Hello, Felicia. Transaction #757583 has already been marked PAID on November 23, 2020. It was the same date the transaction was initiated.

“The customer service really sucks I have sent in five emails I have tried to call numerous times I have not heard back from anybody you state you'll get back to people in 12 hours it's been 4 days”

Our apologies that nobody was available to pick up your call at the time of your call. Please have your beneficiary check if the mobile wallet account has reached the maximum holding limit. This is usually the reason why mobile wallet transactions are delayed. If this is the case, please advise emptying mobile wallet to make way for new transactions.

“I had an issue with a transaction that was cancelled by a third party, one of their partners in Cuba an the money sent was never refunded in this transaction. When I ask for an explanation or reimbursement I am being ignored”

Hello, Charlie. Your transaction was cancelled by our local partner on October 8, 2020 due to issues in producing new AIS cards. The money was charged back to your account immediately by sendvalu but your bank may take 5 to 7 banking days to reflect it in your balance. If after this period, you still do not see the amount credited back to your account, please contact your bank.
