“After delivery, the recipient contacted me to say that the bouquet was beautiful and was like a breath of spring in the house. The emails informing me of despatch and delivery were humorous and accurate. Thank you very much Serenata Flowers.”

“The flowers and Card are lovely and arrived on time before 10.30am. The one issue I have was as no one was available to sign for them they were put in a safe place. It would have been helpful if a card had been left stating where they had been left. They were a birthday present and I had to email you late afternoon, feeling rather annoyed as it seemed as they hadn’t been delivered to find out where they were. Apart from that all was great”

“I chose 2 bouquets that i felt represented what the other person would have loved to receive and being it was purchased as my own choices of 'Sympathy' bouquets, rather than the choices on offer, i was still thrilled to say the recipients ( husband & daughter of the deceased) adored & appreciated them both very much. They did text a picture to me and i was happy with the bouquet too. Beautiful.”
