“Everything went well and the order arrived very fast. I was pleased I paid for 2 day delivery and it actually came the next day. My only complaint is that when I was browsing your website, I had a question about the machine I was thinking about buying. Your website says to ask questions as pictures are just for informational purposes. I emailed and the person who wrote back to me said that they don't actually see the machines, so could only guess what type of screen the laptop had. I personally consider this useless. I wrote back and told them so, and to contact the manufacturer so they could answer my questions. They did this and then answered my question, but I still found the whole thing annoying and unprofessional.”

“Good service, ordered a gaming laptop Gigabyte P25W V2-CF1 and came the next day but i was not able to receive on the window time of delivery, got it the following day. The laptop is very good, I did receive the laptop with 8GB RAM instead of 16GB RAM as per the online specification. That was a typo on the online spec which is actually a 8GB RAM laptop. The good thing is that they did send an extra 8GB RAM for the confusion.”

“Excellent service overall, and the laptop arrived promptly and safely. The only criticism I have is the website - I had an issue whereby I accidentally entered my delivery address as my billing address and there was no way of resolving this on your site (or not that I could see anyway). Having said that, a quick phone call resolved the problem and the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful.”

“Ordering was relatively straightforward and the company went to extra measures to ensure credit card security. Shipping was fast and I was kept informed about delivery times etc. I had no problems with getting my order but my experience was mixed with customer service. 2 out of 3 experiences were great but I was unlucky as one person wasn't very clear or good at communicating and came across as patronising. However, my other experiences have had no problems whatsoever so maybe I just caught him on a bad day.”

“Incredibly fast delivery, ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Tues after confirming address and payment acct on Mon. The laptop so far is exactly what i wanted, high spec at a very good cost, would be paying an awful lot more for same spec for Sony or Acer for example. I am happy with the product and wish I had come across this firm a few yrs ago, I highly recommend them, and I am recommending them to my friends.”

“Brilliant service, very secure, good delivery only problem was the laptop arrived with no courier damage but upon opening i realised the badge on the back of the screen had a few scratches (which is strange for a factory sealed laptop) but even so the laptop is brilliant thanks guys.”

“The laptop i had chosen was brilliant, however when receiving my product, i come to find the security label had already been peeled off! Which shows the laptop has already been opened. But the laptop packaging was still boxed and look untouched.”

“I ordered the laptop on Friday 3pm, item delivered via collect+ to my preferred location on Saturday 1pm. Collected the item on Sunday morning. That is a fantastic delivery service. Item is fine although specs appear to be incorrect. I bought a Gigabyte P35W V2 and the weight was stated as 2-3 Kg (This Model 2.2 Kg) but actual weight is closer to 2.6kg. So they're out by 20% which is a shame as I was attracted to this model because of the advertised weight.”

“Really impressed with the product and prompt delivery. Annoyed by the fact that 2 days earlier this laptop was £1199. Price then increased to £1299 then less than 24hrs later it was £1250 which is the price that I Paid for it. 48hrs earlier I could have got it for £50 less. Also did not like the fact that I did not get a hard copy invoice. The laptop in good and fast and the service good friendly and fast.”

“Ordering and pricing is superb and I'm putting more and more business through Box/ saveOnLaptops, but..... they believe that they are right and when something goes slightly wrong or a query is raised I'm made to feel as though I'm in the wrong. This time the delivery of multiple items arrived with one item missing. The invoice AND the delivery note both contained the item. When I queried it I was sent a screen copy of the phrase 'orders may be sent using multiple carriers (sic)'. In which case, Box, use multiple invoices! Next time something's missing I'll not claim, wait for 7 days and then be told that it's too late to claim..... will I? Second time something like this has happened so maybe the customer service team need to chat with the policy team and the web team and change some systems?”

“I was able to track my parcel through DPD in real time so i knew exactly when i can expect the van at my door :) which is a great thing. the parcel was delivered in 3 days. the laptop box was contained in a simpled plastic bag and the box itself had a big hole/tear on the side, likely caused by rough handling, but the contents were not damaged. Overall I'm satisfied, but not thrilled.”

“The problem was changing invoice address, because I needed to put it not on my name. So, finally I needed to pick not at Collect+ point, but at my workplace address. Also, I registered second account on other person name, just to be able to get Invoice on his behalf. There is no such problem on amazon.co.uk. You easily can change invoice address. I think you would be able to solve this on phone, but on weekends phones are down. The delivery was fast. I ordered on Saturday and got it on Tuesday 14:20 (have in mind that delivery type was 5 working days. Also, my ordered asus g750jw was upgraded with sdd and ram at the store, So it was dispatched only on Monday evening. If you would buy a laptop without custom upgrade, I'm quite sure it would be dispatched even faster). The delivered laptop's bag was damaged, the box itself had some marks, but laptop inside was in perfect condition. I don't give best rating, because in their website, they are displaying my laptop as Color Shine (glare sceen having more vivid colours and most of the cases for this model should be 3d and come with 3d glasses). Meanwhile I received Matte screen. I didn't even notice 3d advertisement while ordering it, so I didn't complain about it and didn't return the item. I'm used to the fact that description often is a little bit different than real item. But if it were one of the reason to order the specific model, I suggest you to make a call and to make sure that description is correct.”
