“I have Shackleton marino thermals and a wonderful knitted cashmere sweater. All the products are of the highest quality. The thermals are a really fine knit and retain body warmth superbly. The top has a hood which acts as a comfortable neck buff when worn down and excellent base layer when worn up under my down jacket hood. The detail in the cashmere knit is true craftsmanship and makes the sweater standout as both a quality and stylish garment. It exudes luxury yet is understated. The fit is beautifully comfortable and even though the knit is substantial the sweater feels light and dynamic when worn. This is a sweater equally at home on a trek or in the lounge bar of a five star ski lodge. The Shackleton nine pointed star brand not only marks the superb quality, function and style of the garment it says something about the discerning preferences of the owner.”

“Visited Piccadilly shop late on Saturday evening. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Bought t shirt and am delighted with the quality and wearability. Fantastic range of excellent garments! Staff very knowledgeable about « The Boss »!”

“So far, I’ve purchased the Markham jacket, and since I live in Austria, it will soon be put to the test in much harsher winter conditions. Up to now, I’ve worn it in both wind and rain, and it has performed exactly as advertised — fully waterproof and windproof. I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality, craftsmanship, and comfort. It feels solid and well-made, though I’m curious to see how it holds up over time in everyday use and colder temperatures.”

“I recently made a visit to the impressive Piccadilly Store and the customer service was wonderful. It was relaxed, knowledgeable. It was also extremely helpful as I tried on many of the lines which proofed essential as I size differently on some! I do already own several Shackleton products including two Escape Expedition Down Jackets and a Ross Down Gilet so I am already persuaded on the quality. Thank you to Jola for spending so much time searching and advising me whilst I was discovering suitable alternative sizing!”

“You get what you pay for so while the prices are quite strong the quality is worth every penny. I’ve been to the shop in Piccadilly twice now and the customer experience has been absolutely the best. I will keep returning for certain. Shackleton is now my “go to” brand”
