“I chose 21 badges to be sent and a scarf and both those orders came differently. Other than that, everything was good and speedy!”

“Having waited several months for the Adults Personal File to be in stock, once in available, the order went through quickly and efficiently. Ordered Saturday and here on Tuesday. I wasn't expecting it so quickly and was out so it was re-delivered to a local store. This again was done quickly and professionally. Excellent.”

“I struggled to find what I was searching for on the actual shop website, in the end I had to go to the scout website and follow a link. Other than that, my order was processed quickly with good communication and prompt delivery.”

“The scout store in Little Rock is doing the best it's allowed to do, there needs to be more stores so we don't have to travel so far just to find out you're out of something or we don't have the proper signatures, etc. Very inconvenient for volunteers who can't afford the fuel and have to take a whole day off work, fax's and phone orders seldom work effectively.”
