“Horrible customer service. There is no 5 year warranty. That’s a scam. My 1 year old shark apex zero m vacuum does not work on carpet it keeps tripping the brush rollers off. Do not buy this vacuum. There’s thousands of complaints about this issue.”

“My shark vacuum model UV850 decided to try to catch on fire and spit out burnt plastic from the brush on the bottom. I did not vacuum up anything that would cause this. I’ve called 3 times now and was sent to the high priority members or something and haven’t recieved a call back like I was suppose to in 2-4 hours. It’s been 2 days and now they are off for the weekend and I don’t have a vacuum. Thanks. I’ll make sure to share my experiences with everyone.”

“I placed an order three weeks ago and till have not gotten a shipment notification. It must be a scam. luckily I used a credit card and will get my money back!”

“Floor unit goes out on the Shark.." Sorry that is not covered by warranty, but we can send you a new one for the cost of a new vacuum, 4 to 6 weeks, how would you like that billed", Sorry but NO, another brand is a much better option.”

“I am only leaving one star because it isn’t possible for me to leave negative stars. I ordered a vacuum and it was delivered in a completely different state. When I asked for a refund they kept telling me that I put the wrong address when I had entered the correct address and sent them proof. In fact, it was sent thousands of miles away in a different state. Do not order anything from this site. I’m not a karen, but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only am I out of the money I spent, but I don’t have the product and they offer me nothing but the shift of blame to someone else.”

“Trying to use the 5 year warranty after just one year is proving very difficult. The first person on the phone took details and said that a new part is on the way and should arrive in 7 days. Then the emails started, asking the same questions that had already been dealt with. Trying to reply to the emails is hit and miss and usually come back undelivered so you have to phone up again. Surprisingly they then have no record of emails or phone calls and leave you having to start the process again. It's now become apparent that the 5 year warranty doesn't exist and they give you the runaround hoping you'll give up and buy a new Vac. This is a Chinese rip off company and to be honest they are just the same as every other Chinese manufacturer, shoddy scammers. Avoid at all costs, you will be let down.”

“Customer Beware. There is no return/refund policy or customer service phone number. I too had error messages when entering a credit card and then paid with PayPal. There was no email response to the customer service messages I sent and USPS has no record of the tracking number provided claimed to have shipped 4 days ago. The manufacturer's customer service (different from this website's customer service email) confirmed that this website is in no way connected to them and therefore has no authority. The manufacturer confirmed that the name described in the invoice does not work for the company. Since then PayPal has reported fraudulent activity and I've notified my card issuers. I have also gone back to purchasing a Dyson.”

“ordered a cordless for next day delivery. No next day delivery No delivery on day 2 either and product still not shipped No one to call and no reply to messages Its a Christmas present - so Christmas stuffed! Utterly useless and non-existent customer service Back to Dyson it seems.....”

“Just recieved a call back from sharkclean approx 20 minutes ago , it was a call back for troubleshooting ae1001 robot that i had been worring with for a trouble code 2 for several days, this technician was very helpful and walked me thru repair needed, and solved problem tell him Thank You for me .”

“About 19 months after purchase our Shark ION robot is beyond repair (suction defect) - spoke with a representative who told me to buy a new model since mine is no longer usable.. (I used it about 1-2x /wk in a pet free small home) Please do not buy. Such a waste of 350+ dollars.”

“We have owned 2 upright vacuums The first was the NV750W best machine I have ever owned! I purchased the extended 7 year warranty. We purchased another top of the line ZU782, the quality has gone done substantially. I called to get have two parts warranted on my NV750W, we complete a video call so they can physically see the machine and what has broken. All pretty standard really, but keep in mind these machines are olive green and burgundy red, very different. The parts show up and they are for the ZU782, so I call back and I am told they did not make a mistake and they will not warranty parts because they already have once. The only way I could get parts was to buy the parts and they would discount the parts. I have two cleaners and two warranties that I paid for. Shark in my opinion has completely gone down hill. I will never buy another shark product again. Two stars because once upon a time they had good products and good customer service.”

“I have had many vaccume cleaner in 70 plus years. SHARK is the very best. My first was the Apex Uplight. I received it just after putting my Dyson away, but wanted to try it out. It was so great so much more pet hair and dust came out of my rug I couldn't believe it. So, I revaccoumed the hardwood and tiles in e er room. I still love it, and wanted to have a lightweight stick as a compliment for quick dust ups. It arrived today and is great. My main reason for writing is to say how impressed I am with your packaging it's as amazing as your products. Every single scrap of the packaging can be recycled I was so pleased that I showed it to a friend who is also trying to live waste free, and it is possible btw. THANK YOU SHARK for caring about our environment and helping us keep it clean a d waste free!”

“I have owned several shark vaccum the cordless vaccum, the sick handheld , and the shark pet perfect hand vaccum. As well as their mops. They claim to be the best and do their very convincing videos But I am here to tell you every single shark product I have owned a mom of 2 children has broke in less than a year!!!! Garbage made in China. The lastest rip off I ordered from their shark.com website that has been hacked by a jlheng. With PayPal using my credit card. Recvd a transaction nmbr snd merchant transaction nmbr as well . I call shark 14 days later. To ask where is my vaccum? They claim 25 days at first. When their website claims 1-3days. Then I proceeded to give details and I’m told by shark rep at customer service that is not their company. Yet they have my email on record? This was the first I hv ever purchased on line? So how is that? I told them I went to shark.com. They say sharkclean.com. Either way between the scam and 3years of broken different shark products, I am done!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!! Go back to Hoover , and dyson!!! The photo attached is the only product that has not gone to dumps yet. Hanging on by a tread. Never dropped just broke in my hand while using on wood floor. The other two products are in dumpster, hair mangled , always had to flip and cut hair out of brush till finally it just stopped sucking up anything. Some pet pro!!!!”

“Despite the fact their vacuums are great, their customer service is appalling. I placed an order for £1700 11 days ago and made 12 calls to this company. Each time I called i was given bogus information as to the whereabouts of my package. After 12 days of deceit, I was told today that my order will be cancelled as it is over the value of £500 and more than 2 items, and that a refund will take up to 10 days!! Absolutely disgusted with the way Sharkclean are playing monopoly with people's hard earned money. If that was the case, the website should not have let me order. Also If they processed the refund the first time I called i would not have been so furious right now! Personally, I would urge you to avoid this company at all cost unless you want to communicate with a bunch of illiterate, ill mannered college drop outs who do not have a gram of customer service in them. The management is careless and never gets back to you. Unbelievably frustrating experience for me, and I will NEVER order from such an unprofessional company again!”

“Had. I say has because my shark basic robot vacuum literally saved our lives when It died. We live on Fort Lee (military housing) well the robot got clogged and the automated voice said to check underneath. A SNAKE!!! It killed a snake and it was all caught up inside the robot. After we debated torching the house. We were incredibly impressed that it literally saved us. It’s beyond repair and I’m crushed because I want it running 24 hours now.”

“I was gifted a brand new $300+ vacuum for X-mas 2020. It worked wonderfully until late March 2021 - 3 months later. The red indicator light lite up. I followed the tutorials and videos about cleaning the filters and payed to replace the bigger roller as well as the smaller rollers. Nothing worked since it was the actual machine part of the roller that makes them spin that was broken. I vacuum two carpeted rooms in my house about twice a week. Now, the wand attachment was still working fine. This expensive vacuum only half-worked after three months. I called customer service as I had a five year warranty and did everything they asked to test the vacuum. Shark representatives tell me the five year warranty does not cover the actual vacuum part or the wand. They wanted me to pay $80 plus shipping for a new vacuum attachment. I asked if I could pay extra to get a warranty that covered all the vacuum and was told no. I am not impressed with this company or brand.”
