“Ordered on 23rd December with about 40 minutes to go in order to get Christmas Eve delivery. Was impressed with the choice I still had that late in the day (another well-known company had very little to choose from). Ordered the Red Robin display which looked very Christmassy. Received regular updates on delivery and delivery was made without a hitch and confirmed by email. The department who emails you sends fun and creative updates - very entertaining! We spoke to the lady who received the flowers and she was absolutely delighted with them. Definitely going to use Serenata Flowers regularly from now on. Thank you!”

“Easy to order. Excellent variety with some traditional arrangements as well as unusual offerings! The delivery service used can make or break a company like this, but I have been fortunate to have a good experience both times I've used Serenata. “I ordered six sets of flowers (White Lillies) for various family members. This was on the Saturday. By the end of the following day (which was a Sunday) I had an e-mail for each order from the company to say they had dispatched the flowers and then these were followed by a further e-mail for each order to say they had been delivered. Then I got six communications from the various recipients telling me how nice the flowers looked (complete with photographs in some cases!). It was superb service with an appropriate flow of information. I have never used this company before but will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you very much for the quality of your flowers and of your service.”

“Amazing holiday service and delivery. My order went out the next day as requested and I was kept apprised at each step via email so I knew even from Canada what was happening with my order in the UK. Great prices and beautiful plants. Would definitely use them again.”

“Sent plants to my mum. Got a text on delivery day with an hour slot for delivery. Plant delivered within this time. Mum said they were in excellent condition with plenty of buds as well as flowers and they should last the winter season.”

“Was looking on the internet to send flowers from Canada to the UK to my friend. Never having heard of Serenata flowers I was sceptical. However the website was inviting and prices were good. The order was processed and sent off with notification from them to me. The flowers were delivered on the date I requested with the instructions I asked and my friend was delighted with the order. She said they were delivered in a box nicely wrapped and were fresh the flowers were in bud and bloomed within a few days beautifully. Thank you.”

“Ordered flowers for birthday present, needed them delivered rather than just mailed as buds as some do. but didn't want to spend a fortune with rip off prices as some sites do. Were a little concerned as never used these folks before but ordering was simple, we were kept informed of delivery progress by messages, delivery was on time and the birthday girl loved the delivered result...so all good and on this experience would certainly use again and recommend”

“The website was very easy to use and the choices available made it difficult for me to finally choose which were best. However my Aunty said they were beautiful, well packed,and just loved her surprise.The chocolates were an even greater surprised and were much appreciated. Thanks to everyone involved.”
