Received my new laptop quick enough but unfortunately I've had issues with the screen / display continually since I got it. I've no idea if it's driver related or hardware failure but so far neither Save On Laptops nor ASUS has replied to my requests for support (despite read receipt on emails confirming receipt 4 days ago) so I've been left with an £870 paperweight that I shall now just be returning for a refund. Quite sure there are other businesses out there that would welcome the money & custom.

I ordered an Asus Transformer Book T100TAF-W10-DK076T for an elderly friend specifically because in the description it states: "Integrated Dual Webcam with Microphone", which is confirmed by the photos of the product which clearly show a camera in the front & back of the screen. When it arrived it only had the forward facing camera which I queried with customer services. I was informed that "Integrated Dual Webcam with Microphone" actually means one webcam integrated with the microphone. When I responded that in that case the description should read, "integrated webcam & microphone" and that the photos clearly show a camera in the back of the screen I was informed that yes, that was the one webcam referred to. When I responded that the photos also clearly showed a forward facing webcam I was informed that, " I have double checked with both the product manager for this item and with our technicians and this item has not been miss-listed" & asked to return the item for a refund. To be clear, my issue is not with the product quality, which is very good, but by the fact that, in my view, it is misleadingly advertised & described and with the obvious attempts by this company's customer service department to fob me off with a number of implausible explanations & excuses. Check it out yourself & tell me if I'm wrong because it's possibly me who doesn't understand written English.

I ordered a Grade A product described as in very good condition, on arrival there was a deep scratch on the screen, I immediately contacted Customer Service, I sent photos and I requested a return. It took over 24 hours to reply, they failed to send shipping label yet claimed it was attached to the e-mail and they then failed to respond to telephone calls or e-mails subsequently, I have now returned the machine at my own cost. Upon further investigation directly with ACER it transpires that the laptop was already over 12 months old and had already been repaired by them - all this for a £20 discount against original list price? Very poor value and I now await my refund.

Have anintermittentfault with keyboard space bar on Acer all-in-one PC asyou can see from thisreview. Persevered for a week and a half before contacting SaveOnLaptops returnsdepartment after transferring dataand software fromoldlapttop. Returns require the return ofthewhole PC, notjust the keyboard, mouse and dongle, leaving me with no computer and thetimeconsuming task of uninstallingandreinstallingonthereturn or replacement computer. Rather than return the wholecomputer, I havedecidedthatit is more efficientto buy athird party wireless keyboard/mouse combo. Unacceptable customer service for alow costkeyboard replacement. I have given2stars as otherwise the computer is find so far.

My gripe is not with Save on Laptops as it is too early, but the couriers they used for my delivery. Extra was paid on delivery to have on Saturday and the parcel was tracked, all seemed to be well it was within 15mins, When it did not arrive - looked back at the track only to find a posting, no one was at the address to sign, a card had been put through the letterbox with picture of said card in a steamy windscreen of a vehicle !!! no such card was in my letterbox and I had been near the door for at least 2 hours and at home all the time. Then a new posting to say it would be delivered between 9 - 22hrs on that Sat. it hadn't arrived by midnight - arrangement were made for following day - looked at the track it had my address 40 miles away and the van hovering around my address but the script of the track did seem to be OK and the parcel eventually arrived on time but this misinformation had cost dearly - many non-productive, expensive phone calls and about 6 hours of 2 persons time. TRACKING IS NO GOOD WHEN IT HAS YOU RUNNING ROUND IN CIRCLES and not a sole to ring with finger on the button!!!!!

I'd buy your laptop from someone else. My Acer Inspire v3 was delivered with faulty touchpad (a common fault on Acers), but saveonlaptops.co.uk will not give me a refund, only a replacement which could have the same fault. They threaten you with handling charges if you return the laptop they don't find the same fault you do (if the fault is intermittent you pay, I guess). This company advertises that they have a real local phone number, but it is a sales hotline only, and it's absolutely impossible to speak to anyone about a faulty machine, they only offer email support - not even online chat. Two stars is generous - I guess they are a bit cheaper than some other companies.

I had to pay for delivery but did not receive it with in the 4 days and had to ring up to find when it would be arriving.

Wasn't a very good experience, the order was despatched quickly but then it went downhill as it arrived at the carriers within 2 days but they somehow managed to lose the parcel so I wasted a week waiting to see if it could be found. The company have now offered me a new order which is meant to arrive tomorrow so we will see.

In short I'm not impressed so far. I ordered an Acer Laptop as it said there were over 20 in stock - ready for collection within 72 hours from a Collect + store near me.. However upon calling their sales team 5 days after the order was placed - its not left the warehouse yet. I should not have to chase to find out where my order is. Currently waiting for a response to my complaint - I have low expectations unfortunately given the tone of the lady answering the phone

Price and supply of the machine is good. Aftersales customer service is appalling. Gives the impression the company cares about the sale and nothing else. Will not deal with you again.

Very good price, but was told their was a problem with the order and I was to phone them. Number given was not recognised, sales line was not answered. Very short delivery time. but packaging badly damaged (bag torn and box damaged, cables hanging out) - not SaveOnLaptops fault, but courier's. impossible to get hold of returns dept to report damage. Tested laptop and seems to have been only package that was damaged.

Laptop is fine, luckily! Disgusted with My Hermes though. They left the parcel outside my front door when no one was home. I didn't get home from work until 02:00 am, when I spotted the parcel. Anyone could have stolen it! I thought they were meant to get a signature?

Very disappointed bought 2 laptops and one of them not working which is very disappointing for the child that got this one as a prezzie on Christmas day!! Will be in touch!!

The product itself is great, couldn't be happier about it. It was well-packed too. The major flaw was that I paid for next day delivery (since I needed the laptop urgently) but only received an envelope for my free game the next day. The laptop itself arrived one day late (so much for the extra £6!)...pity about this because everything else about the transaction went fine.

While the price and delivery were fine I was extremely disappointed to see that there was a lot of malware pre-installed on the computer when I booted it up. I certainly would not expect to see this on a newly purchased PC.

Delivery was not exactly plain sailing. When tracking the delivery, it came up delivered but no package had arrived in the designated address. After calls and emails to parcel force and the supplier the package was delivered next day.
