There were no orange cards in stock I would have liked both together, are they in stock yet?

Shop itself is very good and a lot quicker turn round of items now. disappointing that members aren't given automatic discount codes available. Big problem I have is your sizes. An i.scout polo shirt I have is a Large. I bought (and just returned) an fleur de lys polo shirt that was a 2XL - and it was too tight. My son is a Medium in all items yet it was the Large size that we had to get for him to be a reasonable fit in your latest polo shirts. I suggest you get one of each type of polo shirt and compare sizes - it will save your customers a lot of hassle having to return items, and it would drop the number of returned items that you have to deal with.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback and we take your comment on sizing on board, we did have a Thank You campaign running for a month with the Scouts where all members could get 25% off however any discount code must be entered at the checkout as we have no way of knowing who is a member or not. Paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to turn up and im still awaiting on some of the badges i ordered three weeks later.

Sorry not impressed with searching and the categories. As a LTM we use the free materials on our courses but trying to find materials previously ordered have just disappeared and can't be found. Some out of stock items are shown in the store others aren't. Sorry to say as it is a real mess making life very hard work. Also why do you have to pay postage on some free items (the new discount card) where other free items are free postage

Hi, Thank you for your feedback we have investigated your comments and hopefully these answers will help; - We have some issues with items falling off the site when out of stock we are currently developing a solution with our web team to resolve this. - We are currently reviewing the categories to make searching easier for badges, publications and materials required to run a section and rest assured we really care about improving the experience further. - The discount card issue has been resolved it now appears a free publication when you choose to order it on its own. I made an order and payment was taken, after a week of waiting for the delivery I had to chase up the order. I was told the purchase was made but the system hadn’t submitted the order to the dispatch team

Brought new uniform for my future son in law, I am a Scout leader, I got him by in to scouting (Explorer leader) He is going to be invested at our Scout camp in May half term. The uniform came very quickly as usual. Many thanks

Very prompt response. Only one problem. The site would not let me order the amount I wanted and I was stuck with the numbers already displayed which was twice what I wanted. Also I could not contact anyone to get the order changed.

I was very disappointed with your delivery options. I paid for next day delivery but got my purchase 4 days later. It was pointed out to me that because i had placed my order on a Thursday evening that next day delivery didn't apply and was on the site. I do think that it should be flagged up when you place an order and choose next day delivery if no delivery is available and give you the choice of opting for standard delivery.

Great selection.. Unfortunately the postage is little high... cost £3+ for woggles and scarf which omly weighed about £1.50. Top post at post office.

Paid for next day order. Not delivered next day. No notification of this... and then only half the order deliveries. Again no notification of this. When outstanding items were chased merely told sometime in April... no offer of refund. Shocking service.

This is the first time we ordered from the Scout Store, We were sent the wrong size shirt M instead of the XXS required, this was also confirmed by email the size we requested and on the delivery note. It is quite inconvenient due to where we live to get to the post office to return items.
