“Prompt delivery, but nearer drop off point would have been better - other companies use local post offices. Lots of packaging for very small items”

“Kit arrived very soon after being ordered and very pleased with the quality of the bag and the blanket. Blanket says dry clean only, but l washed and tumble dyed mine and it’s softer and easier to sew on now! It also smells better, 🤣😂🤣”

“I ordered badges a few days before presentation event, unfortunately some of the badges I received were not the ones I ordered. I had to reorder on a next day delivery at additional cost but was assured I would get a refund on postage costs, but yet again 1 of the badges I received was not what was ordered. Better checks need to be done against orders before sending out.”

Hi Pauline, Apologies for this, did you get a refund on the delivery costs? We try and keep human error to a minimum and orders are usually double checked before they leave but I will pass your feedback on. Thanks Scout Store

“Found what I was looking for fairly easily and the delivery was very fast - good all round. I'm sure though for what I ordered (some YL/Leader/Adult cards), it would have been cheaper to have sent them by Royal Mail rather than the courier. Not complaining though.”

“I bought a scout shirt on the Tuesday for next day delivery. It did not arrive until the Friday, my son was getting more and more distressed as he was to be invested on the Friday. It arrived just in time but not as promised. Disappointed. Should have bought it on Amazon Prime.”
