Hi You placed your order on the 12th at 5pm and it was dispatched to you within 1 working day which was the first Monday. We use UPS a fully tracked service and the tracking shows the item is already with you. If you have any issues please call us.

“i asked a question regarding sizing prior to buying my shoes which looked great when they arrived,however after wearing them they did not come up bigger than average as advised i have had them stretched twice and cannot wear them which i am really annoyed at , wasted £60.00 which is a shame they are a quality shoe but come up normal sizing,i usually take a 11 or if they are small a 12 but your size are not larger than usual”
