Unbelievably shocking service from Screwfix. Avoid at all costs... I placed order online for a Boiler for next day delivery. Order was placed on 1st November and today is 11th November and still my Boiler is not delivered. Contacted customer service more than 8 times...everytime they promise it will be delivered same day or next day...all lies.. Made two complaints to complaints department, not a single response yet.. Never received such a disgusting service ever from any other. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Boiler online for next day delivery. After 12 days it is still not delivered. Shocking customer service. Broken promises that false information everytime when I called for a update. Shocking. Will never recomend or purchase again. Had to cancel installation as a result. Contacted complain department twice but no response at all. Utterly shocking and unbelievably poor service.

Used click n collect at screwfix just last May to buy a chisel bit for my sister drill, they took my money but never called me in to collect it so got one elsewhere instead, when I went there a few weeks later they wouldn't let me in cause I didn't click n collect do I said oh yea like I did last time and didn't get the goods, so I told them to stick it where the sun don't shine and haven't been back since.

Tried to collect my items, from a shop that shuts at 8pm, to arrive at 5pm and be told they were closing early this week, I questioned this and was swore at by the employee, telling me to "f**king bring it on!" when I advised I was not happy about being unable to collect my items. Will never use this company again.

Screwfix have become the most unreliable place to buy online. Order placed on 7th now 27th with still nothing and empty promises. Pure disgrace. Avoid like the plague. I HAVE NOW CANCELLED ORDER. The order was for smoke and Co2 alarms and not having them was putting a young family at risk. Still Screwfix did not care or apologise.

Shower valve purchased and next day return back for Refund, now it it is two months, not paying my money, They are just chasing me, customers service don’t know anything about this?

I’ve had Numerous conversation with screwfix regarding a refund and on several occasions now they have told me it’s sorted 3 weeks later it’s still not. I will be getting my bank involved if screwfix do not sort this ASAP.

Utter time wasters. I appreciate COVID has impacted supply but when I’ve spent over 3 months trying to buy a product from them and had some of the worst communication I have ever experienced from a company - I’m done I have been given 5 dates over these 3 months for release of stock after numerous calls and nothing has materialised. They aren’t even able to tell me what stores have supplies of this item which is just a joke. No option to preorder, no way of being notified of availability...It’s the equivalent of a customer with a wad of cash in his pocket looking to buy something in store, and the shop attendants telling us to ‘just wait a bit longer’ throughout an entire day while they spend all opening hours having cups of tea in the back room. This is the kind of customer service that means I will never use them again. It’s infuriating and insulting and I can’t remember ever experiencing anything so poor If Screwfix took the item off their store or were just honest with all the other furious customers in the products Q and A thread this wouldn’t be so bad, but for someone who budgeted to renovate a house with this being a vital tool (planer joiner) and started months ago it’s absolutely unacceptable. I will never set foot in their stores ever ever again

A right-wing organisation.. I applied for a job and was rejected on the initial application by just submitting my exceptional cv... Years of experience in a highly targeted roles and face to face service as well as over the phone.. In fact screwfix role, organisation and pay was so insignificant before my redundancy.. Due to extreme desperation I applied... I've been to may screwfix stores as a customer, my personality and experience outshines every employee and manager in this organisation

Were is me refund screwfix. Bought this chain saw does the job. However paid for two stroke oil to mix website said it was in stock. Paid £3.98 only for it not to arrive I then bought some and rang customer services for a refund. They said it's sorted went in store in Mansfield the employee tried to help me customer services who he spoke too said write an email. I've spent thousands recently for them not to help. Pathetic service where's my refund????

Absolutely terrible customer service, or shall I say more or less non existent! Had a product from screwfix and it was faulty, then got a replacement sent out. A month later the replacement was faulty. I then asked screwfix to collect the item from my address and give me a refund. They sent the courier out to collect the item last Friday. Since then it’s been nothing but ignorance and blatant lack of customer service. I still haven’t received my ‘refund’, and still don’t have a clue when or if I will be getting it. I have emailed them countless times with the emails clearly being ignored. I have asked countless times what account the money is going back into, when I will receive it, etc. All to no reply. Very quick to take your money but an absolute horrid company when it comes to processing a refund. (Of £519.99). Will never use screwfix again as they clearly tell their staff to ignore certain emails. Spent thousands with them over the course of this year but have already changed supplier. Complete and utter waste of time and thieves. If you are going to spend money with these then know they will ignore and try to keep your money instead of processing a large refund.

Guys there at screwfix High Wycombe (Cressex) are very rude and disrespectful, I went there yesterday and genuinely forgot to wear my mask, instead of politely asking me to wear a mask the member of staff was very rude and sarcastic straight away when ordering me to wear a mask, I apologised and went out got the mask from the car and wore it straight away, even then the screwfix staff was very rude and started making fun out of me and laughing to other people about me not coming in with a mask, i had a feeling the guy was posibly a white racist and didn't like asian Muslims, i could have and wanted to answer back but did not want to start an argument, during my entire experience in store not once was I rude, disrespectful, or answer back to the screwfix staff, I was fully compliant and wore the mask straight away and even aplogised for forgetting to wear it, even then staff were very rude, I was very upset the entire day about the way I was spoken to and made fun out of infront of other people, but I'm almost certain the guy at screwfix was a white racist and just hated me therefore speaking to me the way he did, and if he's not a racist then he needs to learn some manners and learn how to speak to other people.

Since last 2 weeks waiting for delivery which was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 working days. Do not trust them for delivery dates & now even started to wonder if i would get the items. Customer service easy to talk to but not well informed about what they are doing & keeps on telling different things. Terrible | Terrible | Terrible. Already spoiled my 2 working days ( other than that will have to pay the builder again to come in) and still do not know when will i get the delivery. I was told someone would call me ASAP with what is happening i hope asap really what they mean not like the delivery days promised.

Advertised 2-3 days delivery. Just been informed by "Customer care" that it will be 2 weeks. False advertising bordering on fraudulent. Won't be using you again. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

Ordered an item on Sunday, website saying collect within 1 hour, paid on line then told next working day, still waiting more then 24hrs. Would’ve used toolstation if I knew this. Will not be using them again!

I stoped buying from screwfix ago after everything when on line because of this Covid Bull S*** then i had a big order and i phoned there help line number and the message says you can now go to the store to order 🤣 so i thought great but when i got there the Peterlee branch told me i need to order on line so i trailed hete for nothing. What a wast of time. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Ordered all my materials over the phone to pick up from a coats store, 3 days in advance. I was assured they had all the goods I required. On the day the staff just handed me a box of stuff and I was told all the goods I ordered are in the box. Having shopped at screwfix before, I decided to check the box. Turns out the all important middle connector piece was missing,. I had to interrupt another customer that was placing an order because the staff were nowhere to be seen. Turns out it was the manager who said "sorry did no one tell you, here I will print off a cancellation for that piece cause we don't have it". I couldn't believe they were goi g to let me walk out of the store with a sealed box with a part missing. They were literally trying to steal from me. Spoke to Victoria from the head office who was no help. They ruined my job for the day. I will never rely on screwfix again. They are useless Victoria in the head office is also useless and has stupid blind faith in her lying staff.

Theft & Misleading Customer coupled with Bad Customer Service from Screwfix Unit 1 Edmonton Trade Park. I purchased a bath panel with a 5 year warranty two weeks ago. Within two weeks of purchase a crack appeared on the center of the panel, I took it back immediately to the store it was purchased from with receipt for a refund & I was given 5 excuses to not accept the return. When I challenged the excused not appropriate for the situation the managers decision was very vague with his response & came to final excuse that because I made minor alterations (cut a tiny peice at the end of the panel to allow space for my wash hand basin waste pipe that is connected to the bath waste pipe) so the panel fit perfectly with my bath they won't accept the return although the crack damage area was in the middle, center surface of the panel which was not caused by the alteration I made at the end of the panel made two weeks prior the damage occurred. Contacted customer service who then called the same store it was purchased from and spoke to the same manager who refused to then later also refused to accept the return over the phone. To me this is theft from Screwfix for misleading customers about their item comes with 5 year warranty, when you approach them directly with a fault with their product to then refuse to give a refund for their cheap faulty item after two weeks of purchase. As the panel would have been disposed off if no alterations was made why then refuse with alterations. Head office Management needs to review their warranty policy or remove it completely so you know you have no cover when you purchase any of their items. This review was left on their website but not visible to customers

Redhill store. DONT USE Currently waiting an hour if Time is valuable don’t go there. Seems they are just using the virus as an excuse to take there time. Waiting in a radiator and 2 lengths of copper which has taken over an hour.
