“Hi : I've received the order on Jul 15 but found some of the items were in poor condition or fault. I return those items by Royal Post on Jul 16 and request to re-deliver to me on Jul 19 but until Jul 21 still not yet receive the parcel and I leave London & bacK to HK at same day. I've sent email request deliver to replacement to my HK address, please assist to follow.”

“Have placed 2 orders in recent months, the first for T shirt and shorts - wrong sizes delivered for both - shorts replaced quicly (size 4 years had been sent rather than size 40). T shirt reorder fell into a black hole, Recent order was for badges, which again fell into a black hole. Not impressed”

Hi Tom, Firstly let me apologise incorrect items on orders is really rare and we do our best to minimise as much human error as possible! Please don't let this put you off ordering with us, I will pass this feedback onto our DC manager so that they can make sure out team are double checking orders. Again I would like to apologise. “The service from Scout Store was fine - my wooden tent pegs arrived without fuss on the day expected. The quality of the pegs was not good. The head on the pegs had not been cut back beyond the depth of the notch, so two or three sounds thumps with a mallet would have sheared the head and ruined the peg. It took a couple of hours graft to rectify the issue. I saw the problem as soon as I looked at the pegs, less experienced campers will suffer the consequences of poor manufacture. These pegs should be sold as "Require Finishing", with instructions. I expect better from an organisation operating under the Scout banner.”

“Excellent, leaflets received in quick time to allow distribution to group leaders. Nice to know that if we allow 7 days from ordering to distribution there is no need to hold lots of stock within the group. Thank you”

“How can you give an online offering a decent review when orders are shipped incomplete, products become unavailable and spurious messages appear months later. In the orders I have placed thee always seems to be a problem. Sorry but it's true.......”

“Both our boys loved the Bear Grylls 10 year commemorative badge for their camp blankets. Scouting is a big part of the boys lives and the scout store has great items they can use, and collect as keepsakes for memories in the future.”

“The online store is straight forward and easy to use. I would have rated it as Good however having selected next day delivery and it not arriving I checked my e-mails to discover it had been placed on hold with no explanation. Later that day I got a message say it was back in process. I then received the badges 3 days later but have still be charged Next day delivery. The really annoying thing is a couple of days after getting them I get an e-mail to say all badge orders are now £1.50 for delivery.”

Hi Frazer, Sometimes this can happen unfortunately and please accept our apologies if you get in touch with customer services they can refund your delivery. We lowered the badge delivery after customer feedback but the next day will still be the same price for badges. Thanks Scout Store
