Purchased a compressor, it looked refurbished when delivered but assured it was not, it went wrong and could not call customer service but miraculously the sales line answers after 3 rings but they can put you directly through to customer service either so you sit on hold for 20-30 mins until the line disconnects. The email service just runs you through a load of pointless checks that do not relate to your issue, in my opinion it is just to delay. Now asking to return for full refund as after a week of no resolve I’m buying elsewhere snd never use this company again.

Horrible experience! Asked for discount as I was purchasing bigger number of tools. After receiving the quote and sending a full payment straight away, a week later was told that they can't even fulfill my order. However, asked for a refund for the items that weren't available and now 2 weeks later still nothing. All we get is apologies apologies and more apologies. asked for proof of refund, and again noting! Not only that but when they delivered the items that were supposed be in stock, we still have items we did not receive. Asked the question few times, but they were always finding way to avoid answering with nonsense emails. Had to send this guys to debt collectors. Yet, these guys still owe me £2085.84

What a shocking company. They don't honour their warranties and the only recourse is to go to small claims court. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM SGS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Pretty much the same as everyone else i paid for compressor thursday waited for email to confirm delivery none came eang friday to be told an email will follow or manager will call no one did the man who dealt with me was ryan rynor i emailed him again this morning awaiting repy not extecting one will not use this company again very bad customer service

Fraudulent scam of a company. Take your money for items that are supposed to be in stock, then email the day you are expecting delivery to say out of stock. Asked for a refund, I have now been given 3 different dates of when the refund was sent. Over a week later and still no refund.

Terrible tools and customer service. To any one that is having trouble contacting customer services just go through to sales and demand you speak to customer services immediately also good luck on trying to get your parts authorised by the management as there wasn’t any when i called. Do not bother using sgs

Brought a jack almost a month ago, it goes up but won't go down, phone calls and emails back and forth, getting nowhere! Customer services 10 minutes on hold and still tenth in the queue, funny cos sales answer in seconds. Case of ' we've got your money- you're on your own.

Also order a milwaukee saw which didn't really exist, a scam to make it look like there selling more than they were , because received an invoice but no saw them refunded 3 hours later

Ordered a circular saw from here, it was an amazing price. 2 days later I was refunded without any explanation. They have been happy to use my email address for marketing ever since. Overall I would not order from SGS again, it’s probably safe to assume that any amazing deals, are just a way of capturing data for their marketing purposes and I expect a sudden increase in junk mail soon.

I bought x2 chainsaw chains as the one that came with the chainsaw lasted a couple of hours before it wouldn't cut. Supposed to be next day delivery, waited nearly a week and ony x1 chain was sent. They say the need to check cctv records. I have not received the 2nd chain I paid for. Job delayed nearly 2 weeks and upset clients. Very poor customer service bordering on rude. I will not use them again.

Great at taking your money but delivery really poor and customer service non existent…Really poor company to deal with.If you call the sales department the phone gets answered instantly.Try call customer service and average wait time over 20 mins.That says it all to me.

Hi i have purchased a 5 in 1 petrol trimmer least then e months ago from sgs there own brand it one sgs And I had a lot of problems with it first da heghe trimming part wouldn't work and a da start core snaped so there replaced them after a week of calling and emailing them and now da chainsaw part is nt cutting properly & da now it just stop working while I was working with it a really bad company Now there saying that It nt meant to be used as much as I like it should be used once a car crazy i wish i never brought from them

Ordered a motorcycle lift after contacting them and confirming costs to deliver to my postcode. Made payment for extra carriage and placed order online. Later that day someone else within their company cancelled the order on the grounds that they don't deliver to my area - talk about a lack of internal communication ability! I sorted it out on the phone the next day, the order was re-instated. It then took over a week for delivery (unacceptable, sort out your couriers!) and no contact from SGS despite requesting a tracking number and courier details more than once! The lift itself - once here - seems to be of reasonable quality and works well, although there is a minor issue with the foot pedal travel limiting bolt, which is fitted at the wrong angle to work correctly, and is lacking in a locknut to secure the bolt and prevent it vibrating in or out. Not so good, however, is the moveable vice (wheel clamp), which is designed to be moveable within slots on the bed to facilitate a wide range of front tyre widths.... well, it's a good idea, until you weld a steel bar across the underside of the slots, resulting in only 5mm of adjustment instead of 50! Also, my moveable vice (wheel clamp, but I suppose it's translated from chinese somewhere along the lines.....) has been manufactured incorrectly, causing it to apply uneven pressure to the front wheel when in use. I have contacted SGS about this, and as usual they have failed to respond! I will go down the route of lodging a formal refund request via my credit card company if I have to, and just go buy the Clarke one from Machine mart instead.......

Customer service non existant. Claim they can't telephone you the customer as technical don't access to outside telephone lines and can't use there mobile do to gdpr. On going problem which just need technical to talk me through a problem but SGS coudnt care less. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. Spend elsewhere and have less stress

Youtube video sgs title: Milwaukee M18 Fuel Multitool loose battery connector issue? + poor service by S.G.S Engineering UK Milwaukee m18 Fuel Oscillating Tool it's a replacement unit send to me with a big delay, number of alleged delivery days - no shows, no contact from SGS Engineering UK explaining/updating me on the situation, number of email and unsuccessful phone calls - their customer service is non existing but theytake their sales calls in seconds; really substandard, unprofessional service from SGS engineering UK, I will not be buying from them ever again. The replacement unit was *I suspect* delivered to me only two days after my last email stating that if I don't receive my replacement tool ASAP, I will be contacting The Trading Standards UK in relation to the above. sgs engineering based in the UK. Avoid this company like plague, someone said on Trustpilot that they delete all bad reviews where possible and I believe him.

The gas strut SGS supplied was faulty and they are ignoring my e-mails about the problem and don't return phone calls. I'm left with an expensive, broken part that SGS engineer's customer services have ignored for over a month. Next stop is the small claims court.
