Refused delivery feb 10 still waiting on refund march 14 dozens of calls and emails alwsys the same wait 3-5 buss dsys we are escalating i even spoke to a supervisor he gave me a ticket # and said he would process my refund and send me an email. Nothing no email no nothing still waiting they are horrible

Terrible customer service. I will never by another Samsung product in my life. Cancelled my appliance order 40 days after placing it and did not even call to notify me. Customer service did nothing except say we could place another order and it would be 3 months until the appliances would deliver.

Tried to get help to connect my Samsung TV to my sound bar. No one speaks good English. I spent 3 hours with 2 tec guy both told me my the arc connection was not working. The TV is six months old and was told to return it even that did not work. Finally the last guy was wonderful, he said let me help you and had it up and running. It all depends who picks up the phone. Five hours of my time wasted by bad speaking and not trained people.

Never buy this phone. Just bought my S24 two days ago. It's my third Samsung phone. I cannot get any technical support from Samsung. I will never buy Samsung mobile phone again.

Customer service sucks. Got a new 75 inch TV and it leans backwards on the stand. The legs were faulty and bent at the wrong angle. They didn’t want to know nothing and even disrespected me as I was explaining the issue. A useless group of so called professionals.

First of all we have only been in our home for 6 months. Aside from having the to fan blades replaced to to every time the over was turned on, the noise was TERRIBLE!! That’s fixed. We noticed rust in the oven which is no fault to us, only 6 month in a new house, all new appliances only 6 months. This has never happened in our past homes well of course our ovens were not Samsung which I understand why. We had a tech come out and called Samsung and our warranty rep with our builder contacted Samsung and said Samsung response to rust in the oven-Damage that is not covered by the cosmetic warranty is defined as a portion of the appliance that cannot be repaired such as frame damage and/or dents to the sides, rear or interior of the unit. The oven has never been self-cleaned. Anyway Samsung would not and is going to replace the oven. Our building warranty won’t do anything I talked to several reps within Samsung, basically don’t care and don’t stand by their products or care about the customer. The last rep was a supervisor stated she talked to products which stated can’t do anything about the rust, then she stated she could have someone come out which she said to look at it when someone already did, why send someone out that has to drive almost an hour to check and say they can’t do anything about it. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Don’t purchase their products!! All other top brand ovens I’ve had never had rust!!

They don’t talk English .. they don’t understand to solve the issue or no update . Very bad background noise . My entire life this the worst service .. guys don’t call Samsung Costmer service . I’m sure ur blood pressure will go high

Terrible terrible disgraceful service from Samsung. Placed an order for £1600 monitor which supposed to be new but they send a used unit. They took my existing monitor for recycling. Their incompetent customer service stated if we ask for exchange it will take 7-10 days AFTER their warehouse recieve the unit and since I have no monitor any longer, this was not acceptable. we asked for a refund and they said 7-10 days after they collect the unit. 2 weeks on, they still have not issued a refund stated they want THEIR courier to return the monitor to THEIR warehouse which they have not as yet. absolute puppet customer service who simply repeat the same sentence again and again...disgrace from the worlds leading electronic manufacturer

Microwave I purchased lasted 3 months. Called Samsung for the warranty and it went downhill from there. I have made numerous phone calls to samsung. They booked with repair with 3rd party places. After 8 appointments, the repair places kept cancelling, Samsung will not replace the microwave. They will only repair it but no one will come repair it. During several calls the Samsung reps actually implied I was lying about previous conversations and that I canceled the appointments. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I believe their goal is to wear you down until you give up. My last call to them was my account has been locked by "open management" and no one can help me. "Open management " will call me, I can't call them.

Horrible customer service and lack of communication. Bought a brand new microwave, used it 1 time and it stopped heating. Called Samsung, they send a technician but after 2 visits he can't fix it so he takes it with him. I would assume Samsung would give a new one but I guess that's to much to ask when you buy a new product. Still waiting to hear when I'll get my microwave back

Terrible, Terrible service. I had better customer service through Straight talk and that's a Walmart phone! First a texting robot and then a texting Habeeb with zero help and zero answers! Then told me it would take 2 weeks to change my phone number... How bout nooo! Why is it soo difficult to get real customer service!? So called "live""chat"... You have to communicate in clicks and beeps!

How can overseas companies like Samsung take advantage of American people and there’s nothing done about it they take our money and that’s just that something needs to be done about this. We need to be contacting Congress because something really needs to be done about this I will start by contacting my local representative. Thank you. Do not buy Samsung.

Worst customer care ever. Conflicting information. Bought super charger and broke within 5 months - which is under the warranty period of 6 monts. Report the issue through chat but they dont informed me that I have to bring it to service centre within the warranty period. They just told me to go there, to have it check and I went there couple of weeks after since it's far from where i live, service centre told me to call online support just to told me that my warranty expired ? What's the point of telling them in the 1st place ? They should have logged the damn report and follow up yea ?!! Even worst, the guy from online support doesn't speak proper english , struggling to understand what his trying to say , spoke for an hour for nothing.

Very worst product and service . I had a issue raised its been 3 weeks no resolution and I need to call all the time to take any kind of update . Very worst product it heats alot. Service people are too worst ,they just drag the time and say next day , next day ...that's all. I m very unhappy and don't prefer any product from Samsung

Extremely pathetic customer service by Samsung. Technicians are untrained and most of the time only suggesting part replacement without looking for root cause. Paid heavily and within 15 days problem reoccurs and instead doing the work sent in huge bill again. Please don’t buy Samsung any more.

50 inch TV for me going on 2 weeks now of the tech has to come look at it before we replace it. The TV worked for 2 days never again will I purchase any Samsung products.

Avoid purchasing any products or appliances from Samsung. Despite buying a washing machine from them along with a warranty, I've been facing issues since day one. Despite multiple complaints and a visit from a Samsung engineer, the problem persists after nearly two months, and there seems to be no solution in sight. The washing quality is extremely poor, causing my new clothes to resemble old ones and leaving detergent residue on them. Despite sending multiple videos and pictures of the issue, no resolution has been provided. Some engineers even suggested manually rinsing clothes before putting them in the machine, which defeats the purpose of owning an automatic washer and spending a significant amount of money on it. It's unfair to mislead consumers who already possess the knowledge of operating automatic machines. Stop concealing these issues and misleading the public. I need my money back or replace this product.

Let me tell you my experience. I have raised service request for an AC issue on 25th feb and till now no service center contacted. I have spoken to multiple samsung support team over call and whatsapp and each time they reverted with same response like issue will be escalated and service center will contact but till now there is no response from service center. And even samsung portal they show the service center name and location but when I search in google maps for it there is no such service center available at my place. Don't get trapped like me opt for other appliances as after sales support is beyond pathetic. Just for reference attaching the service center mentioned in samsung site.
