“Postage has gone down for badges which makes it a more sensible price. Delivery had to be signed for even though package could go through letter box which caused a two day delay .... not necessary”

“I recently ordered a cub scout poncho for my grandson. I arrived very promptly and was lovely, but unfortunately it was rather small. I have returned this and asked for an exchange and am waiting to hear from them. Hopefully there will not be any problems.”

“Ordered items on Thursday, informed they would be delivered within 3-5 working days. Received a text saying delivery would be on the Monday, contacted by text saying what time it would be delivered (an hour time span) and it was delivered within the time indicated.”

“Order received earlier than expected and correct. Am disappointed that on a different order, we noticed that we had ordered an incorrect item immediately and there was no way to prevent it being shipped. Most websites enable some changes if advised quickly whereas we are now having to wait in, receive the parcel and pay to return it. This seems remarkably inflexible in this day and age”
