Customer service absolutely terrible. I have telephoned and sent a secure email to this company about a complaint and promised response by telephone has not happened and neither have they responded to my secure email. I will never use this company again and will be advising my family and friends in the same way.

Ordered a new pair of slippers, they arrived faulty as insides loose and insoles not fitted properly or stuck down, this was apparent after just putting them on as they moved so much. Contacted them and sent photos and lots of emails and they insisted this was not a fault! Ludicrous as the quality was so poor. So disappointed as I'd had a previous pair from another company but same make slippers that lasted over a year with insoles still stuck down a year later. Got nowhere with the emails but was offered £4 goodwill which they then did not refund so they couldn't even get that right. Would never buy again from them and would recommend others steer clear, save the hassle and give your business to a company that cares about the quality of items they sell and customer satisfaction. Bunch of incompetent amateurs this company in my experience, never received such bad service in all my years of Internet shopping. It was only a pair of slippers but still a significant purchase. Disappointing and disgusted with Shuperb.

Dreadful customer experience! I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes over two weeks ago and they still haven't arrived! To make matters worse you don't seem in any hurry to reply to my email and provide an update on the issue and how you are going to rectify this. One very unhappy customer!

We was told that the order would arrive in 2 days but did not arrive until the third day which was to late and I had to go out and buy some to wear. Also when we did get them i tried them on and the clip broke on one of the shoes very disappointed by the service and quality

Purchased a pair of Gatsby Brogues from Shuperb - wore once and the heel starting coming away - returned and offered a replacement or refund - requested replacement which didn't arrive - next communications they were going to get repaired which I wasn't happy with so asked for refund which they said they would look into - called this morning to receive very poor customer service and was told I was contradicting myself. Requested to speak to a manager but was refused. Despite the fact that I returned them over two weeks ago - they are refusing a refund which is quite within my rights. Avoid if you want good customer service and efficiency.

Its been over 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for the item, and am still awaiting the delivery. There has been no communication from the company and it leaves me feeling disappointed. It would help to be kept informed on the reason for the delay or not charging me until the item was despatched.

Shoes arrived damaged, customer service refused to acknowledge and pretty much accused me of doing it myself. Wouldn't send a replacement until I'd returned them at my own cost as no prepaid returns slip sent. Avoid this company like the plague.

Placed my order 3rd July 2015 sent wrong size asked for UK 6 still waiting for goods. Telephoned 4 times told they where dealing with the order as at the 20/7/15 still waiting for goods

The service I got is very poor. I didn't get any email or phone call about my stock not available in the warehouse. I have been waiting until then when I call them after hearing anything from them I came to know that the item is not available. I won't recommend this website to anybody even though if you get the item for less price.

What is going on with my order? It has been 3 weeks since I paid for my delivery and yet I have been pushed from pillar to post. I have had contact with 3 of your staff and yet have still not had this problem resolved, The fault seems to lie with the courier service that you have chosen. If you have issues with them, that is not my problem, Please re-despatch my order through an alternative courier 1st class and remunerate me for this massive inconvenience!!

Ordered early February delivered end of April. I had to chase and was told every time about two weeks. No update e-mail from you, no apology for the delay but quite happy to take my money. I think you have gathered I won't be using you nor recommending you.

I ordered " Poze Half Diamante Small Clutch Bag Silver" . It was delivered on time so no complaints about this. However, the bag itself was damaged and not by the delivery team. It was perfectly wrapped and the packaging was intact. I would assume that it was sent like this - scratched on the back and with a hole in it. Overall, I am really dissatisfied with my first purchase from Shuperb. Not sure whether I'll buy anything else.

Ordered slippers online over two weeks later still no order arrived supposedly an email was sent informing me that the wrong size arrived from the manufacturer therefore unable to dispatch them. No email was sent to me so i cancelled the order. Will never use them again avoid!
