“Fantastic delivery, beautiful flowers worth the money, fresh etc. the other comments perhaps very unlucky? So why I gave them only 3 stars? Those flowers supposed to be delivered with no card (option selected). My GF has received the card.. With the message: 'no card message provided by customer'. Very disappointing. Order placed on my iPhone. Maybe they have a bug...”

“I ordered the Outback Adventure size stated 60 cm mine were only 44cm at the longest. Roses more out than expected so only lasted 3 days. I did complain about both issues and was given a small refund. Shame they were lovely flowers. Not sure I would buy again.”

“I have used serenata several times before and have had excellent service and lovely flowers delivered on time to my mum who lives a long way away. However this mothers day they have disappointed. Flowers very dissappointing, even though I paid for deluxe bunch. Not as vibrant as picture and certainly no more flowers than picture which was standard bunch.”
