“Very good price for laptops fast service and good around communication no real problems here, just the boxes got a little squashed in transit but no damage to the goods inside. great all round service thanks .”

“Wide selection, good prices, great product info and fast service, would use this vendor again. Having said this though, on opening the box and unwrapping the laptop I noticed a screw lying in the packaging which was from the underside (possibly due to RAM upgrade) and an unclipped keyboard which was raised on the top left hand side. All in all happy though.”

“The delivery was very fast and efficient. All arrived in good condition. One thing that puzzled us was the fact that while ordering we were under the impression we should order Anti-virus software as it did not say explicitely whether that would be supplied with the laptop. But while setting up it seems that the laptop comes already with MacAfee software - it would help to clarify this during the ordering process.”

“Much better than another 'niche' laptop supplier (spent a lot of time and money on a phone call to be told that I couldn't have extra RAM!!). My only slight gripe would be that it was not made clear to me when the parcel would arrive at my local Co-Op... Would it be Saturday... Nah, not Sunday? ... Perhaps Monday. Aaaaah, it came on Tuesday! Just a note to say it would be dispatched on.... And arrive at ..... Would have been nice...”

“Good quick service at a fair price. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because suddenly at the checkout you're told that you have to pay a credit card surcharge. This should be stated immediately - I don't object to paying it (still v good price), but I do object to not being told straight away.”

“I collected the Laptop (Asus X550CA-XX957H) from the Birmingham Show Room as I passing that way. I asked the salesman what I should do in the event of a fault, to which he replied that it should be returned to Asus. I pointed out that this was not Consumer Law (why do so many Companies try to wriggle out of THEIR responsibilities?!) and that it should be returned to the RETAILER! He replied that it would be quicker simply to send it straight back to Asus. Apart from this, the Laptop seems to work fine and the prices were certainly cheaper than I had seen elsewhere.”

“Fast delivery, nice prices. I would give VERY GOOD, but my laptop (MSI gs60 ghost) came with a broken CPU fan, so I have to send it to MSI for a repair. This is not SoL fault so almost very good.”

“Good price, easy to order. two bugs windows not set up correctly and web site showed free delivery but could not get free delivery on the order form. Two phone calls sorted out both problems. Ordered on Friday night delivered Tuesday Afternoon. Laptop as discribed, working fine!”

“Purchasing my msi 3k laptop was very easy, it's an awesome laptop. Only slight con about save on laptops is that they do not offer any discount code and customer service isn't that great. But I would recommend purchasing from save on laptops”

“They are absolutely legit. Great service. I gave good because they are not a 24 hour service. I ordered at 6 for next day delivery and it came a day later. But even then I am extremely impressed as I had my doubts.”

“Service was good, even though the paypal payment was late arriving at the supplier, but all sorted by friendly customer service in next to no time. However DPD let the company down though by not delivering the next day even though I paid for it and the supplier shopped it. It was in in the DPD Smethwick depot on 05:54 the next day but then took 28 hours to get to me. DPD customer service just fobbed me when I rang late in the afternoon of the day it should have been delievered”

“I'm a regular purchaser as the prices are good and the deliveries prompt, Lenovo particularly have proved to be good value, extremely reliable and robust. Customer service and support is no better than the rest of the computer industry however, why they think they can charge extra if you want prompt attention to problems is beyond me.”

“Really Happy with the product, customer service and the courier. Its lucky that the laptop is what I was after as there is no way to test the products before purchase despite living near to the distributor, I consider this to be a huge problem when purchasing high end, high value equipment.”
