“My wife and me and our daughter-in-law, who is the pick-up women, are satisfied with your service, now when we understand how the system is working. One problem is that our daughter-in -law can mot recive any money for the job. (20 euro or 20 dollar) We do not know how to find the code. And every time she pick-up money she have to pay 70-100 PHP to some of the pay-out places in the Trans Fast system. Otherwise is everything tip-top! And I can gladley recommend to other costumer that Sendvalu can we trust.”

Hello, Johan. Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. The payout code is sent to your registered email address and it can also be found in your account transactions list (Transfast usually starts with a number 3 with the letters TF on it). Regarding the fee charged from your recipient, it might be the convenience fee charged by the payout agent. There should be no fees when she collects the money at big payment centers such as LBC or Palawan Pawnshop. Please log in to your account and go to Support if you need further assistance.

“Die Transfers werden immer effizienter, wobei die Geschwindigkeit auch sehr von den Partnerunternehmen abhängt, worauf SendValu kaum Einfluss hat. Der Kundendienst hat sich signifikant verbessert, innerhalb von maximal 12 Stunden, oft auch schon erheblich früher, bekommt man eine Antwort und einen Lösungsvorschlag. Ich empfehle Sendvalu allen. :-)”
