“late delivery (3 weeks over) Status display on web page is not accurate. Before the arrival of the product, the status of the web page was "completed" , , but it did not match the situation.”

“Delivery time was quoted as 10-18 days. After 18 days my pannier rack has still not arrived. So I may have to go cycle touring with a rucksack. Not good.”

“I ordered a new crankset on 3/13 and it arrived yesterday, 3/18. I did pay the $9.99 for Tracked Delivery - Tracked Courier(5~8 Workdays). Everything appears to be as advertised: new, in box, to the specifications I wanted.”

“Hunted the internet for a handlebar bag that matched the panniers I had bought. Found them here and went on to buy them. Being honest, after ordering I realised I had not heard of the company and appeared to pay through a 3rd party, but all appeared ok. Then, what I had ordered turned up within 2 working days of the order and was totally as described. I am totally over the moon with my purchase, the communication throughout and whole customer experienc and would not hesitate to buy again or recommend Bicycle hero.com to friends and family.
