“The flowers were delivered to my friend when I asked and they were beautiful. My friend’s husband is a retired florist and was impressed with the quality of the flowers. I thought the price was very reasonable. I also in advertently left my name off the message. My friend contacted Serenata Flowers for some information on the sender. They protected my identity. I felt really good to know that privacy mattered to them. I would order from them again!”

“First live in Somerset and my best friend in Yorkshire- who's dad sadly passed away on Saturday. I went on line Sat pm and by Sunday lunchtime the flowers were hand delivered. This meant a lot to me and hopefully my friend too, letting her know my thought are with her. She has said the flowers are beautiful. Thankyou x”

“I accidentally put the wrong address and delivery date on my order (very blonde moment). I filled out the online form to contact the company and had an email reply within an hour asking me to confirm the correct details. Again I filled in the online form and I had an email reply to say all the necessary details had been changed. I had an email dispatch and delivery notification as well. Very good communication and very good service all round”
