“Delighted with the jacket - exceptionally warm and high quality. customer service could be improved, it took almost a week for my jacket to ship and nobody responded to my email regarding shipping until after the jacket arrived.”

“Jacket is warm, also waterproof ( rained and did not soak through) Recently bought Hercules jacket. Which at £395 is expensive for a light down jacket. Disappointed with logo, Should be embroider for the money. Also zip feels weak compared to other jackets. I do love the length over the waist and also sleevelength is very good. All in all I’m pleased although feel it is expensive for what it is.”

“I purchased the escape expedition jacket. Fits good and keeps the could out no problem, love the fact it’s highly water repellent and that’s the reason I bought it. I’m not sure you can call this jacket breathable, when I’m walking the dogs in it I sweat quite a bit. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I have tried emailing them because they NEVER answer the phone and to my surprise they don’t reply to emails either! A big let down since it’s supposed to be a prestige company with clothing that costs a lot!”

“I was really interested in the retail store first (due to the replica) and then the products. The replica was amazing and the store was fine (could use some more wall graphics or some decorations) but assuming this was due to the fact the store just opened. As for the products I ended up buying a sweater. Would have loved to buy more but think that the prices are a bit steep. It would also be nice to see some women’s knitwear. Overall I love the brand and it resonates with me. I’m hoping it’s super successful!!!”

“I bought a light jacket recently, received it quickly, and have worn it several times in this autumn weather. It's fine so far - with only chilly temperatures and drizzle there hasn't been much yet to challenge it's winter worthiness. That said, I'm happy with my purchase and looking to buy more from your company.”

“I’ve had the photographer’s jacket for 2 weeks. The temperature in Chicago has been 24-45 degrees during this time so I haven’t yet experienced extreme temperatures. The jacket seems very warm though. I like the design very much and love the large pockets as a photographer. I do wish there was a waist cinch to tighten the fit a little. My only complaint is it’s a little tight under the arms because of the high zipper placement. Overall, I’m happy with the jacket so far.”

“Originally I bought a Dulwich jumper which I found did not match the measurements given on the website. I returned this by post easily enough although it took a couple of weeks for the refund to be processed. I visited the Duke Street store so I could try before buying and bought a Hero jumper. Good customer service at the store, lovely jumper.”

“I live in Florida, USA. I bought my Shackleton because a friend of mine is absorbed in the Shackleton mystique, not because I need Shackleton clothing living in Florida. The quality is good, but the merino t-shirt I bought was not as warm as I thought it would be. It is very comfortable but I am able to wear it as an undershirt in Florida and I am not too hot.”
