“The delivery was quick. I had to phone the offices to receive the warranty details which I bought with the laptop. I expected them to email it to me or put it in with the laptop.”

“Fast, great price and thus great value. If I have a complaint - its that there is only one USB port on the left hand side of the keyboard and the other 2 on the right hand side. USB ports on the right get in my way as I use my mouse with my right hand.”

“Great service from "Save on Laptops". Unfortunately, the laptop came with Windows 8 - all in all I'd rather have both my legs amputated than put up with such stupid software on a laptop that doesn't have a touchscreen. 5 stars is you start to vet the actual packages you sell.”

“Really prompt professional service received had no issues with getting the laptop and the price I paid was really good I even had a call just after the purchase which I thought from a customer service point of view was really reassuring especially when purchasing something of that value. My only one concern would be that I purchased the insurance package for accidental damage through yourselves yet despite sending off the relevant form in the box for the MSI warranty I still have no pack or information with regards to this policy and wouldn't know what to do if something was to go wrong.”

“Hassle to install the OS on just the SSD but after that it runs perfectly. Not sure why this wasn't done first. Happy with my purchase.”

“The product I purchased had some technical problems and although they were dealt with promptly, they ought to have been identified and resolved before dispatch. That's the only reason preventing me awarding a Very Good rating and I would use this company in the future.”
