“I ordered a large sweater the package contained a medium-sized item. Sadly, Shakelton was unable to supply a replacement in the correct size which is a shame because the item was beautiful. Like all Shakelton items I have purchased, the quality and styling were terrific. Shakelton graciously and expeditiously provided a refund. I will try again next season.”

“Brilliant product built for extremes ,I have two jackets that have seen mountain action and they have performed in bad conditions . The people in the shop and on line have a good knowledge of the range and offer help above and beyond when you are purchasing an item. I’ve had all the top brands in extreme clothing but Shackleton takes some beating , and there is some great reading on the website which inspires you to get out into the great out doors.”
