“I purchased the Cobo mantis, tanned light and it had issues. No one could help me until I boarded in the store eventually exchange the scooter for another. Furthermore, unfortunately the controller broke and have been unable to replace the controller which has left me with a $1700. Scooter I purchased in cash used for a few times now I have a scooter that’s unusable”

“I purchased the new Eglide hoverboard and had it for less than 24hrs before it had issues, Scotter Hut have been really good with the warranty thus far however I had asked for a direct replacement but they insisted on repairing the Hoverboard,
This has been disappointing as my family was heading away and wanted to use it on holidays but this couldn’t be achieved, it has now been 2 weeks and still no Hoverboard”

“I regret having purchased through Scooter Hut. It took two weeks for the courier to delivery, with limited information and updates on where the item was currently at. Then we discovered that there was no charger or changing cable in the box and it has taken another two weeks for this to finally be sent after speaking to three different people. The Boxing Day sale discount was not worth the trouble that we have experienced and in highsight I should have purchased a similar item closer to home.”
