I have NEVER had a package delivered successfully by SEUR. I do not understand why they have not been run out of business. They never deliver, say they tried, and you are forced to go pick up the package at an office. They say the address is wrong, even though EVERY OTHER delivery service can find it just fine. They are the absolute worst and I don't say this about any company ever.

Do not use them. The delivery men do not go to your door or even call you, and then mark you down as absent. There is no way to contact them, and they make you pay for their 902 number while you wait for an operator who never answers.

Horrible customer service, hang up the phone in your face after waiting 5 days for them to register your package. no confirmation email, no phone calls. Just left in the dark for a week with your valuables waiting. And thats before they collect them, only god knows what nightmare still awaits. Tried cancelling, that is also not possible as they haven't even registered the order, although payment has been taken. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

The worst delivery company in Spain. Or possibly the world. They never deliver on time, they say the address is wrong when it is correct, they say they have tried to deliver when they have not, they send things back to the sender or to a different location. Awful customer service, awful contact form on the website. Just generally a terrible company all around. Avoid them at all costs.

Never deal with this company. Non-existent customer service, give false information, no consideration for shipping items. Not fit to conduct business for customers or suppliers. Should be closed down.

Servicio nefasto. Hago referencia al pedido con número de seguimiento 01015140987535 de una chaqueta que compré en BIKE24 y que tiene como empresa repartidora en España a SEUR. Después de un incidente en la dirección de envío, la empresa BIKE24 se pone en contacto con SEUR para rectificarla. BIKE24 me envia un mail con la corrección hecha y empieza la odisea de la entrega por parte de SEUR. Después del primer intento fallido de entrega con el motivo de dirección errónea, me pongo en contacto con SEUR y mi sorpresa es que la dirección de envío que tienen registrada es correcta. Se vuelve a programar el envío y, de nuevo, intento fallido por error en la dirección de envío. Me vuelvo a poner en contacto con SEUR y me dicen que el motivo es que la dirección de entrega (mi casa particular) no existe! Después de la queja telefónica vuelven a reprogramar el envío y, de nuevo, intento fallido, esta vez, por no encontrarme en el domicilio de entrega cuando no me fui de casa, precisamente, para recibir el envío; de nuevo otra llamada y nueva reprogramación del envío y, cómo no, otro envío fallido, esta vez, porque el locker donde lo tenían que dejar era pequeño. Vuelvo a llamar y esta vez me la dejan en una tienda, concretamente el día 9 de agosto de 2022. Cabe decir que no recibo el mensaje de confirmación de ningún envío, todo y que SEUR me asegura una y otra vez que recibiré. Siendo que no tengo información alguna sobre los plazos de recogida, llamo a la tienda donde se encuentra mi producto y me aseguran que tengo 15 días naturales, hasta el 24 de agosto para recogerlo. Siendo que me encuentro de vacaciones, planifico la recogida el 22 y mi sorpresa es que el día 18 el producto se encuentra en el estado de devolución a BIKE24 (tienda alemana)! En resumen, SEUR ha mentido en los motivos de las entregas fallidas, NO ha pasado ningun mensaje con la información sobre los plazos de recogida y en la web de seguimiento tampoco aparece, además, la información que me dan en la tienda de recogida es incorrecta. Resultado, no tengo el pedido y me queda otra odisea por delante para gestionar la devolución. Si alguien de SEUR está leyendo esto, POR FAVOR, no gestioneis la devolución porque el lunes 22 de agosto del 2022 pasaré a recogerlo a primera hora

My parcel, along with that of other SEUR deliveries, was left in the street. LEFT IN THE STREET by your driver. As I informed them previously, the collection shop was closed all last week. Fortunately a good neighbour of the shop saw the packets and took them in, delivering them to the shop today, when they reopened. After many emails and web page formulas filed, because they did not respond to even one, many hours chasing up my parcel that sometimes they denied they had it, others that they did, I finally received my goods 14 days after the programmed delivery date. This is despicable service. It is not the first time. It is every time. I will assure as many people as possible know about this.

They have lost my parcel (it appears as delivered but the recepient have never received it). Seur's answer was an automatic message: "Sorry for the inconvenience, your parcel appears as delivered. Issue closed". They do not reply to any phone calls or any other means of reaching them. Extremely bad business practices

Mienten que vinieron y no vinieron, aparte que hace una semana que me enviar e-mails diciendo que mi paquete va llegar, y no llega, llame a la atencion al clienete y son sinicos y sin paciencia.

¿Por qué Seur pretende intentar entregar? En España han afirmado en varias ocasiones que no estamos en casa. No solo estamos en casa, sino que tenemos una cámara de seguridad que graba a todos los que llegan a la puerta. ¡Tu supuesto repartidor está durmiendo debajo de un árbol! Why does Seur claim to try to deliver? In Spain, they have claimed on several occasions that we are not home. Not only are we home but we have a security camera that records everyone who comes to the door. Your so-called delivery person is sleeping under a tree!

Package posted at pickup point, REC000016406049 it has registered in transit for 12 days. Contacting SEUR is practically impossible, their web site seems designed to deter the customer from trying to make any kind of contact.

SEUR is a pile of sh1t. They are not fit for purpose. They refuse to deliver my parcel even though they are a few minutes away. This the only company that I have problems with. There website is just as bad.

Extremely bad experience. Workers are rude and cannot fulfil any need. I submitted 2 claims, no one responded. I called many times for them to send the receipt to my email, the same lady kept saying that she’s not responsible but no one else was on the hotline. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Do not use this service.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. the worst of the worst ever!! I keep calling them everyday to manage a delivery of my order, they keep telling me that it will be delivered, which did not happen until now. it has been almost 20 days now that I still waiting for a delivery. they don't respond to claims or any messages to costumer services. I am pretty sure that my order was lost on the way, which is something they are not willing to confirm.
