“Placed an order for a document, it was sent via courier tracked delivery. I'd like to suggest, if possible, that requests for documents are challenged and you asked if it's not something I can download to save the association costs.”

“Ok so i was very happy with the service and the delivery speed but unfortunately the uniform short that i purchased had extremely poor quality stitching under one arm so i will have to return the item lets just hope your aftersales is as good as your delivery service”

“Orders are always dispatched promptly (latest one arriving in less than 48 hours). However there was a picking error this time (Scout book sent instead of Cub book), requiring a return & replacement and meaning a delay. Any previous issues I've had have been around the size of adult clothing (sizes not being the same as other suppliers), but all have been dealt with promptly.”
