“Waited over two weeks for boots who's had clearly been lost by Royal Mail. I have asked for a refund and have been refused until the lost parcel appears !”

“AVOID!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The shoes itself were okay, nothing special but they were cheap. Extremely disappointed with the postage, I put the new address down however system put my billing address postcode in. The item was sent back, I had to pay for the return postage and due to the delay I had to pay extra for next day delivery, but needed shoes for a wedding abroad and was between a rock and a hard place. Customer service is terrible, will never buy from here again”

“Purchased a pair of patent leather shoes and received a pair of suede shoes with the website showing that my initially chosen pair was no longer available. Funny thing though all my paperwork confirmed what i purchased leading me to think it was deliberate. The returns procedure seems like the Spanish inquisition, having to complete some lengthy web form, very disappointed. Hating all the hassle i kept the shoes but each day i remember my £30 stolen from me. Totally unfair company and i will not be returning with my customer. I made the first and last mistake of dealing with these people.”

“They sent me shoes that broke after 100 meters. They refused to return my money and I had to buy another. The entire handling of complaints etc. It took more than two months. Absolutely not recommended, never again. Do not buy there even socks.”

“Bought traditional Doc Martens that leak. Was told they don't advertise them as waterproof so not faulty. Pretty atrocious really - who buys boots without expecting them to be water-tight?”

“WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH WOULD NOT STRESS NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN YOUR CUTOMER SERVICE NOT HELFULL AT ALL SHOES ADVERTISED NOT THE ONES I RECIEVED I HAVE NEVER HAD SUTCH NORROW SHOES BEFORE I COULD NOT GET THEM ONTO MY FEET IF YOU ARE SELLING NORROW FITTING SHOES YOU SHOULD ADVERTISE THEM AS SUTCH NOT CON PEOPLE INTO PURCHASING SHOES THAT ARE NOT SUTABLE VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN MR.E.NICHOLSON”

“The return policy is vague and misleading. I ordered shoes that turned out to be too large - a failure of the companies (Gucinari and Shuperb) to translate their UK sizes to the US standard sizes. Even though the error was theirs, they wanted all shipping, my return and theirs to be at my expense. Companies that evade responsibility for their errors and push the consequences back on their consumers do not deserve to be patronized.”

“Boots not true to size or description. Smaller than a normal 8 and not wide as described. Cost £19.99 so had to pay return postage as 1p short of the £20 free return service. Emailed, then spoke with James but without a good result for me. Dissatisfied.”

“Purchased two pairs of boots, which did not arrive as quickly as I thought, once they did I was very disappointed, one pair were not leather, even though they were clearly advertised as such, the other pair were also wrongly advertised, as they were one size too small, even though they were clearly stamped with my normal size. Upon return, I complained that I should not be charged any return costs, which apply to sale items, due to misleading website descriptions, but fell on deaf ears, clear case of "Computer says nooo" syndrome.......................”

“Second time in row stupid careless and crap dispatch staff send me the deffective torned boots, and jobsworth customer service staff refused to collect deffective boots to exchange, so I had to leave my work for 2hours to go home pick defective pair of boots then go to internet cafe to print the return label then went to post office to send back. It is very ridiculous for me to suffer because of utterly irresponsible, stupid behavior of dispatch staff and customer service staff. Never ever going to buy anything from shuperb again and will tell others not to buy anything from shuperb”
