Worst delivery service, they don't care at all, keep putting wrong post code in our deliveries and then say unable to deliver, other Carriers manage to deliver, so angry that they are used at all for the purpose they are paid for. Unbelievable!!! You can't even put your case to anyone and get reasons why, all we get is incorrect post code, failed to deliver 🤬🤬🤬

Worst delivery company ever!! Always goes to wrong address and usually delays your packages. This isn't the first time, if you have other options for deliver, DO NOT CHOICE SEUR! many many times they annoyed me because of this poor service! That's just unbelievable!

Don't use this company. They are the worst company that I have had experience dealing with. And to top it all of, they have no customer care at all. I refuse to buy anything from any business that uses this delivery service. As they fail in that exact thing! To deliver. Useless.

La peor compañía de transporte del universo!! No llaman por teléfono antes, casi nunca las entregas a tiempo. ¿ En qué cabeza cabe que hay que estar en casa todo el día todos los días hasta que a Seur le de la gana de entregar un paquete? Pésimo, no veo la hora de que quiebre de una vez para no tener que padecerla más.

I bought something on amazon and Seur was responsible for delivering the package. After a week I have not received it and I do not think I will receive it. Apparently Seur steals the packages that he is supposed to deliver

Organising my delivery on Fuerteventura island I have asked to deliver from 9 till 13.00, but they didn't. With the online shop from which was delivery we asked the transport company twice to deliver parcel only in these hours. In my order history they wrote that I wasn't at place, what is completely wrong. The only option they offer to me now is to drive 100 km to the nearest pick up store. So the question for what I have paid 25 euros???

could not deliver to my address, recieved no phone call or message, changed the delivery to a known pick up location again no message or email to tell me parcel was delivered. Total lack of communication.

They damaged my package and refuse to pay me 600€ that I should have according to the insurance I paid for. They hang up on me more than 10 times. They lie and refuse to answer on your questions. Never EVER use SEUR.

they don't even deserve one star. haven't seen such a mess in my entire life. they don't show up, telling the customer is on vacation, they put "delivery incident" in the system and no one knows what doesn't really mean. This is the worse company on earth!

I could copy-paste any of the complaints below as everything as been said: They pretended I wasn't home while I was home, tracking the little truck on my computer every minute coming to my place to studently putting an error message saying I wasn't home! Then, you try to talk with a human being to solve your problem but always end up with automated service...the only place you can be answered by a human is via messenger where she shows absolutely no interest on your problem just mentioning the new delivery date. basically, their customer service is quasi inexistent.

Posibles soluciones!! Me tenia que llegar un paquete con Seur y despues de uno o dos intentos, desde la web tuve que pedir cuando me lo podian enviar. Puse al dia siguiente por la tarde y vinieron por la mañana cuando no estaba en casa asi qeu seur dejo de enviarme el paquete. Estaba preocupada poruqe les habia mandado cientos de mensajes a atencion al cliente diciendo que lo dejaran en una tienda de recoleccion pero no me lo mandaban. Les llame por telefono a los dos numeros que ofrecen y a otro que encontre en internet gratuito y ninguno tenia linea. En fin, que mas puedo decir del servicio... bastante malo. Al final lo solucione, y quiero dejaroslo aqui por si os encontrais en mi situacion. En google, puse Seur, mi provincia telefono y me salio un numero de seur pero con prefijo de mi provincia. LLame y esta vez me lo cogieron. Al principio es una maquina a la que le das los datos pero al final te pasa con un agente, que localiza tu paquete y al que le puedes pedir qeu te lo manden a un punto de recogida. Al dia siguiente tenia mi paquete.

I would give them a 0. I have had items sent to me on two occasions and they failed to deliver it correctly both times. They said the address incorrect even though it was correct on their site. They also failed to get in touch to let me know that a delivery had been attempted. I had to chase it up both times and their calls go straight into the answerphone and someone gets back to you 4 days later. Terrible service.

Would give this appalling company no stars if it were possible. Failed to deliver the parcel on two occasions, causing me to wait indoors each time for more than twelve hours. On neither occasion did they tell me the parcel would be delayed, this despite having my contact details. They then lied, saying the parcel would definitely be delivered the following day. Again, no text message, no email, no call to advise me of their failure. Probably the most appalling service I have ever experienced from any company. They are absolutely dishonest, shamelessly so. Run a mile from this so-called delivery company.

Son la peor compañía de repartos de españa. El servicio de atención al cliente es completamente inútil y faltan el respeto. No entiendo cómo las empresas y personas siguen eligiendo a esa mierda de empresa para sus repartos. Espero sinceramente que se fundan y se queden todos en la calle.

I'd give no stars if I could get messages saying incorrect address, funny how every other delivery services find it. Do not buy from companies that use them.
