“A number of issues with this seller: 1. They do not respond to email enquiries. - ever! 2. I ordered: http://www.bicyclehero.com/us/superb-tb-1900b-install-bb86-bb30-bb90-bearings-bicycle-tool.html But got: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-press-fit-bottom-bracket-installer/ And paid $40 extra for the lesser item. I emailed the site to query the error and false advertising - no response. Item came reasonably quickly; however, it was not the item I ordered. Suggest you give this seller a miss. Wiggle and Chain Reaction much more reliable and trustworthy.”

“I paid extra to have my saddles delivered in three days, they took 14 days to arrive. The track shipment on the web site never worked, always came up with an error. I was so frustrated that I was going to cancel the order. Blam,then they showed up at my doorstep.”

“My order has not been dispatched for more than a week and after eight days it is still shown as "processing". There is no communication from the company why, they simply do not bother. My email requesting explanation was answered after three days only to be told there is "public holiday" in Korea. Not sure if this website is real.”
