DONT LIKE IT. It is difficult to open the CD apature. The touch control/click panel is not as good as the clicking a button. Seems quite basic.

not being a technology person i bought a laptop, norton and office university as ive got two kids at high school, not knowing that you cant use office university unless you actually go to university. i tried to install it and obviously wouldn't let me so i rang save a laptop to return this item and the lady told me in no uncertain terms that it was my fault and they would not accept it back. she told me to find someone at university and sell it on to them- hmm very helpful. i now had to buy office again online- i think their customer service skills are shocking and would never buy anything from them again!!! shame i already nearly spent £700 with them!!

Unfortunately, the information you have received is correct and once software has been opened it is non returnable under Distant Selling Regulations. If the issue had been reported prior to the opening of the software we would have been able to assist you with this. Delivery was fairly quick. Laptop not particularly brilliant at gaming - with windows 8 it seems to just hang at times. Boot time is slow considering the internals. Charger actually caught fire at the wall socket- that was exciting! So far I've been busy with life to actually complain about it. *Quick delivery *Poor quality laptop *Charger has major faults, so please be careful- use surge protector

Laptop crashed several times rang Save on Laptops and they were not interested told me to speak with Microsoft. Very poor response from the supplier would not use these or recommend them

I have to call it poor because there was a problem with e-commerce using the Chrome browser which was not evident from the website. It was a holiday period and I could not speak to anyone. However, when I did speak on the phone the lady was very helpful, it was quickly sorted out, delivery was prompt and the laptop excellent.

I ordered my lap top on line as it was convenient. I chose to have the laptop delivered to my local newsagent. I did get a text to say it was there but the shop attendants argued with me to say it wasn't. It then took another 2-3 days for it to arrive. Got my new laptop home only to find I had been sent the wrong product. It was not the HD lap top as detailed on the web site; it was not at all what I had paid for. The whole process of returning and getting a refund was a long and tedious process. Would not use this company again.

The website was great as with products they offered, but the delivery service was absolutely out of this world and the best service I have ever received, however! when the lap top arrived it worked for 1 day prior to switching off and never booting up again. I found it a real struggle to contact anyway as the hours are from 10-5 from customer returns but they delay you from proceeding straight to returns you are forced to wait a day at a time before you get instructions of how to return. That's a great tactic if you try and force to product to expire the refund period. Samsung offered a awful service and attempted to get a delivery to a shop to get it repaired until they were caught out by my knowledge of the law then they accepted that I could get it exchanged but refused to talk refund, give me the full name of the handler and failed to back up the conversation with a email. I am currently awaiting a response with regards to the saga but now feel badly let down. Mainly as a result of the Samsung team I was asked to contact but also the delaying tactics used. I still wait to see how this will be resolved prior to considering my options.

Laptop was delivered rather later than expected, the screen had dead pixels on it a but I urgently needed the Laptop so I could not return it. Disappointing experience, given I had ordered before a few months prior to this purchase.

Computer was DOA, but because I went direct to ACER (as per your website) for diagnostics, you now insist that you only knew about it after the 14 days. So I am out of pocket for the postage. Also when I was talking to ACER , they told me the unit had already been back for repair once. Not something you advertise in your A- rating ! I will not be recommending you on this performance.

There was a keyboard fault on the original machine, and it had to be returned to be replaced. The replacement has a faulty microphone but I have not returned it this time since I could not afford time without a machine. Disappointing that the machines were not properly checked before dispatch.

I was very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the Packard Bell the specification on first glance seemed fine. I did not spot that the cache was pitifully small this makes it almost unusable it runs out of memory when running two tabs at once web browsing freezes when streaming or playing DVD and the webcam has never worked. I wish I had never bought it

My first order was cancelled because the website was showing stock when there wasn't any. The second order was shipped but I returned it because the laptop was faulty. The only upside is that they refunded me reasonably quickly.

Very quick delivery and removal of money from bank, No program disks or guidance on how to find Windows 8 serial number on hard drive supplied with laptop (or anything else for that matter) When asked for help they wouldnt and suggested if they did if it proved ineffective I would hold them responsible. Felt like - got your money so*** off, we dont care now! Wouldn't recommend or buy from them again.

Your service of delivery n rest was good but the product was poor in health never worked n always used to switch off as soon as u start sent back in few days n got refund as well on time

Great start with laptop arriving promptly. Unfortunately neither the optical drive nor the mouse pad worked. I returned the laptop using Collect + and was given a receipt and tracking number. Save on Laptops could not find the returned laptop and kept me waiting from 9th Jan until 12th Feb before eventually making a refund. I won't be using them again

Wasn't impressed. Argued about when "day 30" began to avoid a return and replace, so I had to go through Toshiba, which was also hell. If I ever buy another laptop I will go to a physical shop where if there are issues I can take the thing back and cause a scene on a busy Saturday until my problem is resolved.
