Would give this appalling company no stars if it were possible. Failed to deliver the parcel on two occasions, causing me to wait indoors each time for more than twelve hours. On neither occasion did they tell me the parcel would be delayed, this despite having my contact details. They then lied, saying the parcel would definitely be delivered the following day. Again, no text message, no email, no call to advise me of their failure. Probably the most appalling service I have ever experienced from any company. They are absolutely dishonest, shamelessly so. Run a mile from this so-called delivery company.

terrible service, every time the parcel doesn't arrive, the phone customer service is terrible, no one answers, or the automated software doesn't understand anything, THE WORST

Son la peor compañía de repartos de españa. El servicio de atención al cliente es completamente inútil y faltan el respeto. No entiendo cómo las empresas y personas siguen eligiendo a esa mierda de empresa para sus repartos. Espero sinceramente que se fundan y se queden todos en la calle.

I'd give no stars if I could get messages saying incorrect address, funny how every other delivery services find it. Do not buy from companies that use them.

Very unprofessional courier services book a parcel from UK to Spain. DPD works with SEUR no update for the parcel more then 15 days . In SEUR online tracking system is shown in custom clearance and in DPD online tracking it's attempt to deliver no one home and in fact everyone is home they LIE even they did't drop any note for the missing of delivery .Very Bad Services please hire capable people how do there job with honesty .

Absolute joke of a company... If you buy anything and these cowboys are the couriers cancel the order immediately.. I'm shocked that a company so incompetent gets any trade. We have over the past 12 months had 7 deliveries where this outfit have messaged to say they have the parcel and given a delivery date....Not one has been delivered, they cant find the address, this urbanization has been here 40 years put in the address in any search engine and it gives you directions right to the door, and their favourite excuse they called but you weren't home... so they arrange to deliver again the next day between 8am and 10pm so a second day where you stay in waiting and again nothing.. And guess what! the exact same thing has happened today, so that's delivery number 8 not delivered... You couldn't make it up. They should be embarrassed to call themselves couriers...

Paquete no tiene seguimiento, se pierde, se devuelve a la direccion incorrecta y cuando llega a la direccion de devolucion correcta esta abierto y han ROBADO parte del contenido. Tendria que ser denunciable, unos sinvergüenzas vamos. Recomiendo que no los useis nunca, para tener servicios asi mejor no tenerlos!

I´m waiting 7th day for my deliver to come .... it sopoused to be 24-48 hors, and my doughter didnt get her present under the Christmass Tree .

Worst shipping experience I have ever had. I paid twice as much because they guarantied a 24/48h delivery and it is past that time window and the parcel is nowhere to be seen. There is no way to contact the company (other than the paying helpline in which you are made to wait 15 minutes). I CANNOT STRENGHTEN THIS ENOUGH! PLEASE PEOPLE, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

Un desastre, te desesperas. La web funciona mal y no puedes ver ni el seguimiento de tu pedido. Si tienes algún problema con la entrega es imposible contactar con ellos porque la web no les carga y porque en el número de atención al cliente tienen a un robot. Si hay algún malentendido, en lugar de pasarte con un agente, te dice que lo siente y te cuelga. Toda la mañana para localizar un pedido que debería haberme llegado hace días, y por problemas suyos no llega.

Avoid this Company like ghe plague ask when ordering any item on an ECOMMERCE site who do you use as a carrier ???? if they respond SEUR (means Gutter in english) say no i will NOT buy from you.... the worse Delivery system ever so much so in San Roque Country Club i wrote a sign after 8 months of constant non delivieries and having to go to collect the package from their Warehouse stating the "to the LAZY SEUR DRIVER HE PROPERTY IS THE BIG ONE IN FRONT OF YOU ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RING THE BELL AND /OR SOMEONE WILL ANSWER AND PLEASE DO NOT CALL ONCE ON A MOBILE AND THEN ON REPLY YOU NEVER ANSWER AND DRIVE OFF" anyway he rang the bell and left it with a neighbour apparently that doesnt live within 1 mile of me as all of them have not got it ..... so go figure they have no shame ...i hope a foreign hedgefund buys this compnay and liquadates it that will teach them the value of their jobs ...

Evitad el servicio SEUR/DPD a toda costa.!!! El servicio de reclamaciones por daños o perdidas no funciona, te marean de un sitio a otro y siempre da Error, para que te aburras y lo dejes pasar. En la web tienen la opción porque están obligados por Ley, pero casualmente no funciona. La calidad de servicio recibida después de 4 años de trabajo no puede ser peor, y nada de profesionalidad. De hecho, me llegó a casa una caja diferente a la enviada originalmente por mi familia y esta nueva caja era mucho más grande, por lo que el contenido no estaba protegido, muy mal embalada y además rota por varios lugares. Y faltaba contenido y el resto estaba gravemente dañado. He intentando reclamar por todas las vía facilitadas por el chat de Facebook, ya que por teléfono y la web es imposible y nada funciona.

This company is a joke. They have a delivery time window of 9am to 9pm. So you have to wait at home for 12 hours! The tracking service of their website is a joke - all it says is "in process" - and it's been saying that for 5 days. My delivery was supposed to arrive on Friday, so I waited in all day - for 12 hours! Then it was supposed to arrive on Monday - so I waited in all day again. Now it is supposed to arrive tomorrow (Tuesday) - They give you no information, no communication. Utterly terrible. Don't use them.

They deliver to the wrong address because they seem not to understand post codes and town names. It is impossible to communicate with them; their contact email page does not function, or does not recognise PT postcodes. They do not answer on the only contact number they provide.
