There was no good faith or ownership of their mistake at all; they just hid behind their legal terms and said their decision was final. Their handling of this issue demonstrates a shocking lack of care for their customers. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. If you value reliable customer service and a company that stands behind its promises, look elsewhere. Samsung has just lost a loyal customer, and I will never recommend them again.

Samsung is a company that you cannot trust anymore. They post discounts on the website. After you buy the product they will cancel the order. Never buy from Samsung online if you want peace of mind. I bought a Galaxy Book4 online with a discount. After getting the confirmation email that the order is ready for pickup, I drove 30 miles to a best buy to pickup the order. The best buy guys said there is a technical glitch and cannot provide the laptop. They had lots of laptops there in the store. When I called samsung customer support, after so much discussion, they asked me to buy the laptop from the store for the current price and they will make a price adjustment. I was waiting for an email confirmation, that they never sent. I called again and they said they will not honor the price. There was no record of any past calls. In spite of calling so many times, Samsung customer service is not ready to help me or resolve this issue. I would never buy anything from Samsung if this is the service they provide. I would give zero star.

I'm extremely disappointed with my Samsung 36 inch induction cooktop. After just thirteen months, the motherboard failed. The issue actually started during the warranty period but wasn't resolved, as the cooktop reset itself after a few days (codes od and F2). Since the warranty expired, I'm now facing a $1400 repair bill. To make matters worse, Samsung won’t let me speak to a manager or escalate the issue beyond their call center. Their customer service is unhelpful, and I feel completely ignored. I will never buy a Samsung product again. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

I am beyond disappointed with the service I have received from Samsung regarding the disposal of my old washing machine. Despite paying an additional fee for the disposal service in advance, my washing machine has been left sitting untouched since the originally scheduled delivery date of 10th December. I was personally present during the delivery and can confirm that the disposal was not completed as promised. The excuse provided, claiming that the machine could not be removed, is completely unfounded, as it has been bone dry and ready for collection since day one. The lack of accountability and the continued delays are entirely unacceptable. I paid for a service that Samsung has failed to deliver, and the suggestion of offering a mere voucher instead of addressing the issue is insulting. I strongly insist that the disposal be rescheduled and completed immediately. As a paying customer, I expected better from a brand of Samsung’s stature. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your customer service, and unless resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to reconsider any future purchases from your company. Samsung, you need to do better. Customer satisfaction should be your priority, and this level of service is simply unacceptable. My old washing machine still out there as i had attached the photo.

The "warranty" they offer is an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THE FLIP/FOLD PHONES!!!! I was put off slightly due to the issues you can have with the screen but was convinced by Samsung's warranty. They make out its amazing unless you actually need to use it then they look for any reason not to fix it. I was told the repair would not be covered under warranty and I'd have to pay. The phone was pristine other than a little bit of wear and tear (light scratches on the back). She said I'd dropped the phone to which I told her it had never been dropped. She then said "Did you ever have it in your pocket?" So just be aware, having your phone in your pocket voids the warranty according to Samsung! No one to complain to. No way of getting it sorted other than lump it and pay it or effectively throw over £1000 down the drain on a worthless phone. The whole experience has put me off owning a Samsung for LIFE. You guys have just lost a customer 👍

NE63T8511SS Purchased a Smart 5-Element Slide-in Electric/30 in 6.3 cu. Electric range with Air Fry Convection Oven in from Home Depot on March 15, 2024. Delivered on April 22, 2024. and had a hairline scratch on the glass top! Paid USD 1300 for this appliance! The problem I have is with the glass top. Not good qulity for a high priced model. The day I used it, it scratched. Tried to clean it but wont go and everytime I use it, it scratches easily! I have had lesser priced models which worked very well and did not scratch. Called Samsung and their service is asolutely atrocious!! Once you buy their product, they dont care about t. This is only a 7 month appliance and it already has scratches... Not very good!! This is not what I expect from a high quality appliance. Samsung should be held accountable for selling a high priced product with cheap glass top! I will not be buying a Samsung electric every again!

I bought a 75-inch QLED4K Neo 4kqn90d. Alexa never worked on this TV. Samsung's customer service could be more helpful, and I need help understanding why the men who delivered it did not understand how to set up Alexa. They were only able to install it after that. It is up to the customer to figure it out. This is my seventh TV, and I will never buy anything from Samsung again; if I could give it an o rating, I would.

Samsung makes terrible appliance. I bought a Samsung refrigerator and at its 3rd a anniversary it had already broken down. Fortunately I had an extended warranty. Eight months later when it totally quit cooling I decided not to throw good money after bad and cut my losses and kick it to the curb and get a different refrigerator. I also have a Samsung microwave that is less than 5 years old. The popcorn feature quit working at least a year ago. I’m getting by. Again, I would never ever buy anything that Samsung makes. I would give their appliances a minus score if it were offered.

Tv screen blacks out sometimes when I walk in front of it, when I google the problem other people have had the same issue. Samsung customer support says I have to prove that it isn't the cable box or the electrical outlet even though the tv i took out worked fine, also a Samsung. They will send out a service tech but if he can't find the problem I will have to pay for the service call. They connected to my tv remotely and saw the problem but still won't take ownership. If they won't support their product then I won't ever buy one again. Sorry Samsung, it's been a really long run but enough is enough

Samsung Has the Worst Customer Service – Stay Away and Go to Apple iPhone I wanted to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Samsung’s customer service for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. As a long-time Apple user with no issues, I sold my iPhone 13 Pro to try Samsung, lured by their marketing and features. I regret that decision every single day. The trouble started when I noticed a rattling noise from the camera. Samsung's support bluntly claimed it was “normal” due to the camera’s OIS without properly addressing my concern. I sent the phone in for inspection, but it came back with the same rattling issue and scratches that weren’t there before. When I reported the damage, Samsung denied responsibility and refused to help, showing zero accountability. This experience made me realize how much customer service matters. Samsung may advertise flashy features, but what’s the point if they don’t stand behind their products? In contrast, Apple excels in customer satisfaction and reliability. I’ve never had an issue with Apple’s service or devices, and this ordeal has shown me why so many people stay loyal to them. I’m now waiting for a deal to switch back to the iPhone. I’ll never make the mistake of leaving Apple again. If you’re considering a Samsung phone, don’t fall for their gimmicks. Choose a brand that values its customers.

I purchased a new washing machine directly from Samsung two years ago. I was having problems with it and they sent out a service repairman. They ordered a new drum for my washing machine. The first time it came in wrong. I waited another month the second time it came in wrong again so for the third time, the service man has come to my house on the phone with Samsung and it is a part they can no longer can get. They are now telling me it is out of warranty after they originally told me it had a two-year warranty. I have two junk parts sitting in my garage and a washing machine in my basement that is junk. They are now telling me that I can junk it myself. I do not want to take my time or my money to take it somewhere to be dumped and they’re telling me they will not replace it for me. I have a washing machine that is two years old that is complete junk that I spent nearly $1000 on. They have the worst customer service ever and I would never ever purchase a product from Samsung again .
