“Was abit disappointed when my parcel arrived as £25 shipping charges were added before it could be released to me. However an email to customer services and this amount was refunded the very next day. So turned out ok.”

“Sewoong was the only supplier I could find who would shop the product I wanted to the UK. Ordering was quick and communication was good. The follow up to check I have received the order was appreciated. The order was delivered quicker than the predicted date. 8 days from South Korea to the UK given the current situation with Covid-19 was good.”
