"I ordered flowers, vase, chocolates and candle weeks before the order needed to be despatched. The flowers arrived, sqaushed box, a \"letterbox plastic vase\" and nothing else. I contacted support and was told \"sorry we can't arrange delivery of the missing items, here's a refund of the items not delivered.\" This helps me NOTHING on the day of the birthday. Kerry replied back with typical ChatGPT copy paste responses, they refused to even attempt to fulfil my order and fobbed me off with \"refunded items\". They literally ruined my order and I gave them ample time to make sure things were correct and yet here we are. I will NEVER use these people ever again."
