“Mi última experiència con SEUR ha sido nefasta, un servicio de Atención al Cliente inexistente, imposible hablar con una persona humana ...que te atienda y de soluciones... Después de una espera de una semana y el paquete , vete a saber dónde porque no se entregó en el punto de recogida indicado Puñetero Pickup...tengo que cambiar el mismo y el paquete retenido??? !!! Al final después de mil llamadas y haciendo trampa , logro hablar con un humano, que me dice...mañana lo tienes...falso!!! No lo tengo...nueva llamada por la puerta de atrás y ...me desplazo a la Central en busca del dichoso paquete .. SEUR...haztelo mirar... Yo , nunca más!!!”

“They send a SMS about the delivery time and never do it. Make me wait one day, then the same on the next day, they put on their web that the address was wrong. Each time the same pattern.It is a nightmare, they make you blose your time, you wait your package for a week or more when the company which sell the product promise 24 hours. Really shameless”

“They said I requested a different delivery address for the pick up point which was a complete lie ! The pickup point was on an industrial estate out side of town and virtually impossible for me to get to. The driver just couldn't be bothered to drive into town or to my address the service us dismal and unbelievable that they lue to make life easier for themselves frankly they don't even deserve 1 star but there is no option for anything less”

“Hace más de 10 días que tienen un paquete que me tienen que entregar y solo me dicen que próximamente, su servicio de atención al cliente es lamentable, no me dan ninguna solución y por supuesto ninguna explicación, solo excusas y mentiras. Penosa la experiencia con Seur y todavía no he conseguido resolverla.”

“Me devolvieron el dinero, pero quiero dejar constancia de mi mala experiencia con SEUR. Mi paquete llegó al punto de recogida y apareció como “retirado” en el mismo minuto, pero yo no lo recogí, no me pidieron DNI ni firmé nada. ¿Así de fácil se pierde un pedido con SEUR? La reclamación puede tardar hasta 21 días, lo cual es inaceptable. Queda claro que su servicio es pésimo y poco confiable. Ojalá sirva para que otros tengan cuidado.”

“This company was used for my recent Amazon spain delivery to Tenerife. Seur were supposed to contact me with a delivery window on the morning of the delivery date. They didn't. They falsely claimed that they tried to deliver the item on the delivery date stating that they could not deliver because my property was inaccessible. I was in my property all the day, nobody arrived to try and deliver the item. The following day after again receiving no message for a delivery window, I waited in all day at my address. They lied again stating I was not at home when they tried to deliver even though I was in my property waiting for the delivery. They could have telephoned me but again no messages were received. I now have to wait another day for them to drop the item off at a collection point. This company are a disgrace and a respected company like Amazon should not be using them. There are lots and lots of 1 star or negative reviews about them on Google and the internet. Avoid at all costs!”

“No comple con la Ley "Mal servicio. Mi paquete no se entregó en la dirección correcta; debía enviarse a la oficina de correos en Agost, pero fue entregado en un estanco. Parece que para el repartidor es más fácil manejarlo allí, ya que el estanco probablemente gana más. Esto claramente no cumple con la ley que exige que los paquetes se entreguen correctamente. Es posible que el repartidor haya cometido una falta al no cumplir con estos requisitos. La ley que regula la entrega de paquetes y la protección de los consumidores en España es, entre otras, la 'Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios'. Además, hay directrices específicas de la Unión Europea, como la directiva europea sobre los derechos de los consumidores, que también influyen en las prácticas de entrega. Para asuntos logísticos y de transporte, también pueden aplicarse leyes y regulaciones específicas. ¡SEUR debe mejorar sus procedimientos!"”

“Un desastre. Un paquete urgente y no lo entregan en fecha. Además dicen haber llamado a casa, estando nosotros presentes, y que no se encontraba nadie en el domicilio (una práctica habitual en Seur). Nadie responde a llamadas ni a redes sociales. La peor empresa de entrega.”

“La empresa que realice el pedido al entrar en el enlace de seguimiento me ponía el 23 , ayer 23 de junio 2025 me mandan que será entregado el 25 ,y hoy día 24 festivo San Juan me mandan que va a ser entregado y minutos después que no ha sido entregado por estar ausente. Y no puedo modificar ellos seleccionaron el punto entrega y..increible”

“We always have problems with Seur. They claim to have delivered parcels when they haven't made any attempt. Today at midday they claimed to have tried to deliver the parcel at 2.03 p.m. it was only 12.15 p.m when that message was sent! I can't get in touch with them and they don't recognise Amazon's order number. My friends and children have had the same prom with Seur. Parcels at best, left in pick up points even for people who have no transport to pick them up. This must be the worst most dishonest company in Spain.”

“Como el resto de comentarios, no entregan las fechas señaladas por ausencia en el domicilio. Mentira. En el segundo intento, ni se molestaron, me te dirigieron al centro de picking. La mayoria de empresas de transportes son regulares pero Seur está en el Top 1. No los contratéis nunca.”

“Delivery did not arrive. No notifications around delivery status, just got a text message "Contacto no conocido en destino". Impossible to contact any human in this company on the phone, I sent a mail and now 2 days later no one contacted me yet. Unfortunately it's food, so it can't wait forever till they decide to respond. So i just lost my money.”

“Es vergonzoso la manera que tienen de mentir en esta empresa. Jamás he recibido un envío puntual mediante esta empresa. O no encuentran nadie en casa, o tienen mal la dirección... Nunca llaman para confirmar si hay alguien como sí hacen otras empresas. Es una lástima que todavía haya empresas que confíen en ellos”

“Es lo peor de lo peor, absolutamente incompetentes y además parece que se burlan del cliente, programan entregas o recogidas, te fijan un tramo horario enorme y ni se presentan ni te llaman por teléfono. Lamentable”

“Primera vez que me hace una entrega SEUR y espero que sea la última. Me tenían que dejar el pedido es un punto de recogida cerca de mi casa. El cual siempre pongo por que sé que está abierto todo el día. Pues a las 14:00 de la tarde me llega un correo que an intentado entregar el paquete pero el local se encontraba cerrado MENTIRA pero bueno vale me ponen que me lo dejarán en un locker más cercano. Cuando me mandan la dirección de donde está el paquete estaba a 20 kilómetros de mi casa… sin darme opción Ami de elegir dónde o lo que sea o preguntarme antes de dejarlo tan lejos.”

“Muy mal servicio, la peor empresa de mensajería. Unas veces indican que no han podido contactar contigo para dejarte el paquete o indican que has anulado la recogida. Muy mal servicio. He puesto una estrella porque no da opcion a poner cero. No lo recomiendo para nada.”
