“Very comfy but supportive bras. I love the panties also - they fit snug but do not 'ride' up. The fit and shape of both products is amazing. Shipping was quick also, and I of course, I loved the great sale price!”

“I think the product may have been ok. The product I ordered needed to be sent back because it did not fit, but I think if it did it would have been good. Material was soft, not sure the support was there.Customer service is AWFUL you cannot reach a real person only a bot and it is a very frustrating process. I will say that the delivery was quick.”

“I think the products are good and comfortable. However, I agree with other customers. Customer Support is awful. The website offers a 'Live Chat'. I couldn't get a live person. You are 'talking' with a bot. Very difficult to resolve an issue when the company sent your items to an incorrect address. While I would consider buying again from this company, the Customer Service may be a deterrent. Shapermint, get some real people to support your customers!!”

“I'm not sure if my package got lost in the mail or what, but shipping took so long! With that said, though- it was worth the wait! The shape tanks are amazing and having me feeling more confident in my spring clothes. I will order again!”

“The products are amazing. Customer service is horrendous. I paid for things to be delivered early. I got them like six weeks later. I still have not gotten my original order which I placed at least six weeks ago.”

“very very comfortable, will get another one. The only reason for only 4 stars is because the size it suggested i buy allowed the boobs to eventually start to peek out from under the bra as the day wore on. But i'll buy another size :)”

“I wish you didn't have to go through a "Bot" to resolve a question, however, I find the customer service overall is very good once it gets to a person. I recommend emailing customer service to resolve a question. Exchanges are easy. Refunds are easy. If you do a store credit, however, it is difficult to find the code to use on an order. I like the products once I determined the correct size.”

“I bought one of the bras and I'm very impressed with it. I also got a free pair of undies, which are soooo comfortable that I've bought a few more! Delivery is fairly fast too, so I am happy so far and will be recommending”
