Don't buy the SAMSUNG S20 ULTRA! It is a beautiful phone with many capabilities except for... making phone calls! The software seems faulty. I'll be on a 30 minute phone call and have to callback 3x because it will distort my voice then the other person can't understand me at all. It is frustrating and terrible for business! Can't believe this phone can even be called a phone at this point. My boyfriend and his parents all have the same phone with the same issues. Loved the Note 8 and 9 but this phone is total garbage. Love that it has the SD card but at this point... I will not get the new S21 Ultra until I know they fix their phones! S9 has speakerphone issues too. So aggravated with Samsung! Also the customer service is the worst and I can't get any help.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy s20 FE 5G phone from SAMSUNG. I called verizon 3 different times on hold for hours wondering why I don't have 5g service for a 5g phone. First they said change the sim card, then they said change the plan, now they're saying it's because SAMSUNG SOLD A DUAL SIM PHONE TO ME WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW 5G CONNECTIVITY. So yes, the phones cheaper here but you won't get 5g with your 5g compatible phone. When you shop at your network provider's store(Verizon for me) they will already have the proper sim card attachments for you to get what you paid for. So if you want 5G connectivity just order it from you carrier.

This is unfortunately a catch all review of Samsung as a company. I used to be a STRONG Supporter of Samsung products for the last 12 years. Phones, TVs, Watches, appliances... i touted them all and converted many. However, the last 2 years i have had nothing but problems. The worst design of a fridge (2 service calls so far), 3 months of insane back & forth to fix a removeable flap on a phone, a lost watch in their terrible service centers, and now the unbearable updates to their phone apps where they dont even try to hide the fact each app is just an ad revenue stream and terrible to use. I am truly sad to say i can no longer support or buy another Samsung product until they pivot back to putting product quality and the customer experience first.

I purchased the Crystal View 4K TV in August 2020. Within 2 months it broke. I had a new motherboard installed. 6 weeks later it broke again. I requested a new tv as time was needed off work for the engineer to call etc. A new TV was declined as it can be fixed. I don’t know if this is bad luck or a fault with these TV. I have always had a Samsung TV but I would not recommend this product.

I always liked Samsung phones better than any other phone but I am finally thinking about getting a different brand. I ABSOLUTELY hate these Samsung updates!!!!! The changes it makes on my phone are getting worse. Who in this world is responsible for that?!?

I ordered a chrome laptop for my wife today her college classes online, I ordered the laptop since OCT 1ST OF 2020, and its not NOVEMBER 11TH OF 2020, everyday they change the date. I called customer to cancel the order and there telling me "the order can not be canceled, if I don't want the product I have to return it when its delivered." I would NEVER AGAIN order anything from samsung due to this. There isn't any explanation of why my product hasn't arrived yet.

I'm not saying Samsung is bad with this review I'm just trying to figure out, every year a new cellphone is released since the s8 it seems like most of the focus has been about the camera of the phone how many mega pixels, how much zoom the last time I looked the galaxy s9,10,and s20 were cellphones not just cameras why not work on sound quality, reception quality, call quality if I want a good camera I'll buy one,I just want a phone that has total quality.

I recently upgraded to the S20 FE and traded in my S10+ Hoping to get a better battery usage but only to find out that its no different than the S10+ that I traded in. Battery does not last a whole day. I always charge it overnight to start off the day with a 100% charge but it doesn't even last 4 hrs. Even without using the phone and just letting it lay on my night table it will use 15%. I was also told that the S20 FE would have a slightly bigger and more efficient battery but I don't see that. I am very disappointed with this model and wouldn't have traded my S10+ for it. The only good thing is the 5G capability. There are features in my S10+ that was removed, like assigning a notification sound for text messages from different contacts, smart lock doesn't lock for trusted places do not work all the time. All in all this phone is no better than the S10+.

I have the Samsung S20 Ultra... I have always owned a Samsung phone ...I stand by Samsung. But I'm going to be honest... This s20 ultra is the worst phone I've ever had, it freezes all the time... Half the time my finger sensor doesn't recognize my fingerprint.... When I try to go backwards it erases everything that I was looking at. I just absolutely hate it 😡..I should have waited for the Note 20,but my phone broke and I had to get a new one before the Note 20 came out. I should have just dealt with not having a phone for a couple months instead.

I own(ed) 2 high end Samsung appliances and they were quite pricey. Lots of bells and whistles. Samsung double oven convestion fan burned up in 18 months. Samsung refused to extend the warranty. The repair was $650 and the repair person said there was no way it should have dies that quickly; his surmsial was defective assembly at the factory. The second appliance is a high end dryer; it does not shut off without turning off the machine at the breaker box. Less than two years old. When you google the concept on line even at Samsung support pages, many many folks had the same issue. Again, no warranty extension for what is clearly a second factory defect. The agent asked if I bought an extended warranty. Seriously? If I pay that much $ for high end appliances, I think maybe they should work or the manufacturer can stand behind their product. Very discouraging.

Refrigerator model# RF28R7201SR installed July 18, 2020. After several calls with Samsung care I was told the bin for freezer drawer is not included. Seems ridiculous that it is designed for bin, but bin is not included.

I have samaung galaxy s9 plus it worked great and very help full all work but when u get new smart phone the price go down more then new price that dont worthy so no one can traded phone. I like to saying about earphone come with phone so if can do guys upcoming phone with wireless earphone make it. Also costumer service said if I go same store they give more price but whe was called they said u dont get that price which very disappointing for I can't traded new phone.

AT & T my provider connected me to Samsung back in April I believe, due to the charger on my Note 9 catching a fire; yes! It burnt my carpet in my living room and everything and destroyed a silver necklace that was on my dresser; sparks flying and everything! Today as of July 8th, they still have NOT mailed my charger and I was promised the charger within 5-7 days. A little over 2 weeks ago, I called yet again and spk to a woman who promised it would be mailed out...and it still has arrived. Today, two calls to them and still waiting....this is NOT acceptable on any level. This has to be one of the worse customer service experiences that I have ever experienced. My phone is over $900 and I can't get a freakin charger because I was given a faulty one that could have burned my apartment down??? I've been a die hard fan of Samsung, but after this, Heck no! I am going to the IPhone.

Their customer service is located in the Phillipines. I have just wasted a lot of time speaking to a man who was hard to understand and just kept on reading warranty provisions. All I wanted was someone to talk to about my air conditioning unit. Finally I contacted the Melbourne service centre and Jason knew exactly what I talking about and knew his stuff. The lesson is to contact local centres.

What a poop show. Samsung doesn't price match the things you buy. No they issue out a "refund." Talk about an inability to count money and false promises. I've been a galaxy fan all my life. Never could I have ever predicted that this is how it would turn out. I am beyond upset that they would go so far. I ordered a phone and it never made it to me. Turns out they returned it back to the shipper. Rather than sending it out again like normal human beings, they told me I have to reorder the whole product from scratch. None of the codes I used before worked (obviously as they are one time codes) and so there was about a 152 dollar price difference. After talking with customer service about various things I now have to wait for a 97.70 cent refund. I had to order it again anyways and they said when it ships out they will be able to do a price difference for me when I call back. What a load of bs. I'm sorry but really? So now I have 2, one thousand + dollar charges to my bank account. Seriously unless you can go into the store or be in person, I would reconsider buying directly from Samsung, go to best buy if you are a die hard fan of the phones like me. I would NOT recommend buying directly from Samsung. But Galaxys are my favorite. It's like meeting your favorite celebrity and then realizing they are a butface.

All samsung products I have gotten stop working. At this point I feel like I should get compensated for all the money I have wasted on their products. Everything I get stops working right about 3 months after I get it and it's only sansung products. Can't get my money back from anything because they either "lost" my warenty info or they say I never got it when I know i didn't pay extra for nothing. This company is just a scam for money!!

Samsung stop playing fcuking marketing game when one new brand of yours come u slow your old models listen we care u that's why we purchase your product but slowing down device is heck that's why apple better than yours suits u right of u even fall from market . Come on man my note 9 was doing fine before update and after update u sucked my phone for your sake come on dont play that marketing games many samsung users know that u slow down previous models inorder to better your coming generation phone shame on you and even if you read it I will be glad

I have 2. The better one is a 8500 series which is good. The other is a 6700 series. This one is a p.o.s and I have to reset its settings weekly. Also it will not let me screen cast like my 8500 series. I’m tired of this tv so my next will be an LG.

I have Galaxy Watch (42mm) Midnight Black (4G LTE) came with my Note 10. So disapponted with the battery life. As days goes by the battery life does not even reach 8 hrs. Its almost 40 days I have the watch. However I love the note 10 and its battery life.
