Items came on time, undamaged, and all work OK. Texting on progress of delivery happened as promised, and named the driver!, and the timing band of the delivery was only an hour and he came in that time. (But many of the delivery drivers work unhealthily long hours.) The packaging was just the items in their own packaging / boxes loose in a big poly bag with some tape on it saying "FRAGILE". Crude, but it worked.

Overall service was good but communication could have been better. Laptop arrived hours before email to say that goods had been despatched. Also ordered Norton and Office software but these did not arrive until the next day and there was nothing to say that they were being delivered separately.

Ordered laptop on a Friday evening and was offered a next day Saturday delivery option so went with that. After ordering read through confirmation email and it stated that they do orders Monday - Friday 9-5.15pm so I didn't get my laptop that Saturday. Not sure why I was offered this option, or why it wasn't clearer which Saturday. Contacted them and had good correspondence with them and was able to change delivery slot. Laptop arrived and very happy with it.

Nice PC, good value. Put in some extra memory and a low profile 750 ti graphics card and its a superb little gaming PC. The PC arrived with dents in side panel, but no big deal, just where the screws that hold the HDD and DVD were not flush.

Ordered online through a simple process and requested 2 day delivery for additional cost. Then received the laptop next day, having been prewarned of time. Good service.

we were promised zero delivery charges for next day delivery for our shops......I noticed that we were charged £9.95???? Dave

Good price and good service. Only slight disappointment was Parcel Force was used instead of DPD. DPD always give an hours' delivery slot. Parcel Force do not.

Quick and simple in terms of both model selection and purchasing, I give the whole service 4 stars as its too early to tell yet if I will encounter any problems 6 months in from date of purchase and how any issues might be solved, but for now everything is really good! Great machine too! Save on Laptops offers some great deals and are well worth doing business with if you want to save a little bit of money.

Fast delivery once the order was processed, although I wish I'd known about the credit card check in advance. It made the next-day delivery a bit pointless!

Website is excellent, pricing is keen although if I'm purchasing 6 laptops I would expect at least some attempt to offer extra. Packaging quite appalling- six brand new laptops packaged in a box on it's fourth use..... even the delivery driver was embarrassed!

Order and delivery very quick and easy. Using dpd couriers which are very good. Slight disappointment in specs stated vga port which it doesn't have. Although it does state specs may vary.

Having spent many thousands of ££ with SoL / Box.co.uk over the past 3 years, this was my first personal purchase outside of work Decent service, decent selection of devices and they use DPD to deliver to Ireland - who tend to be the better of a bad bunch of couriers. My order was held due to a "security check" which I found a little strange but was promptly sorted upon calling them Pricing to Ireland is not that great however when you include exchange rates, VAT, delivery and Credit Card surcharges (their site will not accept Irish Visa Debit as a Debit Card... which has a lower surcharge - only accepting it as a Credit Card)

Exactly what i was looking for, except for the bloatware, but kinda expected that with the low price. Very quick delivery, really can't complain.

Received an email saying that there was a problem with my order, however it was just an 'anti-fraud' technique they use because i ordered my laptop to a collect+ store. It would have been better for them to call me (they possibly did and i may have missed it.) Anyhow the laptop with 'normal free delivery' was amazing. ordered Thursday night, was here by Saturday afternoon. Very positive, would use again.

Customer service was good (I had to change my order by phone, I got straight through and it was very quick and easy), the order arrived on time, in perfect condition and the email updates/ order tracking was appropriate and clear. Disappointed only in MSI a little bit. Apart from having to update all of the drivers from their own website (which is understandable based on the high performance hardware I was using, and their site isn't TERRIBLE, but not completely clear), I had a continuing issue with my USB smartcard reader. I tried calling which was frustrating and I was completely fobbed off. The staff were polite but sounded fed-up and only interested in getting rid of me ASAP. I then used their email support where I was also fobbed off several times. Also emails took much longer than 24 hours to respond which was disappointing. I can tell I was forgotten. If it hadn't been for the poor MSI customer service I'd have given 5 stars, even with all of the manual driver updates. I still haven't resolved the USB smartcard driver issue and it has been nearly a week now.
